Clean hotel. Good location for me, personally as I was on business and didn’t have time to do much else. But it was a bit far from anything in the city. The spa was still “closed for renovations”, which it has been for many months apparently. Disappointing, as I really needed a back massage. I am an Expedia VIP member and could not get an upgrade, even though the hotel was not full. The room was on the 3rd floor so the view was not great (even though I paid for a deluxe Ocean view). The coffee maker was broken upon arrival and was replaced the next day. The USB wall plug dig not work and was replaced with a normal plug, which was not useful for me. The cleaning staff kept leaving the patio door unlocked each day, which was a bit of a safety concern because someone could actually access the room from the outside (with just a bit of effort). Meals were very, very expensive (US$25 for a salad). Overall a good stay, great staff and a nice hotel, but not your “typical” Four Seasons.
