The proximity to Univ of MO
No, but didn't get to see the indoor pool which is always important.
Hotel was nice. Clean in the lobby area.
Yes. My bathroom was COVERED in HAIR on the ceiling and the TV channels didn't work.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms nice, well appointed. Nice décor. Pool was fun for the kids.
Room too warm. Needed to turn on A/C to get below 72, even though it was 20 outside.
Hotel location was perfect, and the staff were prompt and courteous.
Internet was kind of slow and the room didn't come with a microwave oven which seemed odd.
Location and staff were excellent. Churchill's restaurant is the most incredible place in a very large area!!!
Restaurant and bar hours were rather limited, but nice places when open.
Very comfortable beds, accommodating staff, good location.
Some current road construction makes the hotel difficult to get in and out of due to no stoplight to turn onto the entrance. This is a lovely hotel, recently renovated. The beds are cushy and comfortable, with good quality linen. Each room comes with a refrigerator. It's quiet and the staff is awesome. Highly recommend, especially if you can get a good price through Priceline!
Check-in was very quick with very nice staff. Even with some sort of convention going on in the building, they were able to check people in very quickly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean.
This is an old hotel with little or no sound barriers to the hallway. A group of poorly chaperoned high school students was checking into their rooms on our hallway late at night, waking us up and keeping us awake for over an hour. Too noisy.Check-in was very quick with very nice staff. Even with some sort of ladies' convention going on in the building, they were able to check people in very quickly. With Priceline, there are no guarantees on the type of room one will get yet they were able to accomodate us with a king size non-smoking room. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. Excellent shower water pressure. This is an old hotel with little or no sound barriers to the hallway. A group of poorly chape...
Indoor pool closed. Bed uncomfortable. Outdoor pool FULL of leaves.Hotel ok. Not 3 star. 2.5 at best.
The hotel was very impressive on the exterior and in the public spaces. The rooms were below average at best!
The room we stayed in had hair all over the bathroom and a dirty towell folded up with the clean towells, disgusting! We booked a non smoking room and at checkin were told that because we booked thru priceline, the did not know the availability of the rooms and had to be placed in a filthy smoking room, it was disgusting and dirty! The second had smoke nearly choked me to the point that my throat was sore the next day! I will never use priceline to book anything again! This was the second bad experience in a row that I have had booking thru priceline! Will be using Expedia for all future bookings!
