The location is relatively close to the center, about a 10-minute walk. The staff/owner is quite nice and check-in and check-out can be easily arranged. The space of the Two-room Apartment and sea view are quite good. The place is located very near to the beaches and in the vicinity of other restaurants and shopping areas. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The flat wasn't ready upon arrival, so they offered a bigger one for free. The place is at the end of the city center but easily and quickly reachable on foot. There is a possibility to park for free, which is a great plus for Alassio. The area is very quiet.

The shower area is a bit small. The water pressure was weak but works. Guests had to wait for somebody to check them in, and there was no water heater to prepare tea.
