9.7 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything in Amelia Island and we really liked the large hot tub. There is even an outdoor fireplace to relax in the afternoon. The only thing that would have been better would have been to have a TV outdoors near the fire to watch football. The continental breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was also very friendly. The suite we stayed in with 2 queens also had a pullout couch so we could have slept 6. Overall a great experience and would stay there again.
Cons: They did have construction going around the hot tub, but it was still fully functional and very warm on a cool night. Very minor con.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: Very large beachfront property Great staff Well furnished rooms and pool deck
Cons: Villas adjoin others that are occupied by full time residents, our neighbors had barking dogs Trams are nice but inefficient in connecting the expansive villas to the main hotel
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Checked in two days following storm. Parking lot, walk ways, steps, & balcony covered in debris. During two night stay, never was cleaned. Actually, sweep balcony myself and formed a large debris pile in corner. The villa was nice and enjoyed the hotel pool and beach.
4.8 Okay
Pros: The staff at the omni were amazing. When we booked the trip we thought it was going to be omni quality. The villas, we came to find out are owned by a third party. The best news of all was that the omni made it right. The changed our room, giving us what we thought we were booking in the first place. A beautiful room with a ocean view. They were amazing. The omni resort was incredible, worth every penny.
Cons: The villa we were assigned was very dated and in need of a major renovation. It was like walking back in time, hello 1987. The carpet was shaggy and had stains. It may have been as clean as it could be, it was just old and worn that it seemed worse. The bedding looked old and tired.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious villa with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, TVs in the living room as well as bedrooms, DVD player, free high speed internet. The pools were adequate for kids as well as adults. Poolside fare is good. There is a shuttle that can take you to the nearby shops and dining. The view of the ocean from the hotel lobby is amazing.

Pros: You can not beat the convince of location. It is right next to the Green Turtle which provided great live music during our whole stay. Some nights we would join in the fun next door and other nights we listened to the music from the beautiful courtyard of the inn. You are in walking distance to down town which provided great restaurants and shops to explore.
Cons: This was the first hotel we had ever stayed at where there was not 24/7 staff. It turned out to great because we could come and go as we pleased and not have to see anyone unless we wanted to. On our way into town we realized the front desk was only staffed 9-5, so we we're very worried we would not be able to get our key. It turned out to be fine because it was left out for us. If not for seeing a review that explained what happened when you check in after hours we would have been even more paniced.

4.0 Okay
Pros: The bar manager was excellent!!! Great drinks and great service at the bar only!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: The nite clerk was an idiot. This hotel is suppose to be a handicap accessible hotel. I am currently in a wheelchair. At check in, the clerk tried to put me in a room upstairs without an elevator, only stairs. Theres know ramps anywhere. Its unsafe
1.0 Poor
Pros: nothing
Cons: horrible place, old, outdated, I hoped clean awful will unlikely use your suggestions again.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The location was beautiful, very close to the beach.
Cons: The room was incredibly sparse. I'm not sure what my additional $40 accommodations fee paid for as I was not made aware of any special accommodations or services. The room also had bugs and my boyfriend and I woke up covered in bites.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was nice. Only about a block from the beach and there are a few decent restaurant options nearby. The downtown area is only a few miles away as well.
Cons: There were hidden fees. The booking fee was about twice as much as other hotels in the area, which I didn't realize until after I booked. Also, the hotel charges an additional amenities fee at the time of check in.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good size room, nice breakfast spread, good amenities
Cons: Not super updated, but decent for the price
5.0 Okay
Cons: Basic motel, rates should have been lower given what it was.
