Pros (+) The hotel staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly, helpful and couldn’t do more.
Pros (+) We stayed at the Holiday Inn for an overnight trip to Clearwater. The front desk staff, maintenance staff, and valet staff were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the close proximity of the hotel to the public beach and places to eat.
Cons (-) We had a water patch on our floor right outside the bathroom when we checked in. The maintenance staff brought up a fan to dry the floor and everything was fine after that.

Cons (-) They totally botched construction. Extreme continual noise started at 5:45 a.m. 110 parking spaces for 200 rooms. Forced to park half mile away. No accommodations for inconvenience. Wasted a precious day of vacation.
