Pros: Very friendly and welcoming hosts. We had a huge room, with kitchen and sitting room included. A pity about the very noisy main road just outside.
Cons: Very quirky interior decor and noisy road.

Pros: Very nice and you instantly feel at home. The host is most helpfull. Breakfast kan be bought just across the road. The room was a wonderful mix of new and old, the bathroom modern, and the bed was very good. You can use a kitchen and all other facilities in the house. They have parking.

Pros: The food and location was acelent. Tha staff were helpfull and service orientatid.
Cons: We thought we will get a full size dubbel bed but we got a to stage bed and a room without a bathroom. In they end it were ok for us anyway, the shower and toilets were frequently cleaned.

Pros: A very good B&B in the best point for starting a hike in the Oysteinnatten mountain area with free parking to leave the car while you hike and an option for hot shower when you return.
Cons: Sum of the courses in dinner where smaller than they should (The Hamburger looks like a kids meal).

Cons: The room for two couldn’t have got much smaller. No blow dryer or linen changes.

This Telemark region hostel is 20 minutes’ drive from Bø Sommarland Water Park. It provides a fully equipped communal kitchen and a private beach area of Lake Norsjø, 100 metres away. Each simple, soundproofed room at Norsjø Hostel has a seating area with a sofa. Guests can choose rooms with either private or shared bathroom facilities. Canoe rental and a small snack bar are offered on site, as well as a football pitch and volleyball court. Hostel Norsjø has a games room, terrace and BBQ facilities. Gvarv village with a grocery store is 7 km away, while the town of Bø is 15 km from the hostel. The nearest station is on Nordagutu. The Akkerhaugen Bus Stop is within 1 km.

Located in Bø i Telemark, this hotel is 5 km from Bø Sommarland. It offers outdoor pools, minigolf and free Wi-Fi. Lifjell Ski Resort is within 10 minutes’ drive. Cable TV, sofas and private bathrooms are standard features at Bø Hotell. Some rooms provide nice garden views. A large swimming pool, a kiddie pool and a trampoline are found in the garden. A free internet computer is located in the lobby. Hotell Bø’s restaurant has large windows overlooking the garden and surrounding area. During July, a BBQ buffet is served on the terrace. Bø Train Station is 1 km from the hotel. Direct airport buses to Oslo Gardermoen and Torp Sandefjord also depart from there. Central Oslo is a 2-hour train ride away.

Some include modern furnishings and décor, along with a dishwasher and flat-screen TV. Guests can enjoy on-site laundry facilities, BBQ equipment, a sun terrace and a café that serves small dishes. Fishing equipment and maps are available at Lifjell-Tunet. Other area activities include hiking and cross-country skiing. Bø Sommarland Water Park is 10 km from the property, while Oslo is a 2-hour drive away.

Cons: Although the booking said there was WiFi with the cabin, it was only at the common areas around the resection and not in the cabin. The place was clean, but we found an old boxer shorts in the bunk bed. It would have been great to have a broom to sweep the floors with besides the vacuum.

Cons: The pictures of the cabin we saw at booking.com was not accurate to the cabin we rented. It was a totally different kabin. There was not very well, especially boilers and utensils. We also missed a bed horse in the bottom bed in the «kidsroom»

Cons: This was possibly the worst rental we have ever experienced. The cabin was poorly equipped and maintained. The beds were very uncomfortable and the kitchen equipment was mostly old and not working properly. There were not even enough glasses for all of our us. The receptionist was neither helpful nor particularly friendly.

Pros: Location was excellent, access to lots of trails. Spacious cabin, generally well stocked kitchen, heating in each room is also nice. Access to sauna and other services a nice touch, plus good wifi included.
Cons: The beds were rather stiff and uncomfortable, no oven mitts in kitchen (assumed they would be provided). English (or secondary language) translation of check out instructions would be useful for visitors not fluent in Norwegian.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean and tidy, good breakfast, comfortable beds, nice terrace with view over the lake for having a breakfast in the sun (when the weather's nice, that is).
Cons: The hotel, and the rooms in particular, are in dire need of a refurbishment. The interior overall looks dated, and the rooms have walls and doors full of marks, scratches and old holes from pictures which are no longer there. I also think the price was a bit too steep, considering the state of the hotel.

Cons: The hotel closed sunday afternoon. We stood outside for 30 minuts. The kitchen was closed, we got frozen pizza. There was no water to flush or to take showers. Breakfast was miserable. Only dry bread and a little to put on. No warm food, no selection. Nothing. Awful experience. We were the only guest at the hotel.
