10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was excellent. The staff was wonderful. Variety breakfast was great!
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
I was really impressed that, at check in, the receptionist had the foresight to switch our room to a more private/quiet location on an upper floor when she saw that we were tired and our original room was right next to the elevator and a lot of rooms with kids. The bed was super comfy, as were the pillows. I found no fault in anything with the room or bathroom; everything was clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking on property and right off the main road with a little privacy/less traffic. Great stay!
Pros: Very friendly and considerate staff. The hotel lobby is bright and spacious, and the rooms were fantastically clean and comfy. I was very impressed with the value we received for the amount paid, especially compared to similar hotels in the area. A steal!
Cons: I shouldn't complain too much about something that was complimentary, but the breakfast was lackluster. Only hot (or cold) protein options were very translucent powdered eggs and turkey sausage that had been microwaved to rubber.

5.4 Okay
Pros: The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the wi-fi was fast for a hotel. Convenient location near lots of restaurants.
Cons: The whole facility felt slapped together. The walls were thin so we could hear our neighbors clearly late into the night (and they weren't being loud). The first room we were assigned didn't have any knobs to turn down the air conditioner (in January). The fitness center was poorly maintained. The TV played a jarring musical sound when turned on and off. Breakfast was ok, but the coffee was instant, not brewed. The rooms were not laid out with modern travelers in mind. None of the outlets were in a convent place to charge devices (had to lay my phone on the floor to reach one). There was only one nightstand and lamp in between the two beds. This made it very difficult to read, watch TV or check social media on my phone without disturbing my spouse sleeping next to the table. Had to reach over her to set anything down. Overall, this hotel was mediocre at best. It's clean and safe, but not too comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient to all highways. Breakfast starts at 4 am to feed flight crews out of Greensboro PTI. Room was great. No extra charge for my pet. Very helpful front desk clerks.

7.7 Good
Pros: People were super friendly & helpful. Clean. Great location. Breakfast was ok . Loved that you accepted pets with no problem! Thank you for that! WiFi was easy. Convenient to highway.
Cons: Need some repairs in bathroom. Bed was hard & not too comfy. Plugs on the side of the desk didn't seem to be working.. Had to plug stuff by recliner.

3.1 Mediocre
Pros: The only positive thing to say about this hotel is the location.
Cons: As soon as we walked into our room I noticed the carpet was sticky, it smelled old and stale, the wall paper was peeling off from the walls, the bathroom had no toilet paper and worst of all there was hair all over the bed. Not just one piece but multiple hairs on the sheets. We shook out the sheets and decided to stay that night since we had arrived pretty late and we had already reserved the room for 3 nights. After all we had a very early morning ahead of us. We maybe slept 3 hours. Beds were lumpy, the pillows had no substance. We had an end room so all you could hear was the highway because our door would barely close. You could feel the wind from outside coming in... It was the worst night we have ever had at a hotel. We packed up our things and stayed at a different hotel the following night. We couldn't get our money back for the 2 nights we had left there but honestly I didn't even care. I had to get out of there. Staff was nice
5.1 Okay
Pros: Better tan expected...well i had low standards in that Area.... Can we please tell this People To Buy regular pillows!
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Hotel is under renovation and is basically not inhabitable. My room had a cracked floor/wall with the outer part of the room sloping downward. Room was also dirty. Don't stay here.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The front was nice and pleasant
Cons: The room was not very clean
4.0 Okay
Pros: During p.m. Checkin, another employee kept talking to the desk agent during my checkin. The clerk at the desk in the morning was super. He explained why he could not refund the difference between my online, prepaid cost and what I would have paid had I just walked in and delt directly with the motel.
Cons: Motel construction going on, had to walk on unswept walk ways. There were small chunks of concrete to walk on. I paid $7. on line, than had I went directly to motel. Since it was prepaid, there was no credit back.
6.0 Good
Pros: Fresh paint, carpet, linens. Three pillows per bed. Comfortable furnishing.
Cons: AC could not keep up. Updates looked good but seemed to be of marginal quality. Sink fixture leaked. Shower head sprayed on the wall. Toilet handle had to be jiggled. Bathroom fan did not run and stayed extremely warm. No front desk @ check out. Fridge had can hold in door that limited space.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff is friendly.
Cons: This hotel needs makeover. I noticed things like peeling wall paper, old damaged drop ceiling tiles, and dirty walls.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: The Rooms were not clean... Dirty towels on the floor.
