Friendly staff and close to main train station.
Room had horrible internal views. Felt dark and cramped. Not very good value for money. Disgusting that have soap dispensers in shower and bathroom.
A very good breakfast, nice staff
A small bathroom
Certainly no value for the money paid, will not use again
Rooms too smallNo facilities , such as internet in the room, room service??? No value for money paid
It was a good 10 minute walk from the old town, and a bit closer to the more modern shopping district, so if you don't mind a brisk walk it's fine. the room was plain but was a decent size and the bathroom was ok, although there is a bath tub instead of a regular shower.
There isn't any parking so you have to find public parking on the street but there are quite a few parking spots along the side streets adjacent to the hotel. On sunday the street parking is free. If you're a couple, the beds are awful! There are two twin beds pushed together but each with their own set of sheets and blankets and they slide apart the second you lay down, so you're forced to sleep in completely different beds or in one of the twins! In the morning the hallway is quite loud and there is only one lift. The general design of the hotel is rather odd and the website pictures definitely make it look nicer than it is. all in all it's ok but not at all exceptional.
The staff were helpful and kind and the room was large and well designed.
The hotel is a fair distance from the Altstadt unless you are familiar with the metro and other public transport.
Hotell a bit impersonal and being charged for the water in our room!
The room was clean, the location of the hotel was perfect.
I stayed in room no 408 and the view was beautiful
The room bar should be free
Friendliness of the majority of the employees.
