The staff were extremely helpful. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Convenient self check in, plenty of parking spaces. A fabulous welcome and the hostel was spotless. Easy parking outside and a good location from which to explore. How clean the room was & well equipped. It was a very comfortable stay. Nice big room and nice bathroom. Terrace with nice view. Respected my wishes not to have towels and bedding changed every 2 days. None existant for 2 days, very frustrating on a business trip. No breakfast and charged for coffee. Bit small but big enough. Small room with minimal appliances. Only a fridge, which was in the same room and had to be turned off during the night because of the noise. Could be available a kettle in the room. No anti slip in the bath when taking a shower. Just slightly further away from town than we thought. No plug in the bathtub so it was not possible to take a bath after the hike. Not as close to the Caminito del Rey as it’s name suggests. Tea and coffee making facilities...hervidor! The air conditioning in room number 19 failed multiple times. Not corkscrew. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet the staff because of the Covid situation. Maybe leave a plug in the bathroom? If a guest requests a room with a bath they are obviously intending to use it! No wifi on the 2nd floor (seems it's some temporary issue) No view from the room. (But honestly it wasn't expected) The light in the room And wifi didn't work….
