Good location for Mugello Circuit. Without this king gesture we would really have been stuck. Bathroom might have a shower cabin instead of a bathtub, but it seems to be common in older Italian hotels. Seems like air conditioning thermostat does not change anything, but it wasn't hot, so it wasn't a problem. Room ventilation is not ok. It's a bit of a quiet place, which is expected I guess since the town is more of a 'pass through' for most people. Fresh Orange juice served at breakfast would be good to have! A little bit far away from Florence. The room was not silence. Too many sounds you can hear inside. Price too high. The hotel inside could do with a revamp the decor is a bit outdated. No lunch service at the pool we had to make a special request to get food. No vegetables or eggs at breakfast, mostly just sweets, cakes etc. Rooms are not too spacious but good for a short stay. No kettle for hot water. Borgo San Lorenzo isn't a particularly nice town, but this is a comfortable, very clean base for the area. Location is out of town, near main roads. While the rooms are comfortable, they are a bit dated. Also, the bathroom had a bathtub, we prefer a walk in shower. Need more electricity plugs, and despite rooms being a bit dated (but clean), I would still choose it again.
