The front Desk girl who checked me in was wonderful, but the other clerk who was on duty was quiet rude to the customers and had a very poor attitude
I overslept and when the very rude and unprofessional clerk from the previous day called my room she was extremely rude. When I checked out I went to return my key to the office and request final paperwork and again the very rude and unprofessional desk clerk failed to exhibit any professional behavior. Her lack of personality and extremely poor attitude really reflects poorly on your company
It was ok for the price I paid. Free breakfast, nice variety.
Dusty, bed was quite lumpy, freeway noise all night, difficult to sleep. Didn't know about the $75 security deposit, slow to get refund from the hotel.
For the price I can't complain. But, the noise from the freeways and those above me was too much for sleeping.
Noise reduction would make the difference for me.
The location room and breakfast were great. The outside of the whole place was obviously old and could use some updating.
Convenient and inexpensive
Water was like warm
