Delmont Motels

Clean, everything works and the carpet did not smell bad. Hallways were clean also. TV volume did not go up very much, maybe that is on purpose to keep from bothering other guests.

Updated rooms, very well maintained, top-flight heating/cooling system (thermostat-controlled--way better than usual for low-end hotels). Very pleasantly surprised. Can't rely thing if anything negative about this place.

e called ahead to advise we would be checking in late, and the fellow responded that "This is your hotel m'am - you get here whatever time you'd like and we'll be happy to help you." Upon check-in, I had inadvertently booked a smoking room and asked to change to non-smoking. He accommodated us with no argument and upheld my booking price, even though a non-smoking room was a little bit more. The staff was very friendly to us, the room was clean but not brand new, and our stay was unremarkable (which is a good thing). If you need a reasonably-priced place to stay convenient to the PA Turnpike, this is the best I've encountered so far. The family staying next to us or above us had rowdy children that woke up very early, but we can't hold Express Inn accountable for that.
