Pros: Breakfast was great, staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They did everything they could to make our stay more comfortable and memorable. Much nicer than a standard hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is very convenient. It's walking distance to the downtown area where most of the restaurants, bars and attractions are. And there is a big Whole Foods a few minutes away from the location. Our room number is 39, which is a very lovely room. It has a beautiful light yellow and blue color scheme, cute decor, and great lighting. We especially like that there is an extra sink outside the bathroom, which allowed me and my friend using sink and mirror at the same time. The free breakfast provided by the Inn is a huge plus. They change the menu everyday, and every dish is freshly made with high-quality ingredients!

8.2 Excellent
Pros: This Ina very pretty location high above the Hudson River, it looks like a castle, from the outside, but the interior has a variety of decor. We had a deluxe King and it was large and very comfortable. We had our anniversary dinner at Equus, the in house restaurant, excellent food and service.
Cons: Unfortunately for us they were having issues with their fire alarm, it went off 3 times while we were there, not happy being woke up at 7:30 by sirens and flashing lights, evacuated for 20 minutes and nothing was said by mgmt, we showered and checked out soon after, this ruined our relaxing anniversary weekend.

The Spa and A1! We stayed there for about 6 hours until they told us they were closing. We would definitely go back!

9.0 Excellent

Cons: Wish I had later check out due to midnight check in
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Super quiet, comfortable, and charming.
Cons: I notified the hotel in advance that it was our anniversary (responding to a message from them in which they asked if there was a special occasion we were coming for) but I realized afterward that nobody acknowledged it while we were there. I know they got my reply because it included my wife’s name, and they said her name when we checked in. No big deal, just odd for a nice place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Pool & pool bar are excellent. The grounds are very nice and the location is very good as well.
Cons: I liked everything. Staff was great.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views, grounds and architecture.
Cons: It took a long time to replace towels by the pool even though several guest requested over an hour. Had to argue with a valet over parking even though the front desk had approved self parking. We wanted a quick dinner because we were on our way to see fireworks on the 4th. We asked our waiter if the kitchen was running slow or fast, he replied "it will take as long as it takes"

Pros: Every thing from the rooms, lobby, bar, location & staff.. cleanliness of whole hotel was amazing.. going to go back again.. really made you feel at home.
Cons: That I couldn't stay longer.. I know that it's basically new.. but I didn't have any problems.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The inside was very clean, accommodating staff, quick efficient check in, room was very clean & comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Bed was plush & comfortable. Quiet in the room and had a great night's rest.
Cons: The parking lot views from the room. Entrance into hotel was off the parking lot.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Clean room, nice hotel decor, great location. The young man in the kitchen was the hardest working one in that kitchen from what i could see. Not on his cell phone. He was seen constantly moving back and forth putting clean dishes away. If you think your guests are not watching, we are.
Cons: 1. I requested a cot due to my oldest son not wanting to share a bed with his 13 yo sister. Cots are not available. I asked why...response by check-in was that it is prohibited by management. So needless to say, sleepig arrangements were very uncomfortable. This establishment needs to get in line with every hotel other hotel I've been to that can accommodate a cot. 2. We decided to have breakfast in the hotel Saturday morning. We thought $17 per person cost would provide us with fresh and top service. Not the case. The only fruit available was cantaloupe, pineapple, and grapefruit. The eggs in the buffet service were so dry, the surface of the eggs were discolored due to sitting for so long. The taste of the eggs were like cardboard. The bacon was overcooked and dry as well. I decided to get a fresh omelette from the chef. I had to wait some time because his attention was on his cell phone (he was on his phone from the moment we walked into the area). When I finally was able to order, i ordered very clearly "two plain omelettes". I only got one. I didn't complain as i didn't want to interrupt his cell phone time. 3. $75 bill for a very very shoddy breakfast experience. 4. Pool is a large bathtub. The pictures of the pool on the website are deceiving.
7.0 Good
Pros: I liked the hotel it was nice and clean
Cons: What I didn’t like is that I tried to extend my stay until 1pm I was willing to pay extra and I was told it was only able to be extended u til 12:30 , by 12pm someone from the staff started knocking on the door none stop my partner went to answer the door to let let them know that we were checking out at 12:30 the lady gave him a bad look like if we weren’t suppose to check out so late I felt disrespected and that will be the reason why I will never visit this hotel again. I feel like those things should be communicated because it disturbed out peace.

Pros: Clean
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was nice and the hotel seemed very fancy/upscale. I liked that there was a pool, gym, and bar.
Cons: Most hotels offer free breakfast so I was disappointed that it didnt. We were there for a wedding so it would have been nice and extremely convenient to just grab a quick bite before we left. The breakfast you offer was very expensive and we were already spending so much money on the wedding and traveling we couldn't afford that. Also, we would really have appreciated a micowave in the room. Lastly, it sucked I had to pay separately for parking even though I was staying there. I get it it's the city and parking is scarce but it would have been better if parking had been included in my room price. I was not aware I had to pay for parking so when I showed up I was taken by surprise and I didn't appreciate that it just seemed like unknown last minute expense that I really had no choice but to pay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved how friendly the staff was and how clean the hotel was. It was just such a quick and simple process and would definitely come here again.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly convenient location for shopping, dining, driving/commuting, and the hotel granted my request regarding room placement. It didn't matter that the view was a construction site: I got plenty of sunshine and quiet!
Cons: I had emailed the property with a question about parking and never heard back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and cleanliness!
Cons: The cost for parking.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and accommodating
Cons: There was some issues with the drainage in the bathroom. The water in the tub and the sink would go down extremely slow.
6.3 Good
Cons: I booked last minute and forgot my iPhone charger. I asked several people at the front desk to pls help me out and charge my phone at front desk, not to take charger with me, mind you- as I needed my phone to charge, they didn’t pay any attention to it, instead one looked just bothered-as if I was a new huge request. How inconsiderate! Also ac control was not working on room, call to get someone in my room, i asked if they could sent a woman as it was late at night, again same attitude. Pretty disappointed on service base on what they charge and common courtesy
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location of the property is perfect everything in one location, (night Life, food, shopping, etc)

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a good escape from New York busy area, lot of greens around, room was perfect to fit a family, small kitchenette was a plus, lot of parking area and very easy to access from highway, very recommended
Cons: The room has no safety box, valuables must be deposited at the front disk, I would rather they add safety box to rooms, breakfast is very basic and has no variety, room house keeping must be improved
7.5 Good
Pros: Beds are too high for someone with knee or hip replacement like me. Counter in kitchen is sharp and bumped arm pretty badly due to counter height. Room next door was super noisy despite reports to desk. More soundproofing or better security needed. Location and value were ideal, would recommend. Staff I did encounter were friendly and welcoming.
6.3 Good
Pros: The pool was very nice, and breakfast was good.
Cons: A dog stayed in the room across from us and peed right in front of our door. I didn’t mind the air mover to dry it out, but the hallway stank like pee. Also, we booked a 1 bedroom suite with a pullout. The bedding for the pullout was really sparse. The air conditioning made that room colder than the bedroom, and there was only 1 pillow and a thin blanket - even though we specified 4 people.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, staff was super helpful, outdoor pool looked clean, rooms were a great size
Cons: The room was a bit stuffy and I couldve used a better pillow but other than that I’d stay there again

Pros: hotel has a pool, delivery service came out that way, staff was super nice, quite remote location, but lots of people around so you didn't feel in the middle of nowhere
Cons: The hotel rooms are detached from the check in/pool/restaurant/bar... it's a separate building with a connecting bridge. None of the doors to the hotel part lock at all, and are constantly open to the public- quite strange and unsettling!
6.0 Good
Pros: The location and free parking was convenient and met my needs. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Cons: What we did NOT like was being charged $18 for parking our cars. I believe this added cost will discourage future clients. Please, take this criticism as a recommendation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Facilities and friendly people at the restaurant
Cons: We arrived early morning around 8:30. I asked to front desk personal ( black woman) if we can do an early check in. I sawed to her my reservation number. But she was very rude. I told her .- “please don’t talk me like that”. After that she wasn’t helpful and denied the early check in.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Access to grassy courtyard. Nice bar.
4.5 Okay
Pros: It was centrally located for the needs of the wedding weekend.
Cons: When I left my guests name and instructions to the front staff to give her a key when she arrives, they did not communicate that through everyone in their staff and when my friend arrived, she was not given a key to my room. I was stuck at a rehearsal and could not assist until too late. The hotel didn't even attempt to get in touch with me to verify that she was my guest. They just flatly refused. I also did not receive any Hilton Honor points for this stay.
9.3 Excellent

6.8 Good
Pros: The ala carte omelet and tea cost as much as the breakfast buffet, so there was not advantage to ordering ala carte.
Cons: The guest in the room next door kept his TV on loud and I called the desk at 2:30AM to request the he be contacted and asked to turn the TV down. I heard his phone ring and every word of his conversation with the front desk so I know he received a call. Thankfully, he turned the TV down, but not off. I should not have been able to hear that much sound coming from his room. For the price of a room here, the soundproofing is not adequate. There was also a mix up about my reservation through a third party. When the front desk clerk could not find it in the reservation system by the confirmation number I provided, I just had her book me into a room independent of the reservation. My credit card was then charged for a no show reservation. The front desk clerk was able to correct it before I left but it was an unnecessary hassle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very soft bed! Modern, tasteful decor. TV was Netflix enabled. Shower was great and had plenty of water pressure. View from room was very pretty. Very quiet at night. We didn’t use the pool but it is gorgeous and looks very clean. Shop was overpriced but that is the usual. Hearth restaurant was AMAZING for dinner! Best meal I have had in a while. Breakfast buffet was nice but a little expensive. Dogs are allowed and while we didn’t bring ours we enjoyed seeing all the pups and never heard any barking. They may be only in a certain section of the hotel. Staff was friendly and everyone always says hello and someone always holds the door for you. Close to train station to travel into NYC. It’s about a 50 minute ride. Would definitely stay here again!
Cons: Parking lot was super full Saturday night so we had to walk pretty far after a day in the city. They do have complimentary valet but you have to tip of course.
6.3 Good
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: We were given a room that had a dog before. We have a dog (that did not come w us) and our house does not smell like that. It was not well cleaned.

Cons: It was all good
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is so beautiful. Very open lobby. Bright
Cons: I got there 20 minutes before check-in. I inquired about an early check-in and they agreed to do it as long as I paid $25 extra for an early arrival. Honestly, it was so unusual to go thru that.

Cons: Air conditioner was a little loud and didn't seem to maintain good temp; was either too warm or too cold.

Cons: Not to good breakfast
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Where do I begin.? I am an avid traveler and this is my first time ever writing a formal complaint .television did not work. The toilet was running all night. The fire alarm went off and my phone did not work and I did not know if I needed to evacuate or not because there was no notice or knock on my door. When I left the whole building was outside and the fire department was there. The person upstairs kept making noise and stomping on the floors which caused me to have to call the front desk, from my cell phone because the room phone did not work. They had to call the people upstairs to tell them to please walk quietly it was 11 p.m. at night. I paid for the continental breakfast which was awful. The eggs were watery and the sausage was undercooked. I paid almost $30 to eat a bowl of cereal. I travel a lot for work and my company has used your facility before. I will make sure to tell my company going forward to not use this facility and to go down the street at the Sheraton. Let's see front desk staff know of all of my issues they did nothing to compensate me.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Simple, it was a great value for an overnight before getting to our cruise.

6.0 Good
Pros: Close to Saw Mill Parkway and bed was comfortable.
Cons: The motel needs updating. But if you are just looking for a safe and affordable place to rest your head for the night, this place will do. For longer stays I don’t recommend it.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Rooms are cleaned to the minimum. Lamps were dusty, microwave fridge with odor. If they stepped up the quality of cleaning, this place would be great.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Breakfast was very basic but better than no breakfast
Cons: The proximity to a very busy main road made it very noisy throughout the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the sign on top of the building my husband and I thought, "oh no, is this going to be a dump?" But boy were we wrong. The room was so clean, there is a nightlight on the hair dryer in the bathroom so we werent stumbling around, the stand up shower was HUGE, and had great water pressure. The breakfast was your typical "continental" breakfast with toast, bagels, and English muffins. Cereal, juice, coffee but my husband said the coffee wasnt the best. They had a cute small area to sit though so you didnt have to lug it back to your room.

Pros: There's now a room for breakfast.
7.5 Good
Pros: Spacious rooms, AC worked. Comes with decent amenities and staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons: Could probably spray to try to keep bugs out but it what it is with one floor motel. Killed a couple bugs but nothing I haven’t done before so just be prepared to potentially kill a small bug or two
7.5 Good
Pros: Very comfortable spot, fair price, and very pleased they offered smoke friendly rooms.
Cons: Could use some vending machines on both sides of the community, maybe move the machines to the middles so it’s an even walk for all.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean rooms
Cons: No
5.8 Okay
Pros: I like the area the hotel is in.
Cons: I did not like the fact that I paid money for 2 rooms and we could not shower, because there was no hot water, I guess the boiler was broken and they new it and we should have been compensated on our stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a no frills, 2.5 star hotel. I've stayed in many. What's important to me at this level is that it is clean and does not have a moldy, musty smell. This hotel meets this criteria and then some. Book it!
8.3 Excellent
