Good breakfast, friendly staff. Very helpful staff, great location, good parking. Staff were amazing! Helpful and knowledgeable. Ideal Location, very comfortable stay. Excellent, friendly staff. Clean and really convenient to walk to all parts of La Bastide and City.

The room is very small. Ibis hotels always have tiny rooms with minimal facilities. Room was not very clean. Ashes near window and bedding was stained. Rooms were quite small but manageable. Small gloomy rooms. Ancient air conditioning. The room was modern but quite sparsely furnished with no where to place a suitcase other than on the only stool in the room.

Good breakfast. The breakfast was good & included freshly squeezed orange juice. Buffet Breakfast had large choice. Nice breakfast too. Breakfast was good. Staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and well provided.

Parking was very tight. Underground secure car park just over the road. Great location next to a public carpark and a short walk to the old city. Very accessible, secure carpark under ground, v tight to park.

The hotel is well situated, located on the lovely Square Gambetta, for access to La Cite and the Ville Basse. Great location to explore the medieval city as well the town, close to restaurants. The position was excellent, everything was within walking distance. Hotel is in the perfect place to visit the City and the castle, in central position with car parking just outside. Fantastic location, half way between the castle and the main town. Super friendly staff.
