Pros (+) Pretty compact - so easy to get around, especially if you have an inside room on 1st floor with access to the patio. Good facilities. Chadron is a great town, and there is a lot to see and do in this region.
Cons (-) Need to be aware that there's no elevator. Floors are really noisy. If you're on 1st floor, you will hear every step above you, and your own floor will creak enough that you'll understand why.
