The continental breakfast consists of a dry piece of cake and one spoon of for our taste overly sweetened yogurt with a little bit of melon. Both of them disappointed us in taste. The coffee was okay but didnt come with actual milk, only sweetened creamer was available.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. The included continental breakfast was good. The brewed coffee at the breakfast buffet was outstanding. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable good location close to bus station. Pool, courtyard was nice. Nice toiletries. Nice towels. Comfortable bed. Great price. Friendly staff in the hotel and restaurant. The pool, rooms were equipped with A/C so it helps a lot with the weather outside. We didn’t expect much when we booked this last minute to get off the road and were very pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean and comfortable but what put it over the top for us was the pool! I wanted something for the kids to burn off energy from hours on the road and not only was the pool open late but it has a waterslide! The kids didn’t want to leave in the morning but grandma is waiting. The restaurant was open late and the food was quick and tasty. Breakfast was also included for adults and it was the typical bread, fruit, juice, but there are other options for a fee, which was great for the kids. everything in the room worked fine. The scenery. Pool ok. Privacy. Pool. nice courtyard and pool area. It’s a good place to stay for a couple of nights. We traveled through the city and it was something we looked for. Location is great far enough from scary avenida ?. Fine motel on the border of town. Visit the most depressing boulevard you’ve ever seen. They have a fine breakfast but not everything is available for you as guest. King-size bed, it was clean/cleanish, OK WiFi I guess. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. I loved the water pressure in the shower! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant staff were nice.
Poorly maintained, run down. But the breakfast was is poor. WiFi is not enough for work. We felt that the room had a very unpleasant smell of chlorine and sewage. Overall cleanliness and condition of our rooms was dissatisfying. Generally the room seemed old and worn down. The linen had some stains. Quite and sweet. Room is dark, there was humidity mark on the bathroom ceiling, the bathroom door was broken. I had asked several times if we could book another night, and I finally got a response on day before we arrived. Fortunately, it was not possible, we moved to a much better place the next day! I cannot recommend staying here. It is very rundown. The pool is old and dirty, not like the photos. The worst thing was the smell of disinfectant in the room. Breakfast was a joke - need to pay extra for a real one. Shower had nearly no pressure. Hard pillows. Not soundproof. I could hear every time someone passed by & could distinguish what they were saying. But overall a good option for a cheap, short stay. I only spent one night in the hotel, so my review will be limited. Located outside of downtown which was great for me as I used the hotel for an overnight stay on my car trip. Easy to find as it's right on the main road going through the city. The room was clean, everything worked as it should work: light, AC, cold and hot water. The bed and pillows were good, I had a good rest after 14 hours on the highways. Many reviews say that the included breakfast is too limited, but I don't eat early and for me it was perfect: mixed fruit (watermelon and melon) with yoghurt, a bun and a cup of coffee and/or some sweet drink. For a small fee they offer continental breakfast, but I don't know how good it is. Rude staff and didn't respect bookings price. Was way overcharged. Room smell old and moldy, horrible would never stay there again. Not clean at all, the staff was not friendly, many guests were day-drinking (okay, it was a Sunday), but everything was allowed at the pool area and the day after all the garbage was still left at the tables. We had a “continental breakfast” included, which was literally a bowl of fruit yoghurt, some papaya and coffee. mold in the jacuzzi. They advertise having a jacuzzi which they do, but it does not have a heater so its just cold and same as pool water. TV had to be reset. Hot tub not hot. Free breakfast meager. Parking in front didn't feel very secure. Industrial area. No hot water in the evening, but there was in the morning. entrance to garage. The buffete could be a little better, there's only 1 main dish and beans and bananas. The location is not ideal. All in all, it’s a good hotel, but we didn’t have hot water in the room, and consider that it’s kinda old. I would recommend to clean the pool. I got bitten by bedbugs. Because I liked the place, I let them me know. Didn’t hear anything from them. It seems to me that they’re guests are mainly people working in the nearby industry. Cold/Warm shower; cold pool water practically not useable, no blanket just sheet; no English speaking what so ever, The whole place looked like 2 stares motel on highway that has not been touched or renovated from the day it has been built 1980 I guess. I'm beginning to suspect that it is quite normal for Mexico though. It is a two or three stars hotel. it was not clean. Stained towels. Booking has an advertising of the value of $1.059 discount a $572. It does not value even $572. I won't trust booking any more. False advertisement! a bit old fashioned room. Is not clean at all. Pictures are tricky (rooms don’t look as good as in the pictures, they are way worse). Staff is not very friendly. distance from cafes and the beach. Very limited breakfast. I suggest you go for a more tempting and inviting display. The receptionist was not friendly. The pool was a little dirty. It was good and clean. But the breakfast was is poor. Besides, there was a bad smell everywhere.
