KAYAK
Sixt together with Carrentals.com do not respect the contracts they sign with their customer. I was charged a cancellation fee even though I cancelled more than 48h before the rental started, and they still refuse to reimburse me. Utterly unacceptable. Avoid them like a plague.

Good service as always. Rental was interrupted by recall of rental car. Service Personal in Nice was excellent, in Cannes one had the feeling that they would just as well do without clients. But even there not worse than other rental companies.
