8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean room. Comfortable beds. Love the location. Breakfast was outstanding.
Cons: There were four of us staying. We had two bath towels, two washcloths, and two hand towels. After 8 oclock there is no one at the reception desk to request more towels, so we had to use two hand towels to dry off with. There was a manager's number in the information book to call in case you needed anything, but it was after 10:00 p.m. and felt it inappropriate to bother the manager at that time. The staff should have been aware that their were four guests in this room and provided adequate towels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming, great staff. Comfortable & clean. Good restaurant!
Cons: One lit night light switch in bathroom would be a nice addition.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The WiFi didn't work and the station selection on the TV was very confusing.

Pros: This property is beautiful with the historic charm, but modern updating. It’s very clean, and the room was perfect for our family of four. Being on the Main Street in the quaint little town was also perfect.
Cons: It seem a little expensive, but we’d go back tomorrow.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was superb and so beautifully presented and so delicious. The service was wonderful. The facility was beautiful and the breakfast was spectacular. Beyond our expectations.
Cons: I can’t think of anything we didn’t like. If ever someone wanted a truly European experience this would be it. We compared our stay to that experience many times.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Had some difficulty completing #2 above, but would give a 4 out o 4 for all categories. The staff was wonderful, the room lovely and overall stay was just great. We will definitely return. Thank you for making the last day of our vacation so enjoyable!

Pros: i like how cozy this location was. the staff was really friendly and helpful.
Cons: we didn’t get a free voucher for our breakfast the last morning we were there. when we checked out though, she offered but it was too late since we needed to catch a flight. also if you are looking for a quiet stay, it does get a little loud. drunk people yelling at 1am but may not always be the case.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The furnishings were beautiful and our bed was extra comfy. We were welcomed with a handwritten note in our room. Rachel took very good care of us with our late check in.

Pros: Gorgeous upscale hotel. We were in town for one nigh for a concert at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Look forward to staying again.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: There wasn't much of anything I didn't like.
Cons: Other than the drain to the tub being disconnected. Their was a staff member who seemed a little irate when talking to me. It's not hard to read vibes off an individual who is used to dealing with a certain social class verses common folk. I think no matter the wealth status all guest should be treated equally. At the end of the day we still pay to stay at this establishment no matter if you are blue collar or white collar.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: There wasn’t much to like.
Cons: It was loud—you can hear traffic allll night. No good nights sleep. The room was filthy. We found so much dust on the magazines. One of the bed sheets had some brown stains. The shower had hair on the wall. We called over 4 times to have it cleaned and we ended up cleaning it ourselves. Unacceptable! The room was never cleaned when we left for the day. Apparently the cleaning lady logged that she did. We had the manager come up to the room to show her that in fact it was not cleaned. The service at both bars in the lobby were awful. We sat down at High Velocity and no one at the bar asked us what we wanted for 10 mins. Left. Went to the bar by OP restaurant and not a single person at the bar acknowledged us. For the price and location it was not worth it! Very disappointed and will not stay here again nor do I recommend anyone stay here

Overview Reviews
Indianapolis, the capital of Indiana is a great place to visit if you’re traveling for business or pleasure. The city offers much to do and there are plenty of great hotels. However, not all of the hotels are family owned and operated nor can they provide the individualized attention that a small business such as the Drury Inn and Suites Indianapolis Northeast can provide. The standards are high for service, and the family’s expectations start with the employees treating guests like they’re old friends. This is why the hotel has such a great welcoming atmosphere for travelers. Because the Drury Inn and Suites Indianapolis Northeast is located near the Castleton Business Park, there are a lot of amenities in the hotel that appeal to business travelers. First on the list is the business center. Like the entire hotel, it offers complimentary WiFi. With printing services and other tools at your disposal, business travelers can get the job done effectively so that they’re ready for the next day’s work. The free parking saves money and time, while the pool is perfect to relax in – especially after spending a day in meetings. The hotel has a breakfast included. This is not the only food option. There are plenty of dinner snacks along with popcorn, candy, and other types of food to nibble on available as well. The microwave and full-size refrigerator are perfect for heating and storing leftovers as well. Staying at the Drury Inn and Suites Indianapolis Northeast is a great way for business and leisure travelers to spend a few days in a great city.

Pros: Clean, kind staff.
Cons: We didn’t receive housekeeping :-(
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Was within walking distance to my training. Several dinner choices within walking distance. Very nice hotel. Clean.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was great!
Cons: It seemed to be only one elevator working, we had to walk down 8 flights of steps with a herd of people behind us. The one elevator they did have was always packed.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Service level and friendliness of all employees was exceptional. Breakfast buffet was very good-tasting and offered individual while-you-wait choices such as omelettes, waffles, and pancakes. Aesthetically very upkept and artistic. TV service great.
Cons: Advertised as close to convention center--actually five blocks away (too far to walk with small children). Ice machine and one elevator out of service entire four-day stay. No dresser in room. Water tasted bad. Spooky gym/pool in basement.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast - complimentary. Fabulous showers! Outstanding valet and staff.
Cons: Nothing! Really terrific!
4.3 Okay
Pros: The room was nice size.
Cons: Sitting room thermostat was not working properly as we set it to lowest setting and the room kept getting hotter. I told the front desk and she said they would send someone to check on it, but that never happened. Also told her there was 3 of us so we needed 3 washcloths, but they kept giving us 2 (had to keep asking every time). No safe in room. We were there Wed - Sun and had to request our sheets be changed because they said they only change between guests. With the hot room and high temps outside, we were sweating so the sheets needed changed. Doubt we'll stay there again. Had much better experiences with less expensive hotels. Not worth the high price.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. 1/2 a block from Indy's Monument Circle. We walked to most destinations.
Cons: A little pricey, but we probably paid for the convenience of the location as much as anything. Worth it.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool is nice. Good location.
Cons: Not really.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: food was good , I got a shower from a bus boy who was standing behind me and dropped a pitcher of water and drowned me
Cons: BUSBOY
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff welcomed us, was very helpful and brought items we requested very quickly and with a smile.
Cons: There Was a coffee pod left in the Keurig from previous guests, but that's easy to overlook.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and centrally located
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was awesome. The hotel was great and so was the atmosphere. We were on the 12th floor but the elevators were on time every time we needed to use them. Breakfast was awesome too.
Cons: The parking sucked big time. You really could not leave your car in one spot for the duration of our stay. It was overkill with the high prices of parking downtown. The pillows on the bed were to soft so really didn't get good sleep for the 2 nights we were there. The bath tub was really slippery. Glad they had bars so you can hold on to.

7.0 Good
Pros: The location was excellent
Cons: We had several issues with our stay ... We were on the 7th floor which wasn’t an issue until the elevator wasn’t working properly and we were almost stuck in it and having to walk the stairs. Then not having the room keys work, not once but twice so back down to the desk. When they finally worked we went down to the pool and was unable to enjoy it. There was way too many chemicals in there that our eyes were burning as soon as we walked in the door. Being disappointed we went back to our room, and we were locked out of it. The part that comes across the door was very loose and when we left our room it swung over and we were unable to get in our room . We went back down to the desk and the girl was all alone and had no idea how to get it open. We had to wait over an hour for another worker to come in and get it fixed. Needless to say , we were not very happy with the stay. First time in Indy and we were not thrilled with the hotel experience.

Pros: One morning there was bacon. This was a great morning. We loved the outdoor patio featuring TWO Weber grills for our use.
Cons: When we arrived, we discovered pretzel sticks all over the floor under the window of our room. this was too obvious not to catch had the room actually been vacuumed.

Pros: The accomodations were very nice and clean. Great location for the zoo and Children's Museum. Staff very kind and helpful.
Cons: Could have more variety of things with the breakfast. More meat selections, maybe pancakes or french toast instead of just waffles. Garage parking should be a lot cheaper for guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location - clean - staff was exception (in housekeeping deserves KUDOS!!) Overall, we totally enjoyed our stay and would go back! Free breakfast too - nice perk :)
Cons: Only "complaints" (I'm using that term lightly) is room set up is wonky. Very strange, hardly any drawer space, and honestly, those west elm couches are horrible for adults.

7.7 Good
Pros: Location to great restaurants and basketball stadium. Very polite staff throughout hotel.
Cons: Restaurant service is slow, which was not a problem when catching up with good friends but it was noticeable. Walls between rooms were thin. We could clearly hear everything in the room next to us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy location Next to st elmo's
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful rooms, convenient downtown location, helpful staff
Cons: Bathroom did not have a fan for air/fumes and the door was very close to the bed so there wasn't privacy if you stayed with another guest.
6.8 Good
Pros: Room was nice. Hotel was nice. Comfy bed. Big shower.
Cons: We were told that the security fee would be 200$ or 50$ a night before our trip when I called to confirm my booking. So we budgeted money for that. When we arrived that 200$ was actually 457$. Which I know we get that back after the trip but that is absurd. And when asked about the price the attendant did not know why it was charging us that much, just that is was and said it’s my banks fault. When I asked if she could honor the original price she said she couldn’t change it and she said we couldn’t speak to a manager. So we were an extra 257$ short of money on our annual vacation because of that BS. My wife and I had plans to go to a nice pricey restaurant on our vacation and that was blown out the window because they took more than half our food and spending budget for a stupid security fee. Beware! Staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful, hotel is overpriced and has so many hidden fees. Also, no microwave in the rooms and the refrigerator doesn’t work. We will NOT be returning. We had a bad experience the second we arrived and we immediately said we would not be staying there again. Basically ruined our vacation because we couldn’t spend any money.

Pros: Our stay was absolutely perfect. The staff was amazing from check in to check out (even having the valet bring our car around while we finished breakfast without our knowledge). The entire hotel is stunning. The decor in the lobby and room were impeccable. The design is definitely worth seeing and experiencing for yourself. It seems that everything was considered, all the way down to the fragrance in the lobby.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Really helpful and friendly staff. Jay, the bartender, was great. He heard I wasn’t feeling well and sent up a bottle of ginger ale to my room. Keith, the doorman, was happy to offer options of where to go and see. The hotel smells great and I loved the design
Cons: The bathroom door opening right onto the bed.
