Cons. It is hot spot for COVID 19. EVERY CUSTOMER OR GUEST ARE THE PEOPLE FROM STREET DRUG ADICT AND EVERYTHING ELSE
Pros. first appearances were good. After we stayed, my opinion definitely changed for the worse. Too expensive for the condition of the room.
Cons. The bed was broke down. The shower curtain rod was broken so it was falling out of the wall. Not the cleanest.
Pros. The room (King-Business) was very large. It was clean and comfortable. The closeness to Mall of America was a plus, 10 Minutes by car.
Cons. The breakfast was a bit lacking. Other than the usual waffle maker there was only white bread and a toaster for anything hot. There were 2 AC units because this was essentially a double room. The one on the the right was not cooling. Also the drains in the tub and lav were a bit slow. Both were brought to the attention of the front desk when we checked out.
Pros. I liked that the front desk guy was very nice.
Cons. I dislike that I did NOT get the room I paid for! And when switched rooms I still did NOT get it!

Pros. I booked the super 8 20 minutes before we arrived. check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The bed was so comfy and the bathroom/shower was perfect for a quick rinse and to get ready in the morning.

Cons. The room that was given to me was next to the elevator and whenever someone used it, it would make a sound which could be heard in the room which disturbed my sleep the whole night. Guests were smoking in the corridor and could smell it inside the room. Guests were washing clothes at night in the machine exactly opposite the room. We wanted to extend our stay in the hotel, instead we moved to another hotel. Staff was less bothered with the feedback given.
