Pros: The inn keepers Tom and Susan were excellent with providing ideas of places to see as this was our first time in Eureka Springs. The breakfasts were generous and a great variety. The Kingston Suite we stayed in was exceptional with our own private balcony that we were able to enjoy a bottle of wine while discussing our travels for the day. The Kingston Suite has a large two person Jacuzzi that was easy to use and a great treat. We have stayed in a lot of B & B s and this is now our favorite!

Cons: There is nothing I could complain about. Every detail was perfect.
It was close to town but not right in the middle of things. The decks were very usable and we sat out in the mornings and evenings enjoying the sound of the water fountain. The innkeepers, couldn't have been nicer or of more help than they were. Wonderful people. A continental breakfast was included and we were able to use the free internet and off street parking.
Pros: It was very unique and full of beautiful antiques. The setting was gorgeous and very relaxing.
Cons: Not a thing!

Pros: An excellent hotel stay, a very clean & nice room, and reasonably priced. Easily walkable to downtown. The breakfast is great and is exactly what they say it is: a free real breakfast in an actual restaurant, not a quick bagel & coffee in a lobby.
Plus, the folks were *extremely* pleasant. I'd highly recommend this one to anyone.
Pros: We enjoyed everything about the hotel. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The best part is its proximity to downtown.
Cons: The bed wasn't comfortable. Firm spring/coil mattress. Whirlpool is in the middle of no where. No direct covered connection from premises to the whirlpool.

Pros: Had a very clean room with everything working good.
Pros: The friendly staff was also efficient and helpful. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The office staff gave us advice on restaurants and attractions and directions for finding them.
Cons: Parking spaces were very narrow. An electrical outlet located more conveniently for plugging in a laptop would have been nice. We always carry an extension cord for such situations, so it didn't present a problem.
Pros: Very clean ...will stay again
Cons: Lack of parking.... Out dated
Pros: The room was extremely clean, very low rate, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons: This place has somehow been in a time capsule from 1988. If you like a place that's outdated then this place is for you The bed was hard as a rock with no padding at all. We upgraded to the king suite with jacuzzi which was only a waste of money.
Pros: The rooms were very clean.
Cons: They advertised a free continental breakfast that was rather disappointing. A few different pastries were offered; overall breakfast item choices were very limited.
Pros: This motel was more than I expected. The rooms aren't fancy but nice and clean. The staff was gracious and friendly. The kids loved the pool. I would definitely stay here again!
Pros: Jacuzzi was great.
Cons: -Toilet did not flush. -Bed was very uncomfortable, we both have backaches now. -AC wasn't working well. -Really loud humidifier. -Spider in room.

Pros: Breakfast was amazing.
Staff was wonderful and accommodating.
Pros: Clean, friendly and great location!
Pros: Maid service did not make beds every day, just replaced towels and emptied trash. Very spacious except the hanging rack in the master bedroom left clothes hanging very nearly on the bed itself. Just pastries and fruit for breakfast, no hot eggs or sausage.
Pros: The location was good for us and the facility was really clean. Very good continental breakfast and the check in process was simple.
Cons: The bed was extremely hard and the ice machine was not working.
Pros: Comfortable beds, decent size room. Friendly staff. Clean. Enough towels. Easy to find, convenient location. Nice pool, including a shaded picnic and grill area--a pleasant and unusual amenity for most motels.
Cons: Good selection of coffee was nice. Food choices limited; could have few more nutritious items--non-sugary yogurt, better bread or cereal. Oddly, only one small, water-bottle type container with milk. Given the number of people, including children, and cereal as a main breakfast item, they should have a better way to serve. Too few tables--just 3--making finding a place to sit a little awkward. Did meet a nice European couple this way--they invited me and my son to join them, making a plus from a negative.
Pros: When we arrived Aaron took the time to speak with me about various kid friendly locations. He told me the history of the town and the very best restaurants that have the best prices and are kid/family friendly. It was a big help having a 2 year old. The hotel was clean in appearance as our room. The room did not smell like cigarettes like other hotels we have stayed in before.
Cons: The pool was not open yet. I can understand why it was not open, but a sign would have been useful.
Pros: Decorated very modern and pretty. Easy to find and not far from down town.
Pros: Staff were very polite and helpful, breakfast was perfectly acceptable
Cons: Bed was terrible, probably the firmest mattress I have ever encountered, not only in hotels but in life in general
Pros: We feel we picked the best Inn. The location was in the center of town. It was simply beautiful! My kids enjoyed their stay there.

Rooms offer up nice touches like deep soaking tubs and premium bedding, along with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi.
Pros: The ease of check-in. Man at front desk was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The heater/air conditioning unit was difficult to adjust. It was super sensitive but maybe Im just not used to using them. At least they worked :)
Enjoy your visit to Eureka Springs with a stay at Colonial Inn. Guests can hang out at the outdoor pool or seasonal outdoor pool, and free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily. A terrace and a garden are other highlights, and all rooms offer flat-screen TVs and premium bedding.
Pros: Their staff was very accommodating, allowing for a late check-in and making sure everything was just so. The price for the mini-suite was quite reasonable. We had minimal disappointment in our choice of stay. Even their restaurant was quite friendly and accommodating, and delicious!
Cons: The room was a bit dated, though I know they were shooting for a Bavarian theme. They hit the mark, but I would say it was more 'old world' Bavaria (we've traveled there). There were a few cobwebs in corners, the couch wasn't all that comfy, and there was no mini-fridge (which we could have used).
Bavarian Inn Lodge & Restaurant is a great choice for a stay in Eureka Springs. Guests can splash around at the outdoor pool or grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. Rooms at this romantic inn are done up right with upscale touches like private pools, fireplaces, and jetted tubs.
Pros: Good location. Spiced pancake batter was a nice option. Room was tidy. I liked how there was a nice decorative sheet over the top comforter for added cleanliness. Good selection of coffee creamers.
Cons: Dirty tub. Evening desk clerk not friendly. Breakfast was minimal. No decent looking fruit. Yogurt was frozen. No meat available. Biscuits looked unappealing.
Pros: Amazing breakfast. Staff helpful and offer suggestions of places to visit while in town.
Pros: The location was great close to everything. In season, the swimming area should be really nice.
Cons: There was no meat on the daily breakfast. Only powdered eggs, spinach quiche, biscuits with sausage gravy. No good reason from the staff as to why.
Pros: location is great for touring the area, starts your day with a breakfast quiche (highly unusual)!
Cons: rooms by pool need better soundproofing, can get too loud
Pros: Clean room and grounds nice setting. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.
Pros: I was pleasently surprised! I was looking for a cheapish room and this place exceeded my expectations!
Pros: Hotel was very nice. Continental breakfast was very good with plenty of room even when the hotel was full. I would stay here again if we made another trip to Eureka Springs. I would rate the hotel at least a 3 star.
Pros: The grounds are beautiful - fountains, flowers everywhere and all well maintained. The breakfast was excellent and all of the staff were courteous and friendly.
