Spa tower 13th floor, quiet, good view, clean rooms, plenty of hot water, parking garage free, food was good at Gilleys, staff friendly, not smoke filled as expected, payouts better than expected, just an overall first time stay pleasant experience. Can not think of anything that was unsatisfactory. Thanks Choctaw for excellent customer service!
Tara at the front desk was very helpful. Planned a night at the casino for a friend's birthday so we booked two non-smoking rooms to accommodate the 5 people that would be there. Called the hotel desk the day of to confirm our arrival time. Once we got there, the hotel only had one room booked for us. Tara helped us secure a second room. We drop our bags off with the bellman so he can take them to our rooms. We gamble for at least two hours and decide to call it a night. We head back to the rooms and discover that our luggage is not in either of the rooms. Also, one of the rooms smelled of heavy smoke. I called Tara to see how both problems could be fixed and she apologized profusely. We got a new room but eventually had to go pick up our bags ourselves (after 2.5 hours from the initial drop off) because no one was available to deliver them as promised and tipped for. If the mistake is the hotel's, the guest should not be the one to remedy it. I wouldn't recommend this place and won't be staying there again.
Well first off I love everything honestly from my room to the casino to the food and the jacuzzis and everybody was happy well most of everybody but other then then that I will come again and again It's just 1 thing I didn't like the front desk staff I'm not gone say all of them it was two women up there had a attitude for nun like I feel like if u don't feel like working just quit cause I was on vacation I didn't want to see or hear no negatively
Staff was super friends and the place was very clean Exercise room could use a little bigger space with at least an exercise bike. Internet also was to slow to use.
Nice hotel. Seemed upgraded. Was very comfortable. Great location. The pool was dirty. The breakfast was gross.
The staff was very hospitable and awesome!
The presentation and cleanliness. No.
Late check out time There was people running up and down the halls and parting until 4:30 in the morning made it very hard to get any sleep tried to call the front desk several times could not ever get a answer from the the front desk
Cleanliness and location Handicapped guest roomed on top floor and elevator broke
Hotel Employee at front desk best customer service EVER, she was amazing. Shes what makes you want to return to Holiday Inn Express,Durant TV not coming on was my only issue, had to call front desk to have someone pull furniture out to reset the TV. Then could not turn it off with remote. I still enjoyed my stay

Price. Location. Breakfast Pool area seemed neglected. Not very clean, bathroom had leaves in it, no clean towels, patio furniture not arranged
Location, price, staff The pool continues to be neglected. No towels, the furnishings are piles rather than arranged attractively. The bathroom in the pool area is DIGESTING, FILTHY
Location, price, outdoor pool, bacon @ breakfast Beds are a little soft.
Too expensive. My wife stayed the same week in a Holiday Inn Express in Duncanville, Texas and only paid $--- plus tax.
The location was great. Quick food places and shopping close by. It was quiet and very clean. The staff was extremely nice and vey helpful. Best hotel I have stayed in yet. The only thing I can say negative about this hotel is that they need to install exhaust fans in the bathroom so when the shower is on it doesn't get so hot and the mirror doesn't fog up.
Staff was supurb!! no
Staff was very friendly, rooms very clean, really enjoyed our stay
Pretty clean-- helpful staff-- middle of the night was pretty quiet TV remote would only turn the TV on and volume -- it was on history channel that's all you could watch -- but I was not there to watch TV
Staff was very nice and very helpful courteous The shuttle was going to take forever due to bad weather when the weather had cleared up and the whole reason we were staying at that hotel was for the shuttle services
Not clean at all. Light bulbs that we needed to readjust just to get them to turn on. Room smelled of stale smoke. Security hole in door filled with paper so you couldn't look to see who was knocking.
Location to university and restaurants. Loud guests lots of noise.
The staff was so helpful. My elderly mother is my caregiver, and the desk clerk when we arrived, and the house staff when we left, helped her get my wheelchair on and off the car carrier and the bags where they needed to be. Everyone was curteous and friendly. The first thing I noticed in the room was the pride taken in its cleanliness and aesthetics. It's an older building, but we'll cared for. Although it was not specifically a wheelchair accessible room, I still had enough space to get around. My mother and I were going to a show at the casino, so chose it for its proximity. We did not know there was a shuttle with wheelchair access. That was awesome. There were some loud folks celebrating in nearby rooms, but none of that came through the walls. It made for a very good night sleep on the comfortable beds. There is an indoor pool, as well. Another thing I didn't know when we booked. If we get the chance to go to another show at the casino, I'm definitely staying there. The pool was in the process of having the cleaning system changed from salt to chlorine. It was closed for our short stay. Although a pool with chlorine us so much better than no pool at all, I wish they had kept it salt, in case I do stay again. Either way, not being able to use it was a disappointment, but it was just bad timing.
