Pros: Not much. Room was ok
Cons: Aggressive security. Very depressing hotel. No atmosphere very expensive
Pros: Beds and location
Pros: The breakfast was excellent. The coffee was so good and you can even have a cup to go.
Cons: There is no toothbrush, toothpaste and bathrobe in the room.
Pros: Great location and staff is amazing.
Cons: NAU restaurant food was not great.
Escape to the tropical tranquility that this luxury hotel in Medellín, Colombia offers. Enjoy the local microclimate that makes Medellín the city of the eternal spring by visiting attractions such as the world-renowned sculptures at Plaza Botero and mercado del rio, where restaurants and bars can be found. The hotel’s landscape offers breathtaking views of the city and its surrounding mountains and upscale amenities including an expansive outdoor heated pool, a tennis court and full-service spa.
Pros: The breakfast and food
Cons: Was a little cold but was given a heater
Pros: Great property. Pool, tennis and a great gym. Also has a great breakfast. Best located hotel in town in my opinion. Older property that has been updated. Bigger spaces but not the newest.
Cons: Older property that has been updated but a little dated. Not a big deal as the amenities are great.
Cons: I found staff moody. Lacking attention to detail. Example: I decided to have breakfast outside but was not prompted by anyone.... had to get up three times to get coffee, once for first cup then twice to refill...same at dinner at the pool restaurant. Nobody even noticed I was there for dinner. Hotel is looking tired. Found it very dark in lobby as well as in rooms. Decided to get the best suite, very disappointing. Small, dark. Needs a coat of paint at least. This hotel does not even offer courtesy bottles of water in your room. You are charged for it. Gym facilities are old. Next time, I will most likely get a regular room at a more upscale hotel, rather than at a suite in this one.
Pros: Nice hotel, nice swimming pool area and nice restaurants. Rooms were good as well.
Cons: You can hear noises from the neighboring rooms, that kept me up at night .
Four Points by Sheraton Medellin offers its guests 24-hour room service and spa;business center;Other amenities include a sauna and Turkish bath, international television and High Speed Internet Access. It is just one minute's walk from Oviedo Mall, which features 100 shops and three movie theaters. The area offers numerous restaurants at which you can sample Colombia's native cuisine.
Pros: Everyone treated us great. Excellent service at all times.
Cons: The gym needs improvement
Pros: the hotel and rooms need an up-grade. renovate
Cons: the hotel appears out of date.
Pros: Location, Good value. Great staff. Facilities.
Cons: Restrictive guess policy. I should be able to bring anyone whom I choose to my room and not have to pay more than the nightly cost for the extra person in a reservation for 2. This gimmick makes the hotel a lot of money. If you want to charge twice as much or more, do so upfront - that will be a better way to do business. Also, all amenities, ie, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, shut down at 8pm. This is unacceptable, a more reasonable time will be 10 or 12 or just keep it open upon request. No one has a regular schedule when traveling, and it will be great to use the available facilities to relax after 8pm.
Pros: Breakfast is awesome and very convenient place. The hotel has a connecting passage for Oviedo mall.
Cons: The room has only a desk and like an office chair, only one comfortable chair and dose not have any table. (We are 2 adults and an infant)
Pros: Staff from the bellman at the front door to. The maids were friendly professionals. They listened to me and gave me outstanding service. Food was delicious and dining room service was excellent.
Cons: The fitness needs an upgrade.
Pros: Overall a super deal for my money. the staff were outstanding, spoke English, and very helpful in every way. Facilities, food, and service were excellent. Location was great, next to major shopping mall, taxi service always available and walking distance to many things. The hotel arranged taxi travel, tour of the city and offered great advice on things to see and do.
Cons: I wish the gym had more equipment, but local gyms were only walking distance away.

Pros: good service, confort, pillow menu, great location
Cons: no pool
Pros: Very nice hotel
Cons: Price, cleanliness, customer service
Pros: the breakfast room people
Cons: the receptionists with bad attitude
Pros: Bed , sheets, pillows
Cons: Jacuzzi , front desk
Pros: We loved our room. It was a suite. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. The location is perfect.
Cons: I cant think of something that i didnt like. If we come back to colombia this has first place. Will recommend to all my friends.
Pros: Terrible staff, rude,
Cons: The staff
Pros: Clean, quiet and right in the middle of everything
Pros: The restaurant serves amazing food--some of the best in Medellin. Great location, off the busy main street so not too noisy, great views, great staff.
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good with a good variety. Good location and very clean.
Cons: The only issue I had was the sink and shower seemed slightly clogged. Sink drained slowly and the shower was even worse. By the time I was done showering it was up to my ankles and took 30 mins or more to fully drain.
Pros: Good location
Cons: They should put more shampoo
Novotel Medellín El Tesoro (Ex Atton) is modern with excellent infrastructure. Spacious & minimalist rooms, perfect to rest after work or leisure with the family. Breakfast includes fresh fruit, bread, buns and the best Colombian coffee. Stunning views of the sunset or the Medellin mountains from the rooftop bar & swimming pool. The hotel even offers event spaces for up to 150 people.
Pros: Pleasant, , comfortable hotel in a good location. As others have noted it is inside the El Tesoro Shopping Mall complex. You have to drive through the mall entrance to access it. But nice views, comfortable room and pleasant staff. I dont speak much spanish but there was plenty of english speakers on staff. Of course you need a taxi to access other parts of the city. The staff at the DIMME shop in the mall were great in getting me a working SIM.
Cons: Nothing I noted. Everything was as it should be.
Pros: Staff was amazing, pool was great (bring a swim cap or buy one for 10,000 pesos), rooftop bar was beautiful, room service was great (and quick). The hotel is connected to the best mall in the city so we were able to pop in as needed to pick things up without needing to get in a cab. It was a wonderful experience.
Cons: Construction around the mall confused our cab driver when we first got there but that was a minor drawback.
Pros: Lovely views and super friendly staff. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and brand new.
Cons: It was a bit far from downtown and it was difficult to get taxis to take you back.
Pros: The check in and check out was great. Statement account very clear. My questions regarding billing were quickly answered. Room Service was quick. Breakfast with various dishes. Air Conditioner in the room great, easy to manage. View from the room was fantastic. Staff was helpful. Nice people
Pros: The location was perfect
Cons: They dint have brekfast , and they charge me some amount at first and the last day they told me that he forgot to charge something else I don’t know was confuse
Pros: At about £45 a night including breakfast it was a steal by UK standards. Lovely rooftop pool and very helpful and friendly staff. Quite a way from the city centre, which requires a taxi to the nearest metro station. Attached to a huge modern mall with useful choice of restaurants. Spectacular views.
Cons: It was further out than I realised, but escaping to it after full-on Medellin was something of a relief.
Pros: Comfort and breakfast
Cons: Communicating in English
Set in Medellín, 1.4 km from Lleras Park and 1.7 km from El Poblado Park, Apartamentos Loma Verde offers accommodation with free WiFi, a garden with an outdoor swimming pool, garden views, and access to a fitness room and a sauna. Each unit comes with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. The aparthotel provides a barbecue and a terrace. Pueblito Paisa is 7 km from Apartamentos Loma Verde, while 70 Avenue is 9 km away. The nearest airport is Olaya Herrera Airport, 3.7 km from the accommodation.
Pros: Well equipped, well designed apartment, with all the facilities you need: kitchen with oven, dishwasher, large fridge, everything you imaged you need. Washer and drier, smart tv etc. the building have a sauna and a gym for the guest. Comfortable beds, great showers. 5 min walk from cafes and restaurants, and a big supermarket. But the best part is the smiling, always willing to help stuff. We loved our stay there, and came back after few days out of the city.
Pros: This property is amazing. Very modern and clean and the location is great. Just a short walk from Parque Ilares the center of night life in El Poblado. The staff was truly exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and to assist with any problem I may have. They were able to sell me a Claro sim card right at the front desk and assist with setting up my phone. They recommended local restaurants and when I checked out they even offered to assist with any issue I had even after my stay! Some of the best service I've experienced anywhere!!
Cons: No major issues at all. Just be aware that the property is located on a relatively steep hill so it may be difficult to walk to the hotel if you have mobility issues. But steep hills are the geography of El Poblado so that is true of the entire area. Also Ubers are super cheap so you can easily have an Uber pick you up at the front door of the hotel as I did many times. One other nit picking item. All of the stair wells in the building are for emergency use only and there are alarms on the doors. Many times during my stay guests would try to use the stairs and the emergency alarm would sound. It wasn't a major concern as the alarm would stop as soon as the door was closed again, but I did hear the alarm many times during my stay (sometimes late at night).
Pros: The property is well maintain, fully fitted, safe and the staff is VERY friendly and accommodating. This is a great property for anyone staying in Medellin for extended time more than a few days and is centrally located. Highly recommend this property for Americans
Cons: Medellin can be loud and noisy in all neighborhoods. This property is no exception, even though it is in a residential neighborhood. Take a sound machine with you for this or any other property in Medellin
Pros: I liked the full kitchen set available to use for cooking. I found that this is important for my partner and have not been able to find another hotel with a similar setup.
Cons: I didn't like the structure of the building or how it looked, the l was missing when we arrived out in front, said oma verde, despite it looking very similar to a heavily guarded facility, the inside of the hotels were very impeccable. I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a restaurant and all they offered for breakfast was some lousy Nespresso coffee. Cheap.
Pros: The location was good. In a quit neighborhood although close to the center. Easy to walk (downhill) to all kind of restaurants and easy to come back with a taxi. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The pool was smaller than it seems on the pictures.
Pros: Very comfortable Facilities like washing machine, dishwasher, swimming pool, sauna
Cons: Distance to metro station
Pros: The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need in case you want to cook. It even has a Jamie Oliver’s cookbook! It has a washing/drying machine and enough soap for a couple of usage. The toilets (there are two) have L’occitane products as a splurge. The pool is small, but it is enough for the kids who really loved it. The adults have sauna and Turkish bath for themselves. There is a gym downstairs and a very nice lobby where you can take a coffee or read. The attention of the staff was excellent, they responded to all our needs in a friendly and efficient way. There is a really nice, homey atmosphere in Lomaverde, and that is not something easy to find. Great stay for a family.
Dann Carlton Medellin is located in Medellin, in the heart of Milla de Oro, surrounded by contemporary architecture buildings. The hotel is a short distance from El Poblado Park and Zona Rosa, as well as the main casinos, restaurants, and shopping centers of the city. Our hotel has 182 ample guest rooms distributed along a building overlooking the city. Basic amenities include air conditioning, private bath with shower, work desk, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, and minibar. All accommodations offer free wireless internet access.
Pros: Breakfast is good. All staff are friendly always willing to help. I love Colombian's manners, very polite people
Cons: The toilet is horrible looks like public toilet. Uncomfortable to flush it with the handle way in the back.
Cons: I had to leave the hotel before my visit in Medellin was complete because there were no more rooms at the standard price☹️ and there was 3 of us in 3 standard rooms we all had to move to another hotel. I brought my 2 friends to Dann Carlton to bad we couldn’t stay longer. We really liked it.
Pros: Central location
Cons: I did not like the fact that the Tony Roma restaurant was closed because of a holiday. It was the main reason I booked this hotel. A 5 star establishment cannot close a restaurant because of a holiday.
Pros: Hotel rooms were clean and tidy. Staff was courteous.
Cons: Breakfast was repetitive, exactly same on all the days. Water bottles were insufficient
Pros: Great pool environment and spacious rooms.
Cons: No ventilation in the bathroom, so it got very warm in there taking a shower and getting ready. The service was beyond horrible. It took more than 20 minutes, at times, to get service for drinks. The gym was way less than stellar and more frustrating than useful. Additionally, we could not get pedicures or manicures while there because the girls was out sick. They only have 1 girl for this?!?! How would multiple people get services?? And, upon checking out, the bill was incorrect for incidentals. The only resolve is to email someone...infuriating!
Pros: Swimming pool in the sun, food was ok
Cons: Employees come to your room to ask for tips or wake you up in the morning, clogged toilet and sink, tv not connected ... I don’t know why this hotel has 5 stars !
Pros: Sandra the housekeeper was very attentive and kept my room very nice. I appreciate her hard work.
No conseguías comer otra cosa.
Pros: Close to parque lleras
Cons: EVERYTHING! DO NOT STAY HERE! AT ALL!! . Most employees (of course not all, mostly the ones that don't depend on tips) treat you like they are doing you a favor. No patience on answering questions, on talking to you, on trying to accommodate you needs. . The fact that you are VERY close to Parque Lleras can make it really hard to have quiet time, especially at night - and also the windows are not noise proof, are just simple thin glass windows. . WI-FI is just SO SLOWWWW!!! And the signal is just SOO BAD! It makes you sign in ALL THE TIME!!! It's just soo sooo terrible!! . The bed was so hard and old that I had to ask for them to put another mat on top. But of course they had only a kid mat and it wouldn't fit so I ended up with 2 kid mats on top of my old king size that squeaks at every turn. . It's been 6 days that I'm here and they've given me only 1 new set of shampoo/conditioner/soap. I had to save one day when it was ending during my shower, then I guess the lady finally notice it was over and replace it. But since the new conditioner was not used, she took away the next day!! I'm not kidding!!! It's just craazy! . Your minibar is never refilled. it's been 6 days and I'm consuming what's in it but it's never been refilled. . I think they don't refill anything, same thing with laundry. I've had to request laundry bags twice and they still send me only 1 bag/form + it doesn't get refilled after room is cleaned! . The Gym hours are bad and the equipment is dirty full of dust, one of the elliptical has pieces falling apart. . The elevator has 1 single 15-sec advertisement that repeats over and over and over... on the second day I couldn't hear it anymore. Now that I'm on my 6th day with 4 more to go I've created a barrier, I just block it. . There was not a single pen and paper on the room. . There is no paper tissue (Kleenex) in the toilet - and the toilet lights are terrible. . Ow! And the power outlets turn off when you leave so you can't leave anything charging in the room!! hahahaha just bizarre!!! . When you ask for room service (by the way the choices are LAME), remember to ask for salt!! They NEVER send it. I've ordered every single day... Today, the 6th day I ordered in advanced. . And don't be shy, you can hear every time the guest upstairs flushes and takes a shower. It is VERY loud. BTW, get use to noise, as this is a very noisy hotel. . Ah and the water, every time the upstairs guest flushes or is taking a shower, your water pressure decreases considerably! That are probably more details but I think these are enough reasons for you TO DON'T STAY HERE!!!! Really it's been the worst decision I made. And worst of all: they made me PRE-PAY the reservation without refund!!!!! So I can't leave and go anywhere else!!
Pros: Staying at this hotel during our four days and three nights ( fron May 7 To May 10 at Room 407) in Medellin was a not so good and it is very far from being the best hotel in the city. Breakafst was good, the room was olds, they need to renew the facilities.
Cons: However things got worse when we got home in Miami back from Medellin and realized that and Iphone5 and an IPod were stolen from one of our bags while we were at this hotel.
Pros: great location high ceilings good service quiet room
Cons: moldy shower curtain sponge pillows sheets didn't feel like all cotton breakfast buffet needs attention $50 to add a guest (room was only $80) bathroom needs to be renovated
The San Fernando Plaza Hotel offers luxurious accommodation with a heated outdoor pool, spa and fitness center in Medellin, in the financial and commercial district of El Poblado. Besides a bar and a restaurant.Rooms at San Fernando Plaza are spacious and include a seating area, high-speed Wi Fi and satellite TV. Some have a large terrace overlooking the city.
Pros: Lobby bar. Mr Jaimie expert service. Very attentive and profession. Every evening when we returned we sat and had coffee and cookies. He made us feel at home. Even in pjs we went down to have coffee we him. Mr. Juan Pablo our bell hop was also excellent very observant and wiling to help. The rooms curtains or drapes were run down. Too much day light to sleep. He actually came to room and taped drapes shut. Thank mr. Juan Pablo. Teo members of staff that were very friendly and always willing to help. Front desk were younger employees felt like they were just learning the ropes.
Cons: Toiletries and no hand wash towels for bathing. Also you had to ask for hair conditioner or shampoo wasn’t just daily replaced. Towels did not feel soft to touch or or skin. Definitely needed some fabric softeners or new towels. Mattress a little too did for my liking. Other than that we tried to make it home.
Pros: Clean, spacious and decent breakfast. taxis are always available. Note: The breakfast staff was exceptional. The desk staff should learn from them. close to Oviedo chopping center where you can exchange $ at two places.
Cons: The front desk staff however was not as friendly but did their job reasonably well. Yet, they seemed annoyed when we ask for information. a bit snobby if you ask me. Also, not sure why they desperately checked my date of entry -felt like I was going through customs all over again, NOT cool. Location was OK with access to buses, but far from metro. Also not as close as one would think to park Lleras. The gym was OK, but small for 3 people and it needs a full makeover. Lastly, they did not go out of their way to extend our stay, so we had no choice but to check out.
Pros: Very friendly staff, comfortable room and bed, excellent position, nice heated pool. I come here again and again
Cons: the gym equipment is rather old and needs updating
Pros: Breakfast was included every morning which was very convenient. Staff were very friendly and room was perfect. Hotel is close walking distance to malls and restaurants if you feel like leaving the hotel for lunch or dinner. Overall great hotel and would definitely stay there again.
Pros: The hotel was clean and rooms spacious!
Cons: Had to wait for 30 min for each, in and out! For a 5 stars hotel you loose a lot of time to check out for a 3000 pesos mineral water. At a room that costs almost 70 times more they look at a mineral water. There is no sun in the afternoon, is covered by the buildings!
Pros: Good breakfast and location, the room was clean and the staff was ok
Cons: There was a loud, very loud, church event in the auditorium next to the pool, we had to left the pool as it was too distracting.
Pros: Stayed for a week with a friend , very nice property, great customer service in an upscale secure location within walking distance to malls, restaurants, secure atm etc. breakfast buffet had very good assortment of food and baked goods. I would say the only draw back was the rather too firm bed.. And we had no pool during our stay as it was being remodeled. Overall a good place and value. Would come back
Pros: amazing hotel ! excellent breakfast !! a Gem !
Pros: Service was excelent, every person that works there always had an smile in their faces and were more than happy to help You with anything you needed.
Pros: Lobby was pretty and grand
Cons: Towels felt like sandpaper on my skin - and I'm a grown man with rough skin not a dainty lady or child. "Hot" water was lukewarm at best ... A nice hot shower would've been nice at this price. Hotel staff doesn't speak any English Location is away from restaurants or nightlife (though cans are cheap). Better service and nicer properties in the 5* range are Hotel Diez Hoye Charlee
Pros: I really liked the services and the attention of a doormen(Fernando restrepo) who made my stayed more pleaceant . He understood customer service better than the front desk manager or staff
Cons: The internet (wifi )only worked in the bathroom so after 3 calles to the front desk and after nobody came to help I had to moved my office to the bathroom and I worked all night sitting on the toilet because it was the only place the wifi worked(afemter speaking to the front desk manager ,36 hrs later they brought a modem to the room and the wifi connection finally worked ) . Both rooms I experienced had smelly courtains ,the toilet on the first room leaked all night and created a large pool in the bathroom .the bath tub was not draining properly in both rooms that I slept during my stayed . The second room I was moved in to ,was directly in front of a major construction project on (la loma de los parra)and the air powered jack hammers began operating at 7:59 am so I never had a chance to fully rest .it was not a great experience and I won't be back to that hotel .
Pros: Excellent and will stay here on all my next visitsd

Pros: The front desk staff including Lorena are the best of best staff who I have ever met before.
Cons: Breakfast can be improved
Pros: Location is great, very safe area, close to bars and restaurants, yet it is still quiet. Breakfast was excellent, many options and everything was fresh, eggs are made on the spot. As our plane arrived early morning and we leaved late afternoon, they gave us early check in and late check out free of charge. This is really rare, so we greatly appreciated it. Staff was really nice and very attentive to our needs. The price was also great compared to nearby big hotels. Slike proved and highly recommended.
Cons: Maybe a bed upgrade for bigger beds
Pros: Novelty Suites is about the nicest hotel where I have ever stayed. The rooms are great, the staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Medellin.
Cons: It rained a few times. I am not sure the hotel has any control over the weather.
Pros: Food great! Room very clean Great wifi
Pros: Best deal for the money in all of El Poblado, Medellin, Colombia. Very friendly staff, very helpful. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of a very happening town. I will go back next chance I get for a vacation.
Cons: The was absolutely nothing not to like. It did rain a few times, however.
Pros: Friendly staff and a great daily breakfast
Cons: I'm a below the knee amputee with special needs. The staff were like family and made sure all my needs were met. Thank you Freddie, Lorena, Juan and the rest of the staff for a very enjoyable stay.
Pros: Nice hotel with helpful staff. Good food in the restaurant and breakfast was good.
Cons: Quite far from the Metro
Pros: Can't say enough about my stay, we were visiting for a friend's wedding and the staff went above and beyond in just about every way possible to assist with transport for multiple friends, check ins for the same, and to address little issues that arose, as would happen with any stay. We felt taken care of the whole while, which allowed us to focus on the reason for the trip in the first place.

Cons: You can hear some noise from the avenue nearby. WiFi could be better.
Pros: Location was great, the staff very kind and helpful.
Pros: clean rooms and attentive/effective crew. Breakfast was one of the best, even compared to 5-star hotels, which we also booked. Property was conveniently across from a good chopping center. And a metro station (agua Atala) with reasonable walking distance.
Cons: The gym and outside hot tub need a makeover. The elevator is a bit busy now and then, so we used stairs, but not a problem w/o baggage.

I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone it has been the best one ever been. I’m very glad I stayed there my 12 days I felt like home. Accommodation absolutely the best. Pros: We were welcomed very warmly upon arrival with a welcome drink and nice greetings! The staff are all friendly, courteous, and nice. They really work hard to make a difference. We had room service- limonadas, hot water, spaghetti, sandwich, etc. - they were all delivered in a very timely manner, and the whole dinner was less than $25!! The food was delicious. The laundry service is fast (2 hours!) and great. The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood, yet it takes only several minutes' walk to shopping malls and restaurants. The value is great!
Pros: The bed, food, staff and price were all great. Food was reasonably priced. It was all good to be honest. Hoping to return to that hotel in a few months when I am back in Medellin.
Cons: Too heater wasn't that hot.
Pros: Nothing! Skyscraper, quite loud! You hear from every room when the door closes! Showerhead dirty. Rooms are clean
Cons: a slightly older gentleman Mr Diego at the desk does not seem to like foreigners. Not recommended for Europeans! At the reception are unfortunately very competent people and you will be treated like dirt! The question of why Europeans are treated like this is not an answer.
Pros: Staff was beyond nice and service-driven. Accommodations were pretty comfortable, with anything you would need. And the location is the best. You can go walking to lots of nice places to eat or drink coffee in the surrounding area.
Cons: The gym could have better maintenance and I didn't like that there was a door to the next room inside mine, although it was locked (I checked).
Pros: Upscale hotel with great amenities and fantastic service.
Cons: Hotel is a pretty far walk to the main road and requires a taxi to the Metro

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Pros: Everything- furniture size etc
Cons: Tv was flickering
Pros: Comfortable hotel with good staff and good location
Pros: Great location
Pros: Nice spacious tidy room. Fast wifi. Very good breakfast (thanks to the cook who was preparing amazing omlettes!). Spacious bathroom. 24H reception. The room has a small kitchen so it is a great thing if you like to prepare something to eat for yourself from time to time.
Cons: The view from the window was not that astonishing - but okay, I could live with that as the hotel was located in the most touristic part of Poblado (Parque Lleras) and that in fact was much more important than the view. No guests allowed.
Pros: Good hotel in the center of the action of Poblado. Good breakfast and very nice, very big rooms. Very good value for money, I would stay here again
Pros: The staff and manager were very helpful. Great staff, very nice rooms!!
Cons: I’m easy going so there wasn’t much to dislike. Great value.
Pros: Staff is great and so are the rooms
Cons: Gym is small
Pros: Le Parc is located in the heart of parque lleras (hands down the best location in Medellin) just steps away from all the action. Le Parc is perfect for anyone. The hotel is nestled into a quiet street which helps avoid the noise at night. The hotel itself is modern but also cultural! The best choice in the area! The rooms are very spacious and clean with kitchens. The staff was truly amazing..in all the years I've been traveling I've never met such a friendly and accommodating team. They went above and beyond in every way. The value here is incredible and I would STRONGLY recommend staying there over any other hotels in parque lleras!
Pros: Amazing, beautiful rooms. Staff was super kind and helpful.
Pros: Nicely designed rooms Tall ceilings Superb staff
Cons: No gym
Pros: We loved Du Parc! The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities you need for your stay! Fantastic hot shower and super comfortable bed! The staff were all so nice! Especially Edwin and Alejandro in reception who made our honeymoon stay even more special! Highly recommend! :)
Cons: Such a lovely stay!

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Pros: Clean nice staff. But MGMT is crooked. Watchout. They prey on tourists
Cons: They acused me of smoking in my room witch I completely deny .Thus they stole 200,000 for something in witch I DID NOT do. I went to the police filed a formal complaint witch is being processed. Dont stay there. There are way better options
Cons: Basic smaller space, sink in the room thin walls
Pros: Really really nice staff, clean and beautiful room, really good position to go out to restaurants and bars.
Pros: Great location, everything is really close to the hotel. Save to walk around and many near by restaurant. The staff was very nice at all time and the room had a view to the Main Street. The rooftop at night is wonderful it has a beautiful view of the city.
Cons: Too much noise. I know it’s not the hotels fault but just FYI. Especially weekends, because it’s next to bars and the loud music doesn’t let you sleep. On a Saturday night the music Ended at 4am
Pros: - Comfortable modern rooms decorated to a high standard - Good range of food at breakfast - Right in the heart of El poblado with lots of bars and restaurants just outside the hotel, 10 min walk to nearest metro station (Poblado) - Nice rooftop terrace and facilities (jacuzzi/gym/steam room)
Cons: - Jacuzzi wasn't always working - Gym was small - Steam room was only working if you told staff to turn it on and then would take 10 mins to warm up
Pros: The hotel is very modern with spacious rooms. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Location is great. It’s close to many interesting parts of the city and to the public transport.
Cons: Hotel tried to scam me for more money. They made me believe my room was for 2 people, checked in my friend no questions asked, only to ask for money after a few days. When I asked them how was it possible to check in a second person and not mention the additional fee, they played ignorant, they said that it was established it was a single person room on check in ( which still didn't explain why the additional fee was never mentioned - lack of trancperancy to the client) , when I told them it was actually established I had reservation for 2 people, they said they could "pull audio recordings" from the moment I checked in, which I supported and was glad to hear, but then they said they actually couldn't... ( How convenient) Another lie - during check in they said that anyone could visit the hotel , that if you bring company you don't have to check them in, I smiled and said that the reason I checked in 2 people was that I wanted that person to enjoy breakfast and such ... After this all thing blew up, they suddenly made up a rule that any friend could visit for only one hour. They continuously lied, held out information and conveniently forgot to speak English when I needed answers. The guy who checked me in spoke great English when I checked in and zero English when he asked for more money and I needed an explanation. I had to leave the hotel with my friend on midnight (having already paid for the room) and go to a different hotel , just so I didn't have to pay them any additional fee for my friend. Total disgrace.

Pros: Nice and modern.
Cons: Food and breakfast was terrible
Pros: Location , staff
Cons: Construction around
Cons: The restaurant area was too open. The bathroom at the room has not enough privacy
Pros: Breakfast was always excellent. I appreciated the total attention of the staff. The rooms were meticulously laid out and extremely comfortable
Cons: Not a single complaint
Cons: Bad Internet
Pros: Very helpful and friend staff. Wonderful complimentary breakfast!
Pros: Breakfast selection
Cons: No pool
Pros: The free breakfast is great - there's an create-your-own egg bar as well as many other options. The hotel is definitely luxurious with many fancy amenities. We stayed in the most basic room option but it still felt like a luxury hotel room, with a separate living room area from the beds. Everything was clean and in great working condition. The location is great for checking out Poblado - just a very short walk from Parque Lleras as well as many other great bars, restaurants, and cafes. Everyone we talked to on the staff was not only friendly (one big plus), but also spoke significantly better English than even many other tourist-y activities and hotels we interacted with during our time in Colombia. We could get by in Spanish, but I would especially recommend this hotel to anyone whose Spanish needs a little work. I would also recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an affordable, luxury spot to stay in Poblado!
Cons: I only have a few minor nitpicks, which makes sense given the 9.6 score: 1. While luxurious, the hotel's interior design definitely feels dated - it feels like you're in a place that was the height of luxury in the 80's or 90's. However, don't take this to mean things feel worn-out - they're old, but in very good condition. 2. If you're looking to use the metro a lot, the hotel is a bit of a walk - over 20 min to the nearest station. However, taxis/ubers are very cheap by Western standards and I found them a much easier way to get around the city from this hotel. But you should still check out the metro - it's a cool, modern system that the paisas are really proud of and is better than almost all public transit in the US.

Pros: Yes, value of money
Pros: The restaurant smelled like burn oil.....
Pros: Great location
Cons: There is big building right on the side which is under construction so the access to the hotel is a little bit tricky
Pros: I liked everything about this hotel. The location was in a very safe and nice area. Big room suite, super clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast was really nice and l would be happy to return there.
Cons: It was perfect!

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Housekeeping is poor, No towels, had to ask many time for them. Things keep breaking down.
Pros: Good service everytime
Cons: No comments
Cons: gym room in maintenance, no informed before arriving
Pros: The location and the breakfast. WiFi is decent.
Cons: The spa area was closed when we were there.
Pros: Nice and modern apartment I will stay here again
Pros: It is located very close to two different malls and a open 24 hours market for food and other Supplys and just a short walk away. The breakfast in the morning is good but they serve the same thing every day and there is not much of a variety but it's free so I still enjoyed it. There is a spa located in the building that my fiancé and I had a great couples massage but the place was a littel hard to find. There are no signs directing you to the spa and you have to take two different elevators to get to the right floor and side of the building so it was rather hard to find.
Cons: The sink was cracked in are room but thankfully did not seem to leak. The shower hot water heater only provided about five minutes of hot water before the water went cold. So no nice long relaxing hot showers for us. The a/c in the room made there room decently cold but if you like it very cold it's not going to happen. The TV would reset every time you shut it off so you had to chand it to the right input and redo the settings every time you turned it back on. Took a few calls to the repai man befor we learned to do it are selves. There was a option on the TV thought to change the language to English so that was great. The.gym was not very good they had three tread mills but only two worked, one elliptical that did not work and a bike that worked ok but the settings and heart rate reader did not work. They had two jacuzzis that were not filled with water you had to call and reserve then an hour in advance. They also had a steam room that worked on a timer and a sauna that worked the same. You had to turn the timer and set the temperature out side before going it but they heated up rather fast so they worked decently for me. The bed was very hard and the towels were very hard and rough not light and soft like your used to at a nice hotel. Final thoughts, the hotel was nice but was not what we were expecting from a four star hotel. The experience was more of a three star at best. But the location and price was very nice. So I guess you get what you pay for.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: No health club . Breakfast was very average.
The Poblado Plaza Hotel is a hotel located on El Poblado Avenue, right on the famous Golden Mile of Medellin, where the main businessbanking and financial centers of the country areconcentrated, as well as the most exclusive restaurants, bars and leisure areas and boutiques. The services of Poblado Plaza Hotel are very oriented to guests looking for a business hotel in Medellin: fully equipped rooms for all types of corporate and social events, a consulting team, gardens, adjoining restaurant with private entrance for guests, private, free parking, gym, laundry, free Internet connection via Wi-Fi, wardrobe, 24-hour reception.
Pros: Hotel Poblado Plaza helped to make my bday celebration a memorable one. The central location of the hotel, excellent restaurant, great value - breakfast included!, nice rooms, and outstanding staff!!! I cannot stress enough how the staff makes this hotel a better choice than other, bigger hotels that may offer more amenities but cannot match this hotel’s personalized service.
Cons: I hated leaving Medellin! Hotel Poblado Plaza has been the only hotel ever that has made me feel like I never left home.
Pros: Great location in Poblado. Close to everything and a very nice hotel. Staff is excellent as is their breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back here.
Pros: The value is amazing!
Pros: Location. The hotel is literally in walking distance from fine dining, shopping, banking and a movie theatre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was very good with a full menu 24 hour room service. The included breakfast was also excellent.
Cons: The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. The WiFi wasn't reliable in the room. I had to go to the lobby for a decent connection. The hotel is older but is well maintained.
Pros: Ideally located hotel in the main area of Poblado. Clean with efficient staff. Very good value with breakfast buffet and restaurant available with excellent quality food and service. Only complaint is noise— it can be very noisy on the street level and windows and walls are not noise insulated as one might be used to. I would stay again without hesitation.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge was especially helpful. She booked tours for us and made sure we were satisfied. Great follow-up!
Pros: Hotel Staff very professional and helpful
Cons: They surprise you with information that you do not have
Pros: The staff
Cons: You get suprise of additional information when your in the hotel.
Pros: Everyone went out of their way to make sure that our stay was a fantastic time spent in Medellin. Thanks to all

Cons: TV small 32", and not in front of bed. Bed rather small for two, only 1.40mts width
Pros: The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the views! The gym was good and there was a sauna and steam bath that I didn’t have time to use. Everything was included in the price.
Cons: The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the next room.
Pros: I appreciated a lot that the restaurant was opened very early just for runners of Medellin's maraton. The front desk service has excellent attitude. The cost/benefit is very high. I'd come back any time.
Cons: No issues found.
Pros: Good breakfasts. Good wifi connection. Nice personel. Comfy bed.
Pros: Location very good, very clean and staff was superb, restaurant staff was even better , perpetuated is in very good state , room was big and comfortable, bathroom was big and clean
