Looking straight out to the ocean is just magnificent! Been coming here for over 30 years. Needs a little updating. Not much but a few touches here and there. New paint in pool room would be nice and newer carpet in room.
Room was nice. Was noisy and the bed was too soft.
Location of hotel The queen room had an outdoor hallway with a light outside the window. We couldn't open the curtains or open the window for fresh air.
It was a last minute booking. Good value for one night stay. Hotel room is small, but cozy. No coffee made, restaurant was closed and small rooms
I liked how every time our neighbors left or came in, the door would slam and all night long we could hear them coming and going. I loved how the staff was non accommodating when we asked to put the points on our Best Western card, that was special. Also a fan of having to pay for breakfast after not sleeping all night in an uncomfortable bed.
Right on the boardwalk with great ocean view. Room had a balcony and kitchenette, but my favorite feature was a king size bed, plus a Murphy bed for the kiddos!

Great location, ok food go to twisted fish. Breakfast was good.... Tiny room, horrible young lady, rude no patience at all, was a weirdo. Charged me for a service animal that I showed upon arrival, and someone else's bar tab, rooms have A n B like 404A etc. She was terrible on the phone and at the desk for two nights, not good
I was very tired and at around 9pm a loud drilling noise came from right next door. Even the front desk customer service attendant was shocked the noise was that loud. I just wanted to rest and I was called by front desk twice for reasons that were not relevant.

It was nice and comfortable. Sure a few things were a little outdated but it was clean and close to everything and we had stunning views of the ocean! I am so picky and I was pleasantly suprised Nothing really..just need a few updayes
Beach Front I prepaid for the hotel and the staff charge me again via my credit card. After explaining the problem to staff several times they said they needed to charge my card. I call the site where the booking occurred and they said there was no situation where this should happen. The Desk manager needs training and staff need not manufacture and answer that they think will resolve the problem. Be aware that this a frequent occurrence at this Hotel
