Cons (-) the front desk staff indicated the hotel was having a slow weekend & yet they gave me a room with zero view. looked directly into the blank wall of the adjoining building. disappointing
Pros (+) It was clean and smelled really good when you walked in.
Cons (-) Staff at check in was rude. I paid for my room when I booked and she tried charging me again when I checked in. I told her I had already paid and she kept arguing with me and telling me that I hadn’t, even though I provided her with the statement with the money being deducted from my acct. Pros (+) Loved all the Rock memorabilia that was used to decorate. Very one of a kind hotel.
Pros (+) I had accidentally booked the room for a week later than when we arrived. The frimt desk clerk helped fix that and informed me how to cancel the other one. The room was nice and the staff were very helpful. The only bad part of the whole trip would be the loss at the casino. Not very lose slots
