The Radisson Blu was great as we stayed on a newly renovated floor, so it felt brand new. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Didn't eat at the restaurant but the menu looked good. Direct access to the mall was exactly why we choose this hotel and it proved to be very convenient. The only negative experience was the additional $25 parking fee on top of the room fee. It was exceptionally noisy, from early to mid morning. Like no noise protection whatsoever, like the people in the hallway were in bed beside you. Very unfortunate with the incredible staff and semi luxurious comfort of the place, with the super prime location.

We wanted to spend time exploring the Mall of America and staying at this hotel was just perfect. The staff were nice and helpful, from the front desk, restaurant and cleaning crew. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is so much to do at the mall and being able to go back to our hotel room to rest any time we wanted was great.

The room and the hotel were clean, spacious and well designed. Staff was very friendly and the location to the Mall of America was amazing. There is direct access so we never had to use our car after we arrived. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We will decide try be going back. The booking on the Kayak site was easy and saved us money compared to booking directly through the hotel.

I liked the location but that was it. The staff were less then enthusiastic. The rooms were mediocre at best. It was very loud as the doors in the next door rooms and nearby rooms slam very hard and loud.

Pros (+) it's all about the location! Parking was a little crazy!

Cons (-) the restaurant wasn't the greatest, spendy and not that good. Was hard to find a reasonable breakfast, especially since we had little kids along.
