I liked the clean look of the room and how spacious it was, which included small kitchen. Plus it was close to where we needed to be the next day. It was a good price, had a large screen TV that worked and had internet service.

The person at the desk seemed in a hurry and wasn't unkind, but wasn't social like I thought someone in his position could be.

Large room.

Little outdated. Price was too high but there wasn't much available that weekend because of the Berkshire shareholders meeting.

Friendly staff. Room overall was better than average for cleanliness. They even kept the floor vacuumed daily which doesn't happen at a lot of motels when you stay for more than a day.

Bad Bing map from the desk about how to get to a mall. Would have been better with just the address. Coffee and hot water were not available in the lobby all day as told. Hot tub had white gravel in the tub.

The kitchen was exceptional with the variety of food available and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Access with the elevators was fairly easy and getting in and out of the location was very easy.

Option of getting a smoking room & the free continental breakfast was nice.

No pool or hot tub or anything.

Conveniently located right off the highway and reasonable rates for the room you get.

Clean, Spacious room

I spent three nights. Very quiet at night. Whirlpool and pool were large and unoccupied. We had a rental car. Free breakfast is great. The location was great-a newer area on the outskirts of the city.

Embassy Suites is our favorite place to have a 'Girls Get-Away'. We were sad to see cutbacks being made in the things that make Embassy Suites known. Long lines were waited in in order to receive bracelets to enter the Manager's Reception and breakfast in the morning. Cutbacks in the foods offered for breakfast only added to the disappointment. There also was not enough staff on hand to keep the buffet stocked with such a huge crowd. A brand new bartender was working at the Manager's Reception which also had a huge crowd, causing a 20 min avg. wait to get waited on. Normally Embassy Suites would get an 'excellent' rating all around. Hopefully this was a one-time issue! If not for the concierge Sergio being an amazing employee who took great care of us, this would have been a very disappointing stay.

Clean room, Great staff, Hampton never disappoints.

The room was quiet, clean, and spacious. There were plenty of electrical outlets and mirrors, something lacking in other rooms we've stayed in. Service was prompt and courteous. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices.

It was close to Offutt Air Force Base.

A lot. The room itself smelled. Had to spray Lysol many times on different days. When you walked in the room hallway it smelled of cigarettes and liquor. Owner/Lobby attendant is cheap. Air was turned off on me with no warning, No applicances were on. BAD

Bought groceries & put them in the frig on my first day. When I returned later and my things were not cold I realized the frig was not on. Turned the temp down and it still didn't come on. So I began checking things starting with the cord. The cord to the TV, Refrigerator and Microwave were all plugged in to an Surge protector extention cord hid/tucked in behind the dresser and had to pull it out and flip the switch on it, to turn it on to make anything operate correctly. Had reservations so you would think the A/C would be on in the room before I got there, but NOPE. The alarm clock was not even plugged in. I spent a week at the hotel and my sheets and pillo...

The location.

The room was DISGUSTING! The bathtub/toilet/sink were gross and it was clear they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I showered standing on a hand towel because it was so gross. I fled this 'hotel' after a 4 hour nap.

When you check in ask for the in-room coffee maker and coffee. It's free to use but you have to ask for it. Also free for use is: plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pot, pan, spoon & flipper, cutting board and colander and dish soap and towels.

Pretty nice but oven desperately needed cleaning. Breakfast of oatmeal, packaged muffin, fruit and granola bar. There is a toaster you can ask to use for free in your room, but bring your bread & butter. Nice room arrangement for one person. I liked it.

Stayed actually for four nights. The room itself was good. Everything working. Room service was good every day! But people outside talking LOUD just outside my door with the paper-thin walls just made it annoying and unable to concentrate on anything about 1/2 my stay. Two groups of people (I'm assuming they were together since they kept going in and out of each door every 15 minutes) kept being noisy OUTSIDE THE ROOM! I would almost never hear anything while they were inside the rooms, but ALWAYS outside! Would recommend, but need a bit of noise control!

The mattresses were terrible (about the quality of a folded-up rollaway mattress). The room wasn't especially clean - there were wrappers under the bed. The room smelled dank upon arrival, and the wall-mounted air conditioner was noisy and less-than-effective. When it kicked on, it sounded like a jackhammer, keeping my spouse up during the night. The carpet, blankets, towels, and sheets all seemed like they would have been the cheapest quality when they were new -- and they were all far from new. The penny-pinching was evident in almost every detail of the room. Noise insulation was also subpar -- I could hear any movement in the hallway. But really, the worst thing was the beds. We had a room with two double beds and each mattress was creaky and saggy, and quite thin. I woke up with a sore back, and a had fitful night (I am usually a deep sleeper). It was probably one of the worst hotel beds I've slept on. Something like this should have been replaced long ago, even at a cheaper hote...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay!

The breakfast bar... I cannot eat anything with Gluten, apples, or oranges, or anything offered at all. When I asked if they had anything at all that was gluten free, or a banana (only fruit I can eat) I was looked at funny and told no.. So I starved while my family enjoyed breakfast.

The prices of the rooms

This hotel is old, tired and needs to be downgraded on this website to a one star. The rooms had new linens and yet the rooms smelled. I was traveling on business with another person and her room was the same. The managers reception takes place in a lobby so wide you could bowl in it and the chairs are all pushed to the outside edges so you stare at the person 20 feet across the lobby from you -weird!

Staff was friendly, rooms are very roomy. Beds were comfy. I used to come here when I was a kid with my parents still looks the same. They did have some updates since then.

I was supposed to have a queen bed but ended up with 2 full size beds, my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. There were 50 plus unattended kids running all over the place. Tried to swim in the pool with a 1yr old was very scary due to all the bad acting kids. No adults or hotel stuff watching the pool. And they do not offer anything free for breakfast, very high priced breakfast.

The pool is great for younger children. We have a 5 year old and 2 year old, and that was their favorite part of our trip.

Hotel did not have breakfast, but you did get 10% off at the Perkins that is attached but the food was bad and all of their highchairs where broken.

We had weekend getaway choosing this Ramada specifically for the waterpark, and it was greatly enjoyed by our children!

Difficult to navigate, not all of the hallways are marked as which direction to go to where and such.

Very clean, affordable room with an electric fireplace. Nice bathroom and comfy bed. The water park was a blast for our 1 year old.

No free breakfast, but we had plans anyway.
