Pros: Staff were excellent
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Big, clean rooms Fantastic breakfast with omelets, bacon, waffles, oatmeal, etc! Good price online, but too high if purchased at front desk.
Cons: 3 MB/s internet speed too slow for 2016. And fast, cheap internet is available in the local market. This needs to be fixed to bring internet access up to the rest of the hotel's standards.

Cons: Nothing
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was wonderful- especially for the price. The rooms were very clean for the most part (and I have very high standards of cleanliness due to some medical conditions), the bathroom was huge, and the beds were very comfortable. All of the staff were wonderful. Would definitely recommend.
Cons: Breakfast was a little lack luster, but was a still good.
7.3 Good
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and super friendly. They had great breakfast and it was quiet.
Cons: It needs updating, which they are in the middle of doing, so I'm sure it will be great afterwards. Also the three pools were great except the floor around the pool needs a better drainage, because alot of standing water.

Pros: The front desk assistant was very sweet, but seemed overwhelmed. Though once you were her focus, she was very accommodating and pleasant. She was the best part of my stay.
Cons: The lights above the bedside table did not turn on, the iron did not work, and the location didn't feel all that safe. The bathroom and sheets were clean, so I was content enough for the short, business stay I had.

Pros: Staff helpful when I had a flat tire.
Cons: I had ordered 2 queen beds. My room had a king. My plans were for my sister in law and myself to have separate beds. the front desk said they had a room saved for me but nothing stating I wanted 2 queen beds. How does that work??? We both slepthe in

Pros: Very polite easy going quiet place overall.
Cons: Breakfast went until 10:00am, went down to eat at 9:00 and there was nothing left besides the crumbs and some gravy. Had to track a worker down just to have them make some coffee at least.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Kayak overbooked me. I showed up and the folks there said they were sold out. I had a confirmation number and had pre-paid. Don't know or care whose fault it was...I did not have a place to stay that I had paid for.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable.
Cons: Parking is close and easy but they hit you with parking fees. You can park in the ramp and they validate your parking stub. Sounds fine, until you get a bill under your door for parking. I asked the front desk and they said yes we charge you for parking. They are not upfront with this and that is what ticks me off. Any business should know that hiding fees does not make for a happy customer. I could have parked in a free lot if I had known.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Nice room.
Cons: No one greeted us or helped with our bags upon arrival. Bar across the street was loud and un-accommodating.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: This is a perfect high end choice for downtown access to St Cloud.
Cons: Marriot just bought them, and is removing all the old French architecture replacing it with cookie cutter items you are used to from a chain hotel. Pretty sad, actually.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The remodeled spaces are beautiful and the breakfast bar was really quite delicious. I don't usually care for hotel breakfasts but this was great.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was very pleasant.
Cons: To be fair this particular location was under construction when we stayed. However, if breakfast is indicated as being served from 7:00-10:00 there should still be food when we go down for breakfast at 9:40am. Furthermore, we received a complaint about noise (running and jumping) at 8:00pm from the room beneath us because they had to get up early and were trying to sleep. After traveling with young children for 7 hours they need an outlet to run around a bit. A family friendly hotel should be accommodating after all we stayed in our room! however a complaint like this at a somewhat early hour puts a sour taste in my mouth (especially since my kids had stopped running around at least half an hour prior). My suggestion....put families on the first floor and no one will hear stomping from above if a couple of restless children need to let out some energy!
6.5 Good
Pros: Close to food Close to shopping
Cons: Not too clean Slow wifi No view Slight smell

Pros: Great place to stay. Very good breakfast, friendly staff, awesome bed, walking distance to restaurants.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: This was a gift. The restraunt was cloed for breakfast but the supervisor did have free continental breakfast. They were very polite up front. Although we did not have a reservation they were still able to fufit us in that same day.
6.5 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfortable as was the pillows. I do Love the green paint in the room though!
Cons: The repeated key problems and being locked out frustrated me beyond anything ! I was given 3 different key’s and all 3 key’s ended up not working. The pools water temperature was set way to cold to swim in. The tv remote only had one battery in it. The shower head would only allow it run slow amounts of water from it making hard to take a decent shower.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Room Size is good. Not a lot else
Cons: Lighting switched off so corridors dangerously dark. One person on Front desk with a queue of people when there were plenty of staff hiding in the office behind. All the decor and furniture is tired. Chairs in restaurant all move and sag. Long overdue for a full overhaul
7.7 Good
Pros: Beds were comfortable, pool area clean.
Cons: We booked the room and were told that we could use the Triple A discount when we checked in, they couldn't apply it over the phone. When we checked in, they wouldn't accept it. Room price was too high, but understand there was annual event in St. Cloud that weekend, so hotels jack up the prices! Hot tub didn't have jets and wasn't very hot, kiddie pool very, very small. Picture online makes it look bigger.

Pros: Motel had a cool retro vibe. Very clean room. Friendly staff. Great price.
Cons: No pool.
6.6 Good
Pros: Basic clean accommodations at a relatively low price. There was a small fridge in the room and a coffee maker and they also had breakfast items available.
Cons: Room was small and air conditioner left us both really stuffed up.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable, clean, friendly staff & good location. I stay in hotels for business about a dozen times a year and try to find decent rooms for about $100. This was one of the best rooms I've had for this price range!
Cons: The building is a little outdated but in good shape.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and spacious and staff was very helpful
Cons: Our room was next to the ice machine, so it was loud when in use. Just something to think about when choosing your room.

Pros: Location for our trip home, and was the cheapest in the area.
Cons: Run down, musty smell. Poor breakfast choice, lobby computer and printer did not work. The pillow and bed were both very hard.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: This hotel was so dirty. You walk in and the staff aren't wearing anything professional, I had to check with them three times before even getting to the hotel that my booking worked, I was forced to stay in a smoking room because of my pet. Non smokers should not be thrown into a smoking room just because they have pets. All of my clothes smelt terrible after my stay from the smoking room. The only thing that smelt even remotely clean in that room were the towels. The curtains had holes, the couch and chairs were stained and full of holes, there were patch works everywhere in the walls. The locks on the doors were loose and the walls were extremely thin, so you could hear everything. I will not be staying there again.

Pros: Two out of the three staff members I dealt with were accommodating and nice.
Cons: The first room they gave me the a/c didn't work. They were very accommodating and gave me a new one promptly. After the multiple times of my key cards and others key cards didn't work I finally got in my room. The showers smelled milldewy right away. There was still ice in the ice bucket from the previous tenant. Beds are hard and pillows were the size of my hand. I booked one night online and changed my plans and wanted to come a night early. So I called the hotel and booked another night. When I got back to the hotel for my second night again my key cards didn't work. I go to the front desk and they said that my room is not my room. The lady at the desk tried to blame this problem on me and I should have known that since I booked one room online and one by phone that I needed to check out after my first night and check back in for my second. Well all my stuff that was left in my room was not there any more. Luckily the maids were nice enough to not steal my stuff and just put it all in a garbage bag. So they booked me into my room for the second night. Turns out to be the same room that the a/c doesn't work. I said no. I also thought that since I booked one room online and one by phone that I could have the same room two nights in a row. Anyway they gave me their last available room which again the shower was smelly on mildew and the toilet seat fell off as I put it up. The place sucks and definitely not worth the $70 a night I spent on it. It's really only worth about $40 a night. Oh and the continental breakfast was worthless. Don't stay here. You will regret it.

Pros: nothing

Pros: Room had a fridge
Cons: Pool was closed because it was too dirty, door to outside was out of order, TV in room and in breakfast area did not work, free breakfast offerings were very limited, carpets throughout the hotel were filthy, bed was very hard, ice machine was out of order, soda machine was empty...

Pros: Check in lady was nice and helpful. Other than that the place is a no-go.
Cons: Dirty. TV wouldn't work. Heat register was busted on the ground (hazard if you have kids). You can hear other rooms. I would not feel safe here if I was not a male. I swear one guest hid from me, and then followed me to my room. Sketchy place. The room was terrible. I booked a double queen but Received single queen. Terrible experience. Would not stay again.
