Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's convenient location and comfortable beds, and many appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, especially at reception. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the hotel very clean while others noted issues with housekeeping. The pool was a source of disappointment for several guests due to extra charges or limited access. Service was generally considered attentive, though there were occasional lapses in responsiveness and communication. Overall, the hotel is seen as well-located and comfortable, but improvements in cleanliness, pool access, and consistency of service would enhance the guest experience.
