Poor housekeeping. After staying in the same room for 2 nights, had same sheets on bed. poor vacuuming. When we checked out of Sunday morning, the clerk had given us our same room again. When we got back to the room late Sunday evening, the same sheets were on the bed.

It was clean. Location was great. Right off the highway and many places to go in the area.

The location to our Family event was good.

The room while clean, was cluttered, staff was very impersonal, went to check out and had to stand there on crutches for at least 4 mins before a desk clerk was available let alone acknowledged me. She said very coldly: "Can I help you?" Mouth full of food and very unprofessional. No shampoos or anything besides bar soap was in the room. Mold in the room. Bed and pillows were flat and hard and very uncomfortable. Not worth the money we spent.

Close to airport, fairly clean. Area and hotel itself seemed safe and the room was fairly comfortable.

The common areas in the hallways and lobby were a bit beat up. No comp breakfast - just coffee. The shower door leaked onto the bathroom floor every time you took a shower and the handle on the shower faucet came off in my hand. Pillows not so great, but I managed to sleep through it.

There was no air conditioning in the hall ways & it smelled musky. Don't know if they were working or the hotel was saving on electricity. There was a very large 3 day event called Good Guys Indianapolis Car Show that week end. We were new to Indy & we asked directions. The person behind the counter was foreigner & sent us to the Indianapolis 500 Speedway.

Dated, constant rattle from fridge/microwave

The location, staff and facility were excellent.

My "Double Room" had only one bed (A king size) and a sofa conversion to a bed. Evidently the term "two people and double room" does not mean two beds.

Bed was comfy.

I liked the room, hotel is pretty. Noon checkout.

Right off the bat didn't have a tv remote or ice bucket. Had to request those. Checkout is at Noon. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:40 am (woke us up) to ask us what time we were leaving, I said "shortly". So since we were up we started packing and at 10:15 housekeeping opened our door while we were still inside. I couldn't believe how rude they were. Front desk said I couldn't reach management...

The room was clean and nice.

The internet was slower than my iPhone. Totally unacceptable.

Room was very comfortable, although dated. Big bedroom and living area, including kitchen.

Access for a person in a wheelchair was almost impossible. The ramp to the front door is much steeper than ADA would permit. Elevators were too small.

The rooms are big and include a kitchen and living room area. They are more like apartments than hotel rooms.

The facilities are a bit old and run down. It's not serious, but it's also not exactly "luxury" or anything.

The rooms were really nice - with a little spa package on the bed and everything! Do not be turned away by the entry into the building; the rooms are actually quite nice! I slept great even though we were right next to the airport! Not good for a light sleeper, but they include ear plugs in the bathroom.

Room service was decently priced - but would have liked to see more options for vegetarians and gluten free folks! This hotel is in desperate need of a nicer entryway!

Beautiful spacious rooms with super comfortable beds, spa scented lotions and fragrances, and huge windows! Staff was very helpful upon check-in.nt was the restaurant - slow service even though the place was basically empty, and the scallops were tiny and very dry/rubbery. Croissant bread pudding helped make up for it though ;-) Overall a VERY good value for the money!

Went down with the bf for FDIC and brought our dog along. The room was cleaned they were very helpful with everything fixed the shower right away when the nob couldn't go up due to the lime build up on the nob inside the faucet. Liked that we could rent out movies or board games or kitchen things if needed. I like that maid cleaning didn't start until you stayed a week because of my dog staying in the room when we weren't there. very easy to find great trip overall.

We were on the first floor right next to the elavater so it was a little noisey but not to bad. Saturday it got more noisey because there were kids running around you could here them yelling from the pool and outside our door but besides that trip was good.

Extremely old building. It smelled awful, like cigarettes and unwashed carpets. Our room was not ready when we arrived and it took ~1hr for them to check us in. Felt extremely dirty the whole stay. Kitchenette had no soap and no lighting anywhere near. Poor staffing, they were rude and unhelpful. Would not stay again.

The bathroom was filthy and the hallway and carpets were also very dirty.

We were passing thru & it was a good stop for us.

No convenient eating places

Staff was articulate and clear on all explanations. They brought us the kitchen amenities we needed before we even say down in the room. Were not over barring. The room service wasn't available since we were only there two nights; this was a plus because that limited the amount of "*knock knock* room service " we heard from the hall.

Room was quite small. Any more than 2 days would've been stressful. The door has enough space for your fingers to reach underneath to the other side. This allowed a great deal of light into the room at night. There's also a lower set peephole that allowed light right at eye level when sitting in the chair.

Staff was friendly. Excellent location for my needs. Kitchen appliances were clean. Vending machines accepted credit cards for late-night snacks.

Extension cord used for lamps was blackened, indicating a potential electrical problem. Hot water very slow to heat up. Walls are paper-thin; I was next to an elevator and didn't sleep well because of it. Microwave was missing turntable. The security latch malfunctioned, first locking me out of my room then breaking all together.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Location is very near the airport, which can be a positive or negative, as there is some air traffic noise. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also clean and shower was very good.

The lack of a free breakfast offering is always a bit annoying, but free parking was a plus.

An older motel, but clean and comfortable. Caters to airport overnights, I think. Would stay again - and probably will.

Friendly & attentive staff. Entire hotel is very clean. Comfortable bed and linens. Convenient location to the airport with complimentary shuttle service. This place is a real value. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Would be nice if they had a bar or restaurant on the property but they were very accommodating with their shuttle to make up for it.

The staff we saw were polite and the rooms where pretty large.

Room had a slightly weird smell at first but went away after about a hour. Son locked bathroom door and shut it with him outside around 8pm. Went to front desk and was told only maintenance has a key and won"t be back until morning. We had to change rooms and thankfully none of our stuff was in there.

Easy to get to IND. Clean, nothing fancy but hit the essentials well. Lots of parking, friendly night manager.

AC was a little anemic. Had housekeeping key in twice the same morning while we were still asleep, but we didn't put out the Do Not Disturb sign either.

we was really impressed with the hotel it was very clean friendly. the bed was amazingly comfortable. the rooms that we had were beautiful nice sized comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to friends.

The chlorine smell from the pool area was overwhelming in the neighboring halls & elevator. The male desk clerk when I checked in was rude & did not explain anything about where the elevators were, breakfast area, or other ammenities; he acted as if we should have known.

The bed was very uncomfortable.

We stayed here for the Big Ten Championship game, it had an easy location to get to, clean rooms, quick check in. I booked three rooms and two of the people got there at 2 pm (1 hr before check in) and the hotel set them up with their room early with no hassle. Would recommend.

No free breakfast - but this is stated on the website so it wasn't a surprise.

The room was such a good deal for the price. The pool & jacuzzi were awesome. And we got a great contential breakfast on top of that! Definately would recommend to anyone passing through the Indianapolis area.

I have stayed in hotels before that were less then satisfactory. This hotel was one of the best ever. When I first went into this hotel the first thing I noticed was how clean it was and how it smelled. It smelled so good even in the elevators. Then whenever I went to talk to the people that worked there, they were so nice and informative. They pointed out some of the best places to go eat. I do not eat fast food and one of the employees even told me of a place to eat that was the bomb. Now in this day and age people are not very friendly. This place is number one on the list of friendly people and eager to help in anyway they can. There were many places around there to go eat even in walking distance. There was a Kroger less then a half mile away. It was easy on and off the interstate. If you wanted to go other places it wouldn't take all day to get there. The swimming pool was another point that was awesome. They had a continental breakfast that was out of this world, it had biscuits and gravey, cinnamon rolls, cereal, coffee you name it and it was on there, plus all kinds of juices it was to die for. I stayed for two days and didn't want to leave. I will stay there again. I have no problem going back to see everybody and staying again they were like family. Loved them and there hotel. Thanks a million. One thing I forgot was the bathroom. It was so clean there was not one hair in it nowhere and the room was awesome to. Not one dirty spot nowhere. I'm a very pickie person

The location on the canal was nice. Also, they had a good breakfast selection with kind staff.

The hotel is falling apart. An elevator was down. There were many cigarette burns in my carpet (this is a non-smoking hotel). When I told the manager they looked at me like I was an alien to bring it to their attention. Housekeeping was not responsive.
