Your staff are very friendly, the room was comfortable and the location very convenient.
Good hotel, nice view from 4th floor, professional staff, the waiter at the restaurant spoke English. The wireless did not function well at 4th floor - Had to sit on the stairs to send mail.
Very modern and clean hotel with a quality feel about it. The loft style roof added extra character. Central location on the main street. The Manager was very friendly and one staff member in particular helped us out with things to do, walks/drives etc. The breakfast wasn't worth the money and disappointing given the hotel was quality in other aspects. Also, cigarette smoke from the bar downstairs wafted up to the mezzanine breakfast area. The airconditioning had been turned "off" summer mode and was now in winter mode meaning only hot ari was blowing, therefore the room was hot at night. It was unusually hot this time of year, so they should go by the temperature, not the date.
Quality for money Not easy to use the wifi
Staff not overly welcoming. Restaurant at the hotel had no menu.
Friendly helpful staff The hotel room was just too small. Calling it a 'superior room' was a not appropriate
Constant noise like rushing water from inside the hotel, not the room air-conditioning but possibly central similar. Please note: this supplied in error to review of Camapnile, Purpan, Toulouse!
The hotel was a modern, clean and very comfortable, the Staff were also very helpful and friendly. The Acta Luchon was in a great location and well above our expectations. We had a great time, this was definitely one of the better places we stayed on our trip.
wonderful hotel. a very good gym and a small indoor swimming pool. best location in town. 5 minutes from the cable car. wonderful staff, very helpful.very clen room + bathroom.
It was very close to everything in town. Great resturaunt across the street Park g was a bit difficult
charming staff, excellent facilities and location. breakfast buffet on the expensive side. Would score a 10/10 if at least a continental breakfast was included in the price.
Location, architecture, recently renovated No air conditioning
Location and a fairly large room.
Clean and spacious. Very close to the centre but still quiet. Reasonably priced food and drinks. The breakfast was not as good as it could have been. The cooked food had been standing for a long time and some elements were missing and not replaced. The coffee, hot water/milk were all just warm. This was at 0915 for a breakfast that finishes at 1000. Therefore, not good value for money at 10 euros.
The hotel has been very tastefully decorated but still retains some of the original features. We had a spectacular view of the mountains from our room. A great base for hill walking in the Pyrennees.
The hotel was excellent. A great position, very helpful staff. Excellent rooms with free internet access and a place to store your road bikes. all great except breakfast which was expensive for a limited selection.
Helpful and professional manner of the staff. They were most helpful when we had a problem with our car.
The location, close to the centre but calm and peaceful. Excellant restaurant. Lack of air conditioning in bedrooms
Good value and location
The view across town over the mountains. Beautiful historical building
Good staff giving good helpfull and friendly service. Private parking available. Breakfast was continental but had a very good selection of food. Small bathroom.
Lovelly owners and the perfect location in town looking down the main street and up to the Pyrenees. Perfect for a skiing holiday in Luchon! The best value and the friendliest I've had in France! Thank you!
The management of the hotel spoke very good English and were very helpful to us. Rooms comfortable, good location.
Central Location. First rate staff. Value for money. Breakfast Fab...Would stay again
Close to town centre, free secure car parking Great views from our room, we were given choice of room which has never been offered before Staff were really helpful and pleasant
The owners/staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location is superb with the hotel being at the end of the main street. Even though in the town center the hotel was really quiet affording a good nights sleep. The private secured car park nearby along with a cycle store within the hotel was a real plus point for us.
Nice staff, great location for walking in the pyrenees (from the doorstep), good clean room and great value for money
Very friendly welcome, perfect location of hotel (5 min walking to ski- lift), excellent breakfast, closed and secure parking at 50m from hotel.
Room decor was a bit different No problems
Nothing special The room was small
Pleasant little hotel in the main street but not noisy No
great location, nice clean rooms, good breakfast accomadating staff, great for sightseeing and cycling
I found the hotel to be a wonderful experience and only regret that I did not have more time to enjoy the facilities which were on offer. I would very much like to return for a longer stay.
It was very good that there was a private parking place although the extra price was quite high. There was no elevator and since we had a lot of luggage it was quite difficult to get the up to the 3rd floor and down again the next morning.
For the family room, the beds were spaced apart, in two seperate areas ( no door to close), but still some privacy. Our room was on an outside walkway, in the back of the hotel. Did not feel like you could leave window open on a hot night, because of the walkway. Also the tv was very small.
This is a traditional French hotel in a very old building. They do the best they can with what they have to work with. Compared to modern hotels I'd give this a 4 or 5 out of 10, but for an old French hotel I give it a 7 or 8. I don't think I'd return.
Good location, friendly staff, big room Most uncomfortable bed of the year. So hard the floor would have been more comfortable.
Friendliness of staff and central location to activities in Luchon.
Nothing The staff upon arrival were extreemly rude for unknown reasons. We needed 4 x beds for mixed non interactive group. We ordered 3 rooms (5 beds), she was angry because we were 4 persons not 9 persons - She was unbelievably rude.
Pleasant, charming little hotel that was located walking distance to Telecabine. Room was warm and well insulated from street noise. Would definitely stay here again.
Absolutely nothing. I'd rather sleep outside in the open. The place is very old and falling apart. I felt dirty when I woke up and didn't shower, because I wasn't sure it would make me cleaner. Anything above 15 euro is a complete rip-off.
Friendly Staff Shower did not have a good cubical so water went on the floor
Good hotel for the price, very big rooms and special attention for the skis. Old installations
Good food The unlit open fire in the lounge made it cold and uninviting. Therefore there was nowhere to go after dinner except to bed at 9.30pm!!!
Le Spin Fleuri was located in a beautiful valley setting allowing wonderful mountain views. The rooms were comfortable and welcoming. There was a lovely lounge to enjoy when you wanted to mix with others but the best was the wonderful food. Each dinner meal was a pleasure both to the eye and to the taste buds: to eat elsewhere, as we did one evening, was a mistake. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to us at all times with excellent service.
lovely position, spectacular views, lovely dog(!) Charging a standard 12 euros for buffet breakfast and this doesn't seem to vary even if you just have a cup of coffee which I did. Rather expensive coffee and quite offputting for a future stay.
We thouhgt the hotel was an excellent place to stay. Ideal for exploring the countryside, cycling or as we did motorcycling. the evening meal was very welcome and very nice. the staff were very helpful. nothing
It was high in the mountains and so cooler than in the valley. It was quiet and secluded and you could hike directly from the hotel into beautiful moutain scenery. There nearest food shop was half an hour back down the valley. The hotel will provide a pack-up for lunch but at 10 euros each it was very expensive!
