Pete's Farm Stay B&B And Cottage

This charming countryside cottage is located near Pegasus Bay and Christchurch, New Zealand, and can accommodate six guests. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. In the full bathroom, guests will find a sink, a toilet, and a combination shower and bathtub. Linens and towels are provided.   In the living room, guests will find ample natural light streaming in from the generous windows, a comfy sofa, a double sofa bed, a matching armchair, and a TV with SKY TV. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a tea kettle, and a coffeemaker. Other amenities include air conditioning, heating, electric blankets, a hairdryer, a washer and dryer, an iron and board, a radio, a safe, and parking. Outside, there is a furnished deck, a sand pit, a trampoline, a swing, a spacious grassy yard, a sheep paddock just steps away, and refreshing views of the countryside with the snowy Southern Alps providing a mountainous backdrop. This rental includes complimentary breakfast and parking. For entertainment, guests will find a TV. No matter the temperature outside, guests can stay cozy with the indoor heating and air conditioning. Laundry facilities are available upon request. One of the cottages also features a sand pit, a trampoline, and a swing.
