Hotel is old and requires doing up, uncomfortable room, WiFi was not smooth and intermittently breaking, difficulty in doing online transactions like banking and ticket booking, overbooked and provided a room near to a noisy party hall, non-Kannada speaking staff, repeated breakfast, slow service, small room, bath is not wet dry, rates increased by 20% compared with last year tariff of the same property, AC was not proper, bed was too soft and pillows were non-existent, overcharged for room service not ordered, room size not great, room was not cleaned after the previous guest, used liquor bottles in the room, some rooms are clairvoyant, one can hear the AC from neighbors room, some manners needed for reception staff, amenities in the hotel are just okay, very rude staff, fighting with customers, very old property, very expensive compared to other countries, very small room for 2 persons, price is very expensive, room size was very small for 2 persons, the bed was exactly below AC, no proper facilities in the room, towel not available, old lodge furniture- doors cot table, size of the room and room lighting, TV in the room is not good, everything else was quite satisfactory, amenities, bathroom is too small, housekeeping was lousy, things like towels and water were not replenished properly, had to call out supervisor for help, very little parking space, bit pricey, a bit costly.
