Pros: You can see and feel the hosts‘ warmth everywhere, from furniture to small bathroom and en-suite details till up to a breakfast buffet which offers it all from fine regional rarenesses to comfy continental breakfast!
Cons: You cannot stay here long enough!
Pros: The gardens were fantastic. We were able to enjoy our wine sitting on the muskoka chairs overlooking the river. Very picturesque. We had breakfast and dinner in their dining room - topnotch.
Cons: Very small shower space
Pros: Great location, great breakfast, and wonderful friendly staff.
Pros: We had booked a "classic suite"; the suite was very spacious and we were not disappointed. The bed was very comfortable. The private parking was very convenient. The garden was also very enjoyable.
Cons: The breakfast corner was congested (small space, many visitors) and this lowered the breakfast experience significantly. People had to wait in front of one toaster for their toasts to get ready.
Pros: The location of this property was basically in the centre of town. The breakfast was great, everything was homemade including the yogurt. Once again this little hotel reminded me of a B&B each room was uniquely designed and the breakfast was great. Big bonus in this hotel is the laundry facility. We have been travelling for over a week so it was nice to be able to do a load of laundry.
Cons: The only down side to this hotel is that it is located at the top of a hill. The hill is very steep and there are too many steps for those individuals that have a problem walking.

Pros: Very friendly and knowledgeable of all the history and current events, especially for tourists. Very accommodating.
Cons: I didn't get a chance to have 2 breakfasts. Had to leave early
Pros: Lovely hosts! They gave a lot of tips of what to see or places to go. Beautifully decorated rooms and very good breakfast. I felt immediately at home.
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: I liked the location, access to the bay and Forillon. We used the screened room which was nice, and loved the nautical decor.
Pros: Charming place. Wonderful and generous hosts. Great homemade breakfasts. Warm reception.
Pros: The lovely hosts treated us warm and kind like a family. They provided important sites info to save us time exploring around. Highly recommend for family with kids.
Pros: Absolute friendliness of staff and the comfort and cleanliness of the room.
Pros: Clean facility, courteous staff and beautiful seaview
Cons: Rather tired and dated facility although very clean. Light switch and thermostat practically in the shower isn't code compliant - very unsafe for children especially
Pros: Watching Sunrise over the sea. WiFi worked well. Old but clean.
Pros: The staff is wonderful, the continental breakfast good, and the location is great. I loved being able to look out over the ocean.
Cons: The room is from somewhere in the 60’s, very dated, and the bed kind of hard. I would have gladly paid more for a little updating and maybe some yogurt
Pros: The Hotel Pharillon was so delightful! Perched on a (small) cliff over the water at the tip of the Gaspe this little place is a charmer. The rooms are normal, clean, comfortable, the water scenery expansive. The service and smiles of the proprietor made us feel so welcome and she helped me with my French and made us feel so at home. The breakfast was also charming, complete with real glass bowls and tea/coffeecups, real silverware, lacey window curtains, cheerful welcomes, etc. Just down-home here, very relaxing. We also felt the price of the rooms was very reasonable and greatly appreciate that.
Pros: View of the sea
Pros: Very clean!
Pros: Our hosts were super-friendly and very patient with our French / English challenges. Rooms were comfortable, really warm and just as described. Lovely, fresh, simple continental breakfast and plenty of help with hiking recommendations in the area. Gorgeous location right next to the sea
Cons: We would have loved some tea and coffee facilities in the room, but this was only a minor inconvenience
Pros: The room was a good size and the location was specracular overlooking the ocean. Woke up early and watched the sun ruse out of the ocean right from the deck. The unit was great value for the money.
Cons: The fact that this is a small town has some disadvantages particularly that there is no restaurants in town. Had to drive 10 kms to nearest restaurant.
Pros: The owner was extremely helpful. She provided us with a map of the National Park, and explained what to see where. She let us know that the English Interpretive event was that evening (we would have otherwise missed it. She also showed us where the only two open restaurants nearby were. The breakfast was good.
Pros: The hosts were very welcoming
Cons: The weather lol
Pros: Take a room with sea view

Pros: Very clean room. The room is equipped with all the appliances we need: fridge, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle. The hosts are very friendly and willing to help us. The price is reasonable, highly recommend.
Pros: Clean, cheap, pleasant owners, right on the road to Forillon National park and beside the sea
Pros: There was no breakfast, but location was nice.
Cons: Noisy neighbors....could hear them through the very thin walls. The Motel was somewhat difficult to find.
Pros: Perfect location of this motel that we used as our base to tour Forillon , 3 good nights in comfort . The motel is right by the water and the view is great ! Will certainly stay at Motel Noroit when visit the region again ! The owners are very friendly too .There are some services in the small village like a gaz station ( we used it ) , a restaurant ( we did not try it ) and a rather small grocery store but well stocked and owned by a charming lady .
With a stay at Hôtel Plante in Gaspe, you'll be by the sea, just a 4-minute walk from Gaspe Cathedral and 11 minutes by foot from Museum of Gaspe. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very nice modern room with fully equipped kitchenette. Attractive furnishings and decor. Close to the history area of Gaspe and a nice restaurant. Overlooking the river.
Cons: Needs a reading lamp for better light.
Cons: Having paid extra to upgrade the room we were amazed to find ourselves in the middle of a building site. Although the website did say there were some building works in progress it seemed as though the only rooms affected were those for which extra had been paid. There was a large digger working on the other side of the balcony rail with a constant stream of large trucks delivering ready mixed concrete. The noise was incessant from 8 am until 5 pm. If the owner had any concern or thought for his guests he would have closed this part of the hotel for the duration of the works instead of charging guests extra for the privilege of occupying such unacceptable rooms. I feel that at the very least a refund of the upgrade charge should be made, if not a full refund for the inconvenience suffered which totally spoiled our stay.
Pros: Our room was clean and we were able to walk to eat, either in town or at the inn. Food at the inn was excellent. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Ample parking.
Cons: Wish room was larger. Would be better with one bed.
Pros: Very well appointed room.
Cons: The weather - but that's not really the property's issue is it.
Pros: No breakfast provided. Adjacent motel had good restaurant for dinner and breakfast

Pros: The view from the bar and the terrace is amazing. Also, the hostel is near the Forillon National Park, where you can see amazing landscape and fauna. Don't hesitate to ask some tips from the staff as they know where to go ;)
Pros: Fair selection for breakfast.., beautiful location overlooking the St Lawrence. Singing along while a gentleman played guitar was an unexpected treat. Appreciated the ride to my motorcycle at the top of the hill.
Cons: Woke up at 2 a.m. to blaring music on a Monday night. No guests were present when I went to the office. Staff were having their own celebration. They did however offer to turn down the music. I had called specifically to ask about accessibility to property with a motorcycle and was advised that there would be no issues. On arrival, I did not feel safe heading around a sharp corner and steep decline with ruts in the road and ended up parking at the top of the hill beside the highway.
Pros: Everything- nice view, nice people
Pros: View in the Ocean. And the Vibe.
Cons: Grocery stores far away if you have no car.
Pros: The area and the staff was amazing
Cons: Hard to wash the dishes sink to small and water worked bad.
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were really clean. The location is super cool, with a really cool vibe.
Cons: Only the person who checked me in at Reception and a couple other guests spoke English. If you don't speak French, it's hard to fit in here (I did try - went to the bar, played darts). The staff are said to "make you feel welcome", but besides the first wonderful lady, no one else achieved that, or even made an effort to make me feel welcome. It was a very isolated experience, unfortunately.

Pros: Lucy was very knowledgeable and helpful in telling us where the good hiking and scenic spots were. Her own back yard is the sea so that is scenic in itself! What I loved the most was leaving the window open and falling asleep to the sound of the waves.

Pros: Good very good and decor
Pros: The room was comfortable, the location was excellent and our room with balcony had a view of the bay and the town.

Cons: We hadn't noticed that it was a shared bathroom which was a bit of shock but we got used to it.
Pros: The host was knowledgeable about the area and gave us some excellent advice on where and how to visit. Breakfast was excellent and prepared fresh. The host also helped us make arrangements for dinner and additional travel.
