Pros (+) Really appreciated the care and efficiency of cleaning staff. Also very responsive to requests. And thoughtfully quiet as they did their work in the morning. Also, one desk staff member, April, was particularly helpful when I requested information.
Cons (-) There is need for greater efforts at hospitality when quests first arrived. No one mentioned the pool or the workout room. I had to discover them myself. The complimentary breakfast was also not mentioned at my arrival. Finally, my room had an unpleasent odor, (i.e., human perspiration), as if the previous guests had used the room as a "workout room."

Pros (+) I would highly recommend this motel for a single person or couple. The pillows and bed were comfortable. The price was right for a retired couple. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was, also, happy that the exercise room and pool were opened early since I'm a morning person.
Cons (-) My husband and I had difficulty using our motel keys to get into our room. We had to insert our keys 3 or 4 times before the green light would go on.
