This hotel, location, beach, food, and staff were awesome. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the staff
Did not like the guy that played the wireless saxophone at the pool. This was the only thing about my entire stay that I did not like.

Great location. The room has wonderful ocean viewer. Food is delicious and especially the food for room service.
Our bathtub didn’t work for twice and at the second time no one came to repair it even we had called the suit service many times. At the second morning there was a power failure and we had to go to the front desk at 5:00 to ask for help. We explained to the suit service many time that we don’t have a “magic box” for the trays but every time we have to wait hours for someone to collect the dishes. This waiting things break your plan and make you bad mood.

The Pool area, beach, spa, coffee shop, sports bar we’re all amazing.
The electrics to the hot tub in the room had to constantly be reset as these seemed to get cut out easily...had to request bathrobes which came on last day

Very quiet and enjoyable stay. Staff were great and the pool and cabanas were perfect. Our room was very generous and the jacuzzi was a perfect touch. They left us a little honeymoon greeting in the room, which was thoughtful.
Check in was a bit slow, and we never got the pillows we requested (but we didn’t really chase it up either).
