Pros (+) This was a comp for us. We only booked for one night. Because of the Corona Virus the Casino was shutting down in the morning and Hotel guests were checked out by 11am. We appreciated the later check out. Quick check in. Food options at the food court were good. Amazing fried chicken. Yum. Casino staff very friendly but you could see they were short staffed and overworked.
Cons (-) Dust your rooms. Ours were tidy but dust everywhere as if no one had dusted for over a week. The furniture and even the wall plugs by the bed were layered in dust. The entire hotel is dated and needs updating. The doors to the rooms are dark brown and paint chips etc. Does not feel like a luxury Casino/Hotel. Pros (+) The room was awesome, they went the extra mile to make sure you felt you were in a 5 star hotel. The ambience was great and the atmosphere definitely had that “night life” vibe.
Cons (-) The restaurant selection in the hotel could’ve been wider, we ended up ordering room service the whole night, spending a good $150 on that. The staff weren’t too interactive either.
