location, confort (we had a studio) and spacious, price.
food order, sandwich, cold plate, drinks.
Bed: comfortable. Quiet. Clean. Good laundry facilities.
Reservation was lost. We were given a replacement appartment which was not quite up to standards, eg no place to hang our clothes, no glasses in kitchen. We could have used better lighting for reading during the evenings. Nothing major.
The location is great and the room was comfortable albeit the noise insulation isn't quite up to scratch
Parking is a bit of a trick if you arrive at a busy time
The staff was very helpful. We arrived at night when the desk was closed. The key was left in a safe. The room was booked for 4 persons, but we found one for 3. We managed somehow and the next morning I went to the reception. They apologized and arranged another room with a balcony. They did not bill the first night. They were very kind and helpful, solving the issue. The center of Bordeaux is at walking distance (20 minutes). Right around the corner there is a pizza take out and at 250 meters down the road a little supermarket (also opens sundays). We had a dog with us. No problem.
The neighbourhood is not the nicest of Bordeaux. Don't expect a luxury hotel. Internet is cheap but very slow. Don't expect to view movies or videos online.
The room smelled of smoke. There were no services. The desk closed early and opened late.
