Pros: Beautiful room with a wonderful view. The bed was very comfortable and amenities well stocked. Loved the jacuzzi bath tub with television built into the wall for entertainment! We will be back when staying overnight downtown Minneapolis.
Cons: Business center was expensive and slow. Only 1 of 2 computers actually worked.
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and the atmosphere was great.
Pros: Loews Minneapolis Hotel completely blew me away during my stay this past week. The skyscape view was incredible, and the hotel is perfectly positioned around a ton of awesome shops, restaurants, and venues for those who get time to explore. The front desk and Star Service staff were unbelievable. I've been to hundreds of hotels in my professional lifetime, and Loews ranks among the very best hotel experiences I've ever had. Even the valet was amazing--that's hard to find.
Cons: The morning breakfast buffet was overpriced for what was offered. I'd suggest discounting the $20 buffet price for those staying in the hotel (perhaps if they're willing to charge to the room for verification).
Pros: love the location in downtown Minneapolis, and the bars and restaurants near the hotel are great. Location right off of first avenue.
Cons: I think the area right next to the lobby leading up to the skyway was under construction, kinda unattractive but no big deal. I will stay here again.
Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure (or even both), Loews Minneapolis Hotel is your home base in the Twin Cities.
Pros: The special touch of a card meant a lot. Everyone was so nice and welcoming.
Cons: Pool hours could be about 30 minutes later to accommodate travel arrivals.
Pros: Individually welcome by Front Desk staff, Manager on Duty and Maintenance personnel. A+
Cons: T.V. In bathroom nice idea. OLD CRT tube t.v. In bathroom not connected to cable, not nice.
Pros: The staff at the Grand were so nice, polite, and helpful. Room service was lovely and fast. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated, and the beds are fabulously comfortable.
Pros: Comfy bed. Extremely quiet rooms and great soundproofing. Wonderful facilities.
Pros: Polite, friendly staff.
The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, well appointed, and tastefully decorated with a deft combination of nostalgic old world grandeur and modern touches.
The hotel is connected directly to the Minneapolis downtown skyway system. Public garage parking is available right across street (for a fee). Valet parking is, of course, available as well.
Cons: Room was not available at the designated 3pm check-in time. We were on a tight schedule and needed to check in at 3pm to get ready for an event. We had to decide between trying to book another room at a different hotel or accept a different room here. We chose the later.
The room we originally booked had an exterior view but the new room had an interior view of the "Atrium." Calling the dank, unlit, barren cement hole in the middle of the hotel an atrium is putting on airs, to say the least. We chose to keep the curtains closed rather than stare across the desolate blight into another guest's room a scant 15' away (and, presumably, they into ours).
The bathroom sink was clogged. The timer for the mirror defogger was broken. The HBO cut in and out and was unwatchable (not a big thing for us, we didn't come to watch TV... but still).
There are no coffee makers in the rooms. There is coffee in the lobby but when I went down to get some at 0830 there was no creamer left. I would have informed the desk but they were overwhelmed with guests checking out.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but between not getting the room we booked, the minor annoyances with the maintenance of the room, and the lack of coffee -- a basic staple of any luxury or boutique hotel -- we don't think we would stay there again, especially when there are so many other comparable choices nearby.
Pros: The front desk was really great. And I liked the list of things availablr if needed. We took advantage of the Keurig. I liked the style of the hitel, pretty chic. Also, the location was awesome. I also loved that I could control the heat in the room myself.
Cons: I didn't like that there was no hot tub in the pool area. When I'm paying that much for a hotel room, I expect a hot tub. The blankets weren't very warm or comfortable. I expected a cozy, luxurious room and got a nice but kind of a cold lonely feeling room.
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: $35 for parking
Pros: Very comfortable bed.
Cons: The lighting in the bathroom.
Pros: A bike in the lobby you can borrow
Pros: Everything. Amazing staff. Fabulous and luxurious room. Can't wait to visit again
Pros: Nice appearance. Classy looking ,

Pros: This hotel was very nice I would stay here again.
Cons: My only complaint is that we went with a group of friends and had multiple rooms. We showed up an hour early for check in and they told us our rooms weren't ready. That's fine, I knew we were early. But the receptionist said I will have your rooms ready in 45min we are getting them all by each other. So I asked if they had a place for bags (we only had 4 small ones) She said the room was full. So we had to walk them all the way back to our car in the ramp. We then came back 45 min later. We felt with a different receptionist who said if we wanted to wait another 30 min he could get our rooms all by each other. We were there for an event and already running late. So we opted to just get 4 rooms anywhere (we thought that's why we were waiting the 45min first of all to get rooms by each other) I also noted they had taken other people's bags into another storage room and had people bags behind the reception desk....
Pros: Great location by baseball and basketball arenas! Nice breakfast each morning that is open late.
Pros: Great spot, right next to everything and has a nice ride just outside if you need to get anywhere else downtown. Can walk to just about anywhere from here.
Cons: Beds were very hard, my back killed the next morning. Put a pillow under you knees at night and you'll probably be ok.

Pros: Great in room coffee- illy espresso!
Our room was beautiful.
Cons: No pool. Immediate surroundings are a little sketchy late at night. More light and more security needed outside.
Pros: Great service all the way around.
Cons: Bathroom was horrible, no counter space and the sink was leaking into the floor.
Pros: Very modern. Great style and terrific service! Marin is a great restaurant!!

Pros: Clean, comfortable beds and plenty of space.
Cons: Told restaurant was open until 12. Was only open until 11. Picked up someone from airport. Could have stopped somewhere on the way back.
Shampoo wrecked hair.
Strange noises at night.
Shower very weak.
Charged by them for the room but corrected it.
Pros: Easy access from the interstate. Friendly, accommodating staff. Low occupancy night so we received a complimentary upgrade after a long day of traveling.
Pros: Everything was great - very comfortable beds
Pros: Great stay
Pros: The hotel was jst fine
Cons: The hotel is NOT in Minneapolis! I booked this hotel on phone while on the train heading to MSP using my cell phone. Since the hotel's name has 'Minneapolis' in it I figured the hotel was in the city. I had to take a taxi all the way to Wayzata. . .what the heck!

Pros: Very clean comfortable room for what i paid. The rooms looked new or renovated, it was very quiet, and top to bottom a great experience.
Pros: Staff and location and quiet!
Pros: Very clean and comfortable rooms.
Cons: Doors close too loudly at night.

Cons: Room starting to look worn. Bedside lamp needed new bulb. In room coffee maker full of scale deposits and would not heat properly. Maids cart parked in our hallway overnight in front of open service room door. Many carpet stains.
Pros: We went there for a bachelorette party - The front desk was able to get us in for early check in so we could decorate the room, and the customer service was OUTSTANDING. Hotel is beautiful - Will definitely book again
Pros: Nice rooms with modern fixtures. My favorite was the lighting in the bathroom
Cons: Parking was TERRIBLE. I was not notified of parking arrangements for guests during check-in
Pros: Design, very comfy bed, wonderful bathroom, great room service
Cons: No in-room movies (contrary to advertisement), Internet was down whole first night (also contrary to advertising), maids come into the room early despite the "do not disturb" sign...multiple times both days we stayed, front desk help was apathetic and snarky.
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was excellent!
Pros: The staff were helpful in upgrading our accommodations after we expressed disappointment with the room we booked. (See below)
Cons: The hotel is misleading in what it advertises as a "junior suite" for which they charge $50 extra per night. It is not a suite. It is just a large room. And it's not even good extra space. Just an oversized entry way and an extra strip of space between the bed and TV. Also, when i booked, there was no mention that the room didn't have a window to the outdoors; just an atrium view. Definitely not worth paying for. But the staff was kind enough to get us a better room. Apparently they've heard this complaint before.
My biggest complaint is with Kayak/Orbitz customer service. The first person I called was helpful, but got disconnected. The second argued with me and then refused to escalate me to his manager. Instead he tried to transfer me to the hotel, but nobody answered. I called back again and asked for a manager at Orbitz, but nobody answered there either. I wanted to reward Kayak with the booking since I used their service to find the hotel, but I will never book via Kayak again after that atrocious customer service.
Pros: Modern. Great hip design
Cons: Was all good
Pros: A modern contemporary room. Comfortable, stylish and right downtown. We walked to events and resturaunts during our stay.

Pros: 1. Fast Check-in
2. Due to room availability, was allowed to check-in 4 hours priot to normal check-in time (Check-in is at 4, was able to check-in at noon)
3. Very Friendly Staff (At Check-in, In the Cafe, Cleaning Staff, etc)
4. On-site parking was well priced
5. Cafe/Restaurant/Bar/Lounge were nice onsite amenities
I would stay here again.
Cons: Rooms slightly dated and remote was slow to change channels on the TV (I am being overly critical here and this did not play into my rating).
Pros: This is a great hotel in love it. I stay here a lot. The rooms are nice there big too. There is a couple of things they need to work on.
Cons: They staff always have this bougie I'm better then you attitude every time I go in there now I don't know if it's just me or....
Second I wish they had an adult's only station on the t.v.
Pros: I liked the location. AWESOME beds - very comfortable.
Cons: I wish parking could be free and they would offer a complimentary breakfast.
Pros: The location was convenient. Short walk to US Bank arena. Staff was friendly.
Cons: There was a dog in the room next door that was barking. We alerted the staff. Dog was still barking when we returned. Thankfully within 10 minutes of being back in our room it stopped.
Pros: The outside isn't welcoming because it's under construction
But once indoors - it's a Cozy and elegant yet affordable hotel
Cons: Again the exterior looks a bit scary
Pros: Shuttle to Target Field
Cons: Very pricey for this hotel. Had to pay for parking.
Pros: Bed comfort.
Cons: Parking really BAD. COULDN'T FIND parking. We had my daughter at hospital. We came late.
The check in and then relocation to hotel room for people is too far. That was quite a walk for me.
Pros: The staff was excellent.
Cons: Very cold pool. The parking lot needs better lighting.
Pros: Clean rooms and walking distance to restaurants and other attractions in downtown Minneapolis.
Pros: Location, staff and everything were great
Cons: Nothing to complain about
Pros: The staff was very helpful and courteous - even the parking attendents and shuttle service were fabulous. The restaurant staff and food was great and were surprised at the moderate prices and amount of food for the dollar. Keep up the good work.
Cons: There seemed to be a low pitch whining / whirring of something --at all times in our hotel room.
Pros: The feel and vibe of the place is awesome. It's a cute little building in a sea of mirrored skyscrapers. The guest staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space in our room to spread out and for my daughter to crawl around.
Lots of great restuarants are within walking distance and the conference center is only 5 blocks away. They even offer to shuttle you over if you don't want to walk that short distance.
Cons: The pool was a little cold, not too bad, but it could stand to be warmed up a degree or two.
The fitness center is very small but adequate. It wasn't crowded when I uesd it but I could see that it could get filled up very fast at the right time of day. One of the 10lb and one of the 12lb weights were missing so I had to use the 15lbs to have a matched set. But that just made me work a little harder which isn't really a bad thing.

Pros: Room. Location. Accessibility. Atmosphere down town Minneapolis.
Cons: No fan in bathroom. Parking ramp is challenging to navigate.
Pros: Had a great stay. Room was neat and clean.
Cons: Parking - not to the fault of the hotel. The city owns the parking lot. It was still cheaper and secure than parking on the street.

Pros: A clean hotel but super simple. The price I paid for the room didn't match the amenities. Would not recommend.
Pros: The staff was fabulous and could not have been more helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Cons: I paid for my reservation online with kayak. When I went to check in, I was charged an additional 20 something dollars for insurance. It was refunded after we checked out, but it would have been nice to know in advance.
Cons: Paying for parking

Pros: Great location and lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Hotel decor is contemporary yet with a nod to the historic nature of this beautiful building. Location in the renovated downtown area Is ideal for many activities as well as access to walks along the river and stone arch bridge. It is close to great restaurants, theater and sporting events. Dunn Brothers coffee next-door is a bonus!
Cons: Booked through Kayak via Get A Room. Though I confirmed my prepaid reservation earlier that day, at check in the front desk clerk was unable to find my reservation for several minutes and rather unfriendly. When she did locate the reservation, she did give us a nice room but overall was not welcoming. For the remainder of the day, all other staff at the hotel were very friendly, helpful and cheerful.
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and had very unique decoration.
Cons: Some of the front desk staff were very short and slightly rude. It was a busy day, but in a place this nice, I expect more.
Cons: Renovations were taking place affecting the bar and restaurant area.
Pros: Clean, nice location only three blocks from the light rail. Good bar on site. Everyone there was awesome!
Pros: Not much
Cons: Was never told once through the entire billing and check in process that there would be extremely loud construction directly above our room on the roof from 8am-noon. Employees at check in could not care less about our terrible experience. I am 26 and I have never written a review. Hope this hotel goes out of business.

Pros: Rooms were excellent! Very clean. Bedding very comfortable.
Pros: Nice lobby and lounge area. Convenient restaurants either in the same building or walking distance. Museum/ observation balcony.
Cons: Our room had poor lighting, furniture had scatches and chips. Paint on wall was cracked in the bathroom. The lounge turns into a club at night with lots of drinking, it's very loud. We had a hard time sleeping due to the number of drunk people there. We had to bring ID to be in the lounge and the bouncers were really rude.
Pros: The modernization of such a iconic building to such a high standard of luxury! The staff was encredibly acommidating during my visit!
Pros: I liked the decor. The vibe was fun and youthful. The room was decorated nice.
Cons: Asked for a room with a view and got the 5th floor. Wanted something a bit higher in a 28 story building.
Pros: Friendly staff, swank bar in the lobby and on the 27th floor. Free trip up to the museum and observation deck on floor 30
Cons: Awful view of the HVAC equipment for the restaurant below. Smallest room on the second floor.
Pros: Great atmosphere & friendly staff.
Great view of Minneapolis & location was convenient with great dining nearby.
Cons: People on the floor were loud & the room we had (a corner room - 2012) allowed all sound through the walls. We could hear every door opening / closing & noise from the hall.
Cannot recommend for weekend unless you do not plan to go to bed until after 2 am
Pros: Location is great! Cool view. Good historical place. Easy to walk to places you want to go.
Cons: No in-room coffee. I know - details, but....
Pros: Great location, steps away from anything worth doing in Minneapolis. Friendly, helpful staff and a cool atmosphere. Keys cafe and Manny's are both downstairs. Stayed in what they call a cool corner room, so there was a decent view.
Cons: For a place that considers itself an ultra-cool luxury hotel, it was disappointing. Pretty basic room (bed, desk, TV, etc), but burnt out lightbulbs, chipped mirror, pealing paint, our floor (10th) smelled like a deep fryer, and everything costs extra (e.g. Wi-Fi is $13/day). After paying so much for the room, I expected better.
Pros: Steeped in history, yet brought to modern standards. The shower stall was great, and the photo booth in the lobby was really great to get some shots once we got all dressed for the party. Keys Cafe is right next door for breakfast.
Pros: If Tom Haverford from Parks and Rec made a hotel, this would be it. A bit over the top in a few ways, but you love it all the same.
Amid a contemporary scene crafted with groundbreaking art, independent music, thriving theater, fashionable shopping and acclaimed dining, the historical W Minneapolis – The Foshay inspires innovative style in a soaring icon of art deco splendor. Within our historic skyscraper, indulge in world-class dining at Manny's, sip freely in the sky high Prohibition bar, cozy up in the Living Room or workout at FIT. Want more? Our Whatever/Whenever® service takes care of everything else. Stay on top of the surging urban scene in 229 rooms with spectacular views of the skyline and lush landscapes, also featuring the signature W bed, fully wired technology, delightful Mix Bar, Bliss® Spa sinkside six and fabulous entertainment.
Pros: Huge room, nice lobby, great location, and tasty breakfast.
Cons: Hotel sites indicate the hotel has parking, but do not say that it costs an extra $20 per day. "Parking" should mean "Free Parking". Also, some parking spots are very tricky to get in and out, even with a compact car. Breakfast gets hectic near the finishing time (9 am on weekdays); better get there early if you want to avoid a line and get some food.
Pros: Staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean.
Pros: Large room, included breakfast, contemporary decor
Cons: Awkward structure with lobby several floors above street level. Two sets of elevators - first to get to lobby, second to rooms. Underground parking very tight
Cons: Pool dos high chlorine
Pros: The breakfast!
Cons: Paying $17 for parking when I had a room! Parking should be free
Pros: The hotel was clean and the rooms were a good size with comfy furniture. The staff very friendly and always willing to help you out. Either by recommending places to eat, calling you a cab, or by doing anything else to make your stay enjoyable :) Also they had good happy hour prices and serve food 24/7!
Cons: So apparently the hotel only "naturally" cools their rooms in winter and our room was very warm and there is no way to cool your room down then so we roasted the whole time we were there :( Also the fact that you have to take 2 sets of elevators to get in and out of the hotel was kinda inconvenient.
Pros: Very friendly staff that wanted to make sure you were taken care of. Hotel was updated and very clean and quiet .Location was very convenient; close to train, target center, and has the attached sky walk. Early departure and complimentary breakfast was ready prior to 6:30. Did I mention the 5 star staff---very pleasant to deal with at every inquiry! Great job folks!!!!
Cons: Not familiar with Hotel layout; check in is on the H floor. Parking extra, underground, and you have to switch elevators to get to your room. No meal delivery to the room; not a major issue.
Pros: We liked the fact that we could walk by skyway anywhere in the downtown Minneapolis area. We also enjoyed upscale amenities at an affordable price. Complimentary breakfast was included.
Cons: We were late in departing the hotel one morning and we told the cleaning service to come back later but they must have forgotten because our room did not get made up. Parking is quite expensive.
Pros: When we arrived we were fist sent to a room that was not made up. We went back down to the desk and got a clean room. The general appearance of the hotel was ok. The beds were comfortable. Nothing great and nothing terrible.
Pros: Lesley Hanson at the front desk was absolutely awesome! She took care of a of control high temp problem in one of our rooms and made us very happy with Hyatt. We usually stay at the Commons Hotel, and we loved this (and Lesley!).
Cons: Getting to and from parking was a pain the rear! Did not plan for the parking fees, you need to make this more transparent in your fees.
Guest rooms feature the Hyatt Grand beds, media and work center with a 42 inch flat panel HDTV that easily integrates with laptops and other electronic devices, a comfortable cozy corner L-shaped sofa-sleeper, wet bar and bathroom vanity upgraded with granite countertops. Enjoy complimentary hotel-wide wireless high-speed internet and complimentary Gallery Kitchen Breakfast, with customizable breakfast bowls and yogurt parfaits, served daily.
Pros: Staff was very attentive and professional. Handled the issue with the non-functioning light well. Complimentary breakfast was fabulous.
Cons: Most of the light switches are in odd locations that make absolutely NO sense with the layout of the room.
Light over bathroom sink didn't work. Rather than send somebody to repair it, they offered me a different room. Alternative room reeked of leftover food from previous guest(s), so I kept the first room (and repaired the non-functional light myself).

Cons: A continental breakfast option would be great!
Pros: The location to downtown cannot be beat, blocks away from great bars and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable hotel staff was super helpful and recommendations on what to do in our down time.
Cons: Need glasses in the room firxwater
Pros: The cust service was nice
Cons: They did not hold my bed, I had to sleep on a pullout bed in a conference room
Cons: Horrible service.
Pros: Room was very clean, gorgeous hotel and the on-site underground parking was very convenient. A little steep at $14/day, but it's downtown Minneapolis so I expected that. Bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely furnished - for the size of the bed though it could have used probably two more pillows. The front desk clerk, Kate, that assisted us with check in was so friendly and helpful when we asked for restaurant and nightlife recommendations and directions. Her suggestions were spot-on! She also upgraded us to a higher floor room and gave us complimentary wifi (I believe it was somewhere around $15 a day otherwise).
Cons: The pool and spa area were completely overrun with children and adults loosely supervising them. Kids were running, splashing in the spa, going in and out of the workout room... this isn't necessarily the hotel's problem, but my boyfriend and I were really looking forward to a soak in the hot tub that never happened. Also, we received a voucher for an appetizer in the lounge at check in. The night we decided to use it, my boyfriend had left his wallet in the room. When we sat at the bar, I ordered a glass of wine (I had my wallet and ID), and he ordered water, but we were told that we could not sit at the bar if he didn't have ID. He wasn't drinking, but they made us move to a table that was - quite literally - two feet farther away from the bar than we were previously. The appetizer that we received was nothing spectacular (we had the potato skins) and tasted very bland. We didn't order anything but the free app and it took almost twenty five minutes to get it. The water glasses were stained and looked a little dirty. I was not impressed with the lounge or it's staff.
Pros: Service was awesome. Valet parking was a lifesaver!

Cons: IHome clock radio has old iphone plug. Furniture is a bit worn, but nothing crazy.
Pros: spacious hotel. room, lobby, dining area, etc.
i like that the breakfast cost was included in the price of the room. that was a nice surprise.
Cons: no hot tub.
Pros: A great stay for work. Easy walk to the convention center. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and functional. Very comfortable.
Pros: The room was welcoming, larger than expected, great views. Room service was prompt and had great drink selections. The food (mushroom arancini and turkey burger) were great. Easy access to cabs to get us to our NYE destination downtown.
Cons: Was unaware of the NYE party going on in the hotel, extreme security in place to even get to our room, bottle necks at elevators, loud party goers, and strange routes to get from parking to hotel because of the event. Might have chosen another hotel if we had known.
Pros: Fantastic service, great staff, beautiful lobby. Very comfortable bed. Rooms were quiet and restful.
Cons: Some of the furniture was a little beat-up, though not very bad. Room was a little dark; would have appreciated one more lamp.
Pros: The room was a great space. Everything was excellent and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Cons: No hot tub.
Pros: Hotel has an amazing gym with great equipment and a full size indoor basketball course. The room service and valet was excellent, and food was good.
Cons: Stayed here while Meta-Con was being hosted by the hotel and it was extremely crowded, kids seemed to be having fun but most were obnoxious, rude, and out of line. I wouldn't stay here if the hotel was hosting this event again.
Pros: -Club floor ($30 extra per night provides continental breakfast and dinner hors d'oeuvres)
-Affordable parking with in/out priviliges
Cons: -More food options during continental breakfast
Pros: Queen beds were nice and the bathroom was big. Market in the lobby had a good variety of snacks/fruit (a bit pricey). My room didn't have a fridge, but they got one to me in less than 1/2 hour. Very nice staff! Parking right there and not too expensive ($17/day)
Cons: Room took a bit to cool off, but was nice once it did.
At check in I was told that since I booked through a third party (Kayak), they put a $200 hold on my credit card that I would get back. I don't travel much, so I didn't understand this. The room was already nonrefundable.
Pros: Extremely good value at $79/night! We stayed with some family so we had three rooms total and we got to be right next to each other. Very friendly and personable staff.
Pros: Close to everything; our main destination was Orchestra Hall but we found ourselves near awesome restaurants and pubs.
Cons: We were charged a $10 fee for an upgrade that we never requested or agreed to. When I called the receptionist was uber polite and corrected it. A very minor issue.
Experience our downtown Minneapolis luxury hotel, perfectly situated on Nicollet Mall. The recently redesigned hotel pays tribute to the unique culture of Minnesota, with sleek mid-century Scandinavian décor highlighted by a spacious lobby featuring an expansive stone fireplace framed by rustic wooden logs. Our hotel’s premiere location provides convenient access to an incredible array of Twin Cities’ attractions, from shopping to sports, the arts and the great outdoors.
Pros: Convenient location, right next to the light rail makes it easy to get to and from airport, mall of America. Right downtown near the stadiums and great restaurants.
Pros: Near every fun thing I N downtown Mpls.
Pros: Comfortable bed and clean room
Cons: The TV and most of the lights didn't work. I called the front desk twice and both times they said they were sending a tech to fix it. No one showed up. I then walked down to the front desk and asked, they said there were sending someone up. No one every showed up. Had to watch football game at the bar.
Pros: Clean, quiet and comfortable hotel.
Cons: Expensive to park, if you are driving.
Pros: The lobby and restaurant are in a beautiful old bank building that has been restored. The rooms are modern and clean.
Pros: I just loved this hotel it is close to everything. A convenient walk from the light rail and Nicollet mall
Pros: We were in town to attend a Twins baseball game, so this was a perfect location to walk to the ballpark. It's also close to a lot of great restaurants and other downtown activities.
Cons: We came back to the hotel for nightcap and the bar had already closed down. Other than leaving the property, we didn't have another option. It wasn't even midnight on a Thursday night. Seemed odd for a downtown hotel.
Pros: The room was decent and clean.
Fairly close to downtown Minneapolis attractions.
Cons: $200 extra held upon check-in for "incidentals".
Parking is extra $.
Fees upon fees upon fees for everything you can think of. Don't even bother with room service.
Pros: Staff was friendly. Bar staff was fun. Convenient location.
Cons: The cost if the hotel was great until you realize that parking is not included. Valet is $40+. Most offer thato with no extra cost or a much smaller fee. Parked on my own to avoid that, and it was still $20 overnight fee.
Pros: Very modern and clean. Very comfortable beds. Great location to be able to walk around to downtown locations.
Cons: Parking was expensive especially for a one day stay.
Pros: Hotel was clean. Workout facility and swimming pool was great, but I do agree with other reviewers that the chlorine made my eyes sting. Location was great. We pulled up and the valet told us of a parking ramp attached to the sky way that offered cheaper parking! So kind of him and it saved us $20.
Cons: We could hear normal conversation through the walls and ALL the hallway noise. I have had quieter rooms at a "non-luxury hotel". This hotel promotes itself as luxury hotel, but we have stayed at Hampton Inns that were so much quieter. I honestly prefer the Hampton Inn over this hotel.
Pros: Very nice and comfortable. Rooms were inviting and home like
Cons: Our room had some things left behind in the dresser that weren't to appealing.
