general atmosphere of the hotel, location and hospitality
The pool was good and clean .. Decoration was interesting ..
The Stuff especially Reception was very rude..
The hotel has a nice swimming pool and a free access to a beach nearby (Aya Yorgi). Good breakfast buffet.
I got a room on the ground floor near the lift, it was really noisy and not very pleasant. I asked to change the room but it was not possible. The cleanliness of the room was not good (small flies in the room, dirty curtains...)
Staff were very helpful, very clean, excellent breakfast and dinner buffet - glad I stayed there.
The fact that this is a very modern hotel, as far as its design is concerned.
There is a difficulty with the communication, as the staff doesn't really speak english! Also, the hotel isn't soundproof at all! You can hear almost everything from the lobby to the third floor, (where my room was).
The view to the Marina and the swimming pool are excelent
very clean, classy, modern, stylized hotel. Turkish Baths in the Spa were definitely the best part of our experience. This is more of a spa hotel for locals I think. The breakfast is huge. We wanted to travel and enjoy the beach. The hotel is set up more for people who want to do spa things and not leave the vacinity. I would recommend this to people taking a different kind of trip than us
The prices of this hotel and almost everything in Cesme were extremely inflated compared to Efes, Istanbul and Bodrum. The beach shuttle only takes you to a specific beach club, not a real beach and its very expensive. The hotel also felt like a ghost town and seemed like noone else was in it. This hotel was very nice but maybe too nice for what we needed. And we paid for it.
Nice building, comfortable room at the end (we had to change it, because we got average room instead of Superior at the beginning, but than they gave us Junior Suite instead) and beautiful view, nice hotel stuff.
Although the stuff was very nice, better knowledge of foreign languages would be welcome.
Modern design, friendly staff not at the reception, pool, beach, people in town, cute village
Snobbish staff at the reception, small rooms for 5 stars hotel except semi suites or suites, speeding shuttle drivers and shuttle in a very poor condition, not adequate hotel rating - more a weak 4 star hotel, high prices (mini bar, bar etc) in comparison to the region and service at the hotel. Very dirty floors in some rooms.
It's a beautifully designed property with kind staff and excellent facilities. Excellent turkish breakfast served in a lovely setting.
The only problem perhaps the location. In the area that is still under development and therefore not really atractive from the aesthetical point of view.
