Cons (-) While there was warm water in the sink, the temperature of the water in the shower had been turned down so that I had the coldest shower I've ever had, even when camping - not fun! The outside door to our hotel area was not locked despite there being a card reader on it - security did not seem to be a priority.
Pros (+) Pool area is fine when it's not crowded. The restaurant has decent food, but isn't really worth the cost unless you're there for Sunday brunch.
Cons (-) They wouldn't give us a refrigerator for our baby's formula, and the girl at the front desk was pretty rude about it. We also had a lot of baby gear to tote up the stairs; there doesn't seem to be an elevator.
Pros (+) The fact they had a restaurant and bar in the facility.
Cons (-) They failed to clean the second room one day. They stopped giving me new towel about the third day. They did not open up the restaurant on the morning of the second day claiming lack of help....other than that it was OK.
