Closed to the airport, accessibility for people with disabilities
The wifi is poor, the beds are little too hard, the toilets are a little too old...they don’t have force, have to flush several times
Everything else at Caribe is outstanding; our 2nd stay this year sealed the deal. We'll be back for the as many of the next years as we can! Breakfast Staff in Cafe were outstanding (bravo Sergio for special attention to dietary needs, and dear Estaban, Ricky, and Kenneth for serving us so well)! Elias & Jaysen at the pool bar were just the best, and Bogavente was better than ever! IT'S A GOOD THING we prefer early 6pm dinner because it fills up fast.
No major objections but two suggestions: 1)have "18+ adults only" hours from 10am-3pm at the pool (the bigger pools on adjacent Solaris property will accommodate children). We love kids, but it gets a bit congested midday, especially with food/drink. 2)more and better staffing needed in Bogavente; too few wait staff to accomdate full house, most evenings we were there.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly
Food was just ok, with the amount of options you’ll find something you like
Huge variety of dining options and activities. Great place for families. The room we stayed in had a ocean view. Friendly, polite service.
Not necessarily a negative, but more be aware that This place is geared more towards families.
The staff was rude.
