The place is big and the staff was courteous. I like how the bedroom was separated from the living room. In the summer, the balcony would definitely be used :)
Check-in was not until 3PM but the reception was kind enough to let us know via email that our room was already ready by 12NN. It's a bit of a walk to CBD (approx. 20mins) so I wouldn't recommend it if you don't like walking. A cab or uber ride is quick though. Would be nice if the heater was stronger.
In a readily accessible location, close to Skybus stop #4. Easy walk downhill into the city and the waterfront precinct. Great sized room and excellent views to the harbour from the balcony. Conveniently located close to a wide range of restaurants and bars.
It would have been nice to have 2 lounge chairs and 2 dining chairs instead of just one of each. The plumbing was in place for a washing machine but there was none (not that we needed one, but others might).
The staff were extremely unfriendly and rude, and the location was not good.
Service was amazing. And awesome car parking option close by.
Great location and excellent value for money
