Pros (+) The facilities and location was good. Pub/restaraunt across the way as an option to inhouse. Big car park so parking no problem. Room looks nice but everything sort of feels dated. Bath/shower, not just shower and water was hot.

But needing to use it at 6am to avoid having to share with large numbers of none residential visitors makes it somewhat impractical.
