the proximity to the shopping streets and only a 5 minute walk to the "Altstadt"
the hotel was decent for the price. The bathroom was actually quite large for a European hotel. Large selection of breakfast. The owner was very friendly! 20 minute walk to Old Town.
The shower door wouldn't close all the way so we got a puddle on the bathroom floor when we showered. Also, there was some mold around the base of the shower--it could have been a bit cleaner. But everything else was very clean! No A/C like many hotels in Europe--so we were pretty hot on the 3rd floor in July, but this wouldn't be an issue for much of the year. Next time I will get a place closer to the Old Town, but the neighborhood was decent.
Wery good but roms was to small for 3 persons :)
The owner, who checked us in, was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. The location is very good, too.
The free WiFi connection was a little slow.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The WLAN was exceptional in the sense that it really worked and connection speed was also fast enough. Parking facilities were also good, as they were located right in the back yard of the hotel.
There's no elevator.
Great location, very good breakast choice, excellent value for money
very freindly staff, good location, clean and comfortable rooms
noise of the road
Location and exclusive parking space.
No elevator. Needed to carry heavy bag to the 3rd floor.
Excellent situated, right in the middle of Dusseldorf, maybe 5-10min by taxi from the airport and 1min to all shopping streets. Easy and fast to walk to the lovely old town too.
The room I stayed in was rather small, but comfortable though. Would have wished a bit more space, but I guess the flexible price was worth it.
