Pros: Late night front desk staff went above and beyond.
Cons: The daytime host at the restaurant is rude and condescending. This is the second stay during which he has been such. I may not take my meals there for my stay later this month because of his smart ass presence.
Pros: 21C is an awesome bar/restaurant/gallery/hotel. We were excited to stay there on our first night of marriage since we had our first kiss there three years ago. The staff is excellent and the energy superb.
Cons: Unfortunately there was absolutely nothing distinctive about the room. For a hotel as well reviewed as this place, there needs to be a serious statement in the room with either art pieces, the design of the room, etc. This room could have easily been a new Westin or some urban Marriott concept. The rooms we stayed in had there share of use and will probably need to be renovated relatively soon.
So if I were you, I'd save $100+ per night, stay at the Brown or Seelbach, and spend your savings on dinner and drinks at 21C/Proof. Or heck, get a boss Airbnb in the Highlands or Nulu.
Nestled in downtown Louisville on historic West Main Street, along Museum Row, 21c Museum Hotel is a multi-venue contemporary art museum, an award-winning 91-room boutique hotel, and home to acclaimed Proof on Main restaurant, led by executive chef Mike Wajda. Stay with us and the iconic Red Penguin.
Pros: Nice pool, nice decor, great dining floor with complementary breakfast and early evening refreshments. Convenience to venues on 4th Street Live. A good safe place for families even with young children, and still stylish.
Pros: Good Location next to 4th Street Live and near to the convention center. Free Shuttle from airport a real plus. Newer hotel in an older building. Bathroom was very large but surprisingly the bedroom area was on the small side. Everyone on staff at the property seemed very nice. Enjoyed the hot breakfast and happy hour.
Cons: Housekeeping was not so good. Coffee rings on counter remained through my stay never wiped up. Returned to my room one day at 5 PM to find the room was never made up so the next day I called to housekeeping to make sure my room would be cleaned before my 5 PM return only to come back to an untouched room. Very disappointing. Blackout drapes extremely hard to open or close. Had to call maintenance and the pull rod fell off one time. Maintenance said these drapes have been a constant problem.
Pros: Super downtown hotel, excellent service, very modern and contemporary furnishings. My meetings were across the street in the old outdated Selbach Hotel which was full. I am so glad that I chose to stay across the street at the Embassy, so much nicer setting.
Cons: Thermostat didn't allow the room to get cool enough and the beautiful glass shower allowed water to leak out onto the floor.
Pros: The front desk staff knew what they were doing. They answered all questions with a smile and what they said was a fact. The valets went over the top to accommodate our special requests and there were several. If you want to stay near 4th Street Live. This is the place. The free breakfast was great and the happy hour was too. Stay here when in Louisville. I know I will again. I did not meet a single employee who was not friendly and professional. Well done all.
Pros: The hotel was newly finished and was beautiful. The location was centralize and idea for activities in the downtown area.
Cons: I travel often and regularly stay in a variety of hotels which fall into this category (many of them are also Embassy Suites.) However, In my many years of travel I have never found a larger group of rude, dismissive, and unprofessional employees then those of Embassy Suites in Downtown Louisville. Not until my recent visit to this hotel, was I ever given the impression that a hotel staff was intentionally trying to NOT be accommodating and/or helpful. It interesting that a team in the service industry, would seeming go out of their way to do this. This is also rather disappointing, considering that I paid almost $700.00 for two room and a 1 night stay. I would think for that price I should NOT have a "supervisor" raise his voice to me, then publicly shame me for booking through a 3rd party booking site (apparently this makes you a second class citizen and justifies them treating you poorly,) and then proceed to scream at me "what do you want me to do about it." Please keep in mind that this was in front of my friends and about 20 stranger in the lobby, oh and 10 other employees of the hotel... Classy! All of this stemming from their in ability to accommodate the simple request of adjoining rooms. Also keep in mind that I had called this hotel several times in the days prior to my check-in and spoke to a variety of people regarding this. All of whom told me different things - everything from "sure, no problem," to "I've added a note..., "or call back on this day and tell them to..." Also during this train wreck of an experience, I had two employees who couldn't even find my reservation, one of which did everything but call me a liar. However, he did manage to rather blatantly imply that I didn't really have a reservation and that I must have either made a mistake, or was making it up to pull one over on them....are you kidding me?!? As it turns out, the only reason they couldn't find my reservation was because the employees didn't understand that if you are trying to pull up a booking from a later date, you have to change the date of your search to that day and not the current date... Sounds rather basic... Of course, I can't blame those employees - clearly they were poorly trained! In short - unless you want to be verbally abused by the staff and be made to feel bad because you only spent $700 on your room(s) instead of $750, this is not the place for you.

Pros: Perfect atmosphere with tremendous service. Really hated to leave.
Cons: need more updates with carpeting - or better cleaning service
Pros: Staff is nice and does its best to be helpful
Cons: Hotel is badly in need of a refresh. My room was tired, carpet had stains. Quality is really variable.
Pros: The architecture
Cons: Being charged for parking
Pros: Beautiful atmosphere, excellent staff.
Cons: The ac in our room was not effective and the room was very hot. There was a large group of high school students who were very loud and took over the lobby at one point. I would think that booking large groups of children would not be common place in this hotel as it appeals mainly to adults and the noise from kids works against the atmosphere.
Pros: The staff was superb. Service was impeccable. The facilities were very clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed every aspect of the Brown Hotel. A hot brown for breakfast at the J. Graham's Cafe was the perfect ending to our stay. Loved it!
Cons: The only thing that I did not like was the fact that we could not go into the clubhouse because we were not a member.
Cons: Room was poorly appointed for the cost. No fan in the bathrooms. Doors are lightweight and thin, as are the walls. Room size was rather small. There is a Hampton Inn nearby that offers a much better value for a lower price point. That will be our go-to spot for future trips to Louisville.
Pros: Our stay at the Brown Hotel was exceptional. Great location to all attractions and site seeing. The hotel was very nice, clean, and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall we were very pleased with our stay at the Brown.
Cons: Our only dislike may not be a problem with others. The bed was too soft. We are use to a more firm mattress. Didn't sleep well and woke up with a backache. The bed was just too plush us.
Pros: Wonderful lobby bar and a beautiful old grand hotel. My new go to for Louisville
Cons: Only had an issue with one server but I feel I only noticed it because the rest of the service was so fabulous
Pros: Our experience overall was great...but I don't feel it was anything over the top for the type of property that it is and rate that we paid per night. The location was good...and many of the staff members were very hospitable and kind.. James in in-house reservations was wonderful, as I called to reconfirm our reservation, note our preferences and that it was Anniversary and he blocked us accordingly. Evan and Amanda were truly welcoming at check-in. Colin our Bellman/Valet was very personable and always gave great recommendations. Shamaya in housekeeping was so very friendly and welcoming...always offering us chocolates which was a sweet touch!!
Cons: There are a few items that we didn't truly enjoy during our stay... I called in and noted it was our Anniversary during our stay and honestly expected some type of acknowledgement during our time there...and there was nothing. In past stays at luxury properties they have at the least mentioned it during check-in...and then at times upgraded us or even sent a little something with a card up to the room. I felt this was a missed opportunity to WOW!!! The mattresses are definitely an item that should be replaced...as they seemed older and were quite uncomfortable. We opted to reserve a room on the Club Floor to take advantage of inclusions...which we had higher expectations for the Club Lounge. As both food offerings for both "happy hour" and breakfast were very repetitive and seemed "cheap"/low-quality. With staying at a luxury property that boasts a talented culinary team we expected higher quality and more variety.
Cons: No refrigerator or microwave in room was inconvenient.

Pros: I enjoy staying at A loft properties, Aloft Louisville downtown was the perfect location for attending the Forcastle Waterfront weekend event.
Cons: Had to make three attempts making coffee to get one cup that did not curdle from the spoiled hotel provided half & half creamers.
Pros: Location was great, and the bed was comfy.
Cons: Bad service at check in, toilet didn't work, sink didn't drain, loud cleaners in the morning, smelled.
Cons: We arrived at 5pm for check-in and we told to wait because rooms were not clean - Garth Brooks concert the night before. Poor management and service, they could have offered us a free drink while we waited. Instead they guided us to their overpriced bar. They told us 20 minute wait, turned into 1 hour until we were able to get into our room. Not what I expected for the price and the hotel reviews.
Pros: Loved the location, downtown bars and the KFC Yum Center were all a comfortable walk away.
Cons: Did not like the price of the hotel. But the location was so good I would pay it again.
Pros: The staff was very attentive and easy to work with. The location was perfect for the concert at the YUM center.
Cons: the layout of the bathroom isn't what I would associate with a high end hotel. It had the feeling of a gym shower. I believe they fell short on the design there. Taking a shower and standing on a wet floor to get dressed is not ideal.

Pros: We came from Wisconsin to see a concert. The location was great; easy to find and very easy to come and go. The room was well designed and the furnishings were comfortable and accommodating.
Cons: It's nice to be able to stay in when you want to have a late night drink without going back out into the world where we could get into trouble. ;) The tap water would not get cold and there was not an ice machine near our room.
Pros: Closeness to restaurant arena and university.
Cons: Small rooms too much furniture in then for small a small space
Pros: The breakfast and afternoon meals were excellent. Clean rooms. Greg the night man was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Price is high, but all hotels are high.

Pros: This is a awesome hotel in a great location. Staff at the desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was decorated in a very modern style. There was a 65 inch TV in the room.
The hotel also has a restaurant and bar. I ate 3 meals there and the fool was good and preparation was excellent.
I would not hesitate to stay there again.,
Cons: Front desk workers, although eager to assist, did not have a good command of the English language. The accents were very heavy, and sometimes I had to ask them 2 or more times to repeat what they said.
Pros: The location is great, right on fourth street. The bed was very comfy and the tv was huge.
Cons: The bathroom was freezing, and the noise from the late night parties echoed from the lobby right outside the door, made it hard to sleep. Valet was expensive and the pool was alright, kind of small. No hot tub. No free wifi, no breakfast included. For the cost, I expected more.
Pros: The basic room appeared recently renovated and was borderline luxurious, depending on your definition of luxury. Definitely highly comfortable. High-end bathroom, bed and bedding were marvelous, the robe is a welcome touch. Stayed Fri-Sun, there was a lot going on in and around the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at how the noises disappeared once my room door closed.
The complimentary Wifi was more than sufficient for my needs without having to upgrade, and was trouble-free. Nice to see a hotel that's recognized by 2016 that a couple of USB charging ports on the nightstand might be handy; I didn't have to take my wall charger out of my bag. There's a room safe big enough for a 13" laptop (but not a 15") and the safe has a 110V outlet inside the door, nice. Huge flatscreen with great sound.
Room keys are chips, not mag swipe, so you can unlock the door without taking the key out of your wallet.
The elevator might leave your stomach in the lobby when you're going up ;)
Parking was advertised at $13 but ended up being only $10; there's no integration with the room key though so you have to keep up with your ticket.
This hotel is connected to the Louie Link enclosed walkway that runs from Galt House and KFC Yum Center at the north to Fourth St Live at the south.
And the staff is great! Highly recommended. Thanks!
Pros: location, gym, comfy bed
Cons: The noise in the hotel did not stop all night. When I checked out in the morning there was a drunk asleep in front of my door. Not worth it

Pros: 8 Up is a wonderful place to dine. The weather being nice- the roof top dining & drinks outside was fantastic
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff at reception.
Cons: 8Up understaffed on weekend nights.
Pros: Good location. Not far from the convention center. Rooftop restaurant/bar was decent but overpriced.
Cons: Wish there was a pool. They had a partnership with the YMCA closeby but that is not convenient for a business trip.

Cons: The room was dirty and we couldn't get them to come clean it. They said they were busy. The maid would knock very early then we asked her to come back later and she never did. The manager was very rude when we asked about the cleanliness. There wasn't enough hot water at all. It was very disappointing especially considering the price for our two dad there.
Pros: Overall our stay was good. The room and hotel were very clean and the beds comfortable. The location would have been great for going out (which is why we selected it) had we had the time, but didn't work this time around for us.
Cons: The only downside for this hotel is the shower. My husband had a difficult time since he he is over 6 feet tall and the shower head was for people closer to 5 1/2 feet or shorter. The pressure was also barely there and quite noisy from I think trying to get the pressure.
Cons: Whirpool was unbelievably dirty, ypi cpuld scrape the dirt off the tiles, water was brown n smelled horribly warer was also warm not proper hot tub temperature, swimming pool floor was filthy as well, very disappointed and dissatisfied especially for the money I paid.

Pros: Paid $94 including taxes and fees. Great value for the money. Practically spotless rooms. Decent fitness center. Good breakfast. Professional and friendly staff. Were accommodating with late night ride to the airport.
Cons: A bit more hair in the shower than I would have liked. One of two treadmills was broken. More variety of cereals at breakfast would be nice.
Pros: Lost of space in the suite, comfortable king size bed, pillows I liked so well I'm going to buy some, huge shower, fridge and microwave in room, a place to lounge on the couch and relax, location was decent, staff was nice, breakfast was decent
Cons: The shower could be cleaned better. There was some mold.Rest of the room was perfect.
The indoor pool that's was advertised as heated was cold.

Pros: Rooms were clean. Simple but effective workout room. Pool was open and kids loved it. Easy access to freeways and local shops. Close to downtown Louisville.
Cons: Breakfast buffet could have been better for the price. One free coupon did help offset though.
Pros: Loved in-room whirlpool & king-sized bed. Also very close to the airport for our EARLY Sunday flight. Business center was helpful for printing.
Cons: Breakfast was not included in our room rate. (A kind gentleman on-staff gave us two honeymooners two vouchers, though, which was a great token.)

Cons: All good
Pros: The little store inside where you can buy snacks, meals, and any necessities you may need or forgot. The staff if exceptional and go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable.
Cons: I kinda wish it was closer to a gas station or something within walking distance. If it wasn't for their store, I would ended up paying more for food delivered.
Pros: Nothing special
Cons: The fan on the bathroom lousy !
Cons: No housekeeping unless you stay over a week, very small TV, no HBO
Convenient to the airport, restaurants and shopping at a reasonable distance. A quiet residential/business area of town.
Pros: Location to airport...
Cons: The main sleeping area was clean, however the bathroom area had not been throughly cleaned which made me question the kitchen area also.
The location was in a quiet area, safe. We've stayed here before, everyone is so nice and helpful. The suites are fabulous.
Pros: It was centrall to where we needed to go, easy access to freeway, airport malls etc.

Pros: Front desk staff was very nice during check in.
Cons: Room smelled bad. Needs updating and to not allow smoking in rooms
Pros: The people working were very polite and the room was clean
Cons: The free breakfast was not as good as many of the other places I have stayed. Need to change the policy of charging extra for children
Pros: Staff was very nice and helpful.
Cons: It was overpriced for the room. The carpet was worn and red shag. Not enough towels in the room. We spent 1 night, family of 4. $----. I felt like $---- would have been what they should be charging.
Pros: Very clean!
Cons: All night long children were running in and out of rooms!!! Walls are paper thin, I could hear everything!!! I got a 5:30 an wake up call I did NOT request!!! Then a little after 11:00 front desk called and basically said get out! Wont stay there again
Pros: The pool was not overly chlorinated.
Cons: Breakfast was awful. Should have gone out to eat. Room A/C was not efficient... We had a hard time sleeping because we couldn't get the room to cool down and stay cooled down.
Pros: The hotel was conveniently located off the main road I had ample room for parking. The staff person I met was friendly and courteous.
Cons: The walls are very thin and I could hear everything. I barely slept and the morning breakfast wasn't something I could say was worth it. Overall the hotel was okay, I don't know that I would stay there again.
Pros: Was there when we needed it
Cons: Sheets were old and stained
The staff and management keep the place spotless. The staff are helpful and friendly.
Pros: The staff were wonderful
Cons: The location was a little off.
Pros: The staff is very friendly and hotel is situated near my mother's nursing home. The room was clean. Heater worked great, as it got cold while we were there. Amenities included: fridge, microwave, coffee-maker, hair dryer and a good-size flat-screen TV.
Cons: Wifi did not extend to our room down the hall (123.) This was my second visit and both times the soap dispenser in the shower was out; rooms were small, especially the bathroom (lock the door or get your knees taken out!) Pool did not look inviting.
Pros: Friendly and very helpful staff. Very clean.
Cons: Wifi. Beds not very comfortable. But ok. Hair dryers.
Overall we were very pleased with the hotel...it met our needs.
Pros: Very friendly staff - willing to accommodate our needs
Cons: Could have been a bit cleaner.
The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because there was nothing left in Louisville during the Ky. Derby.
Cons: The room didn't look all that clean and a dirty towel was hanging on the bathroom door when we checked in.

Pros: Great location & quality without paying through the nose.
Cons: Rude guests on our floor, nothing to do with the hotel or staff!
Pros: Within walking distance to Yum center, 4th street, and many restaurants. Staff is very friendly, loved the coffee bar, and didn't have a problem getting a late check out. Will stay again!
Cons: No problems or complaints
Pros: Traveled with my teenage daughter. The hotel was centrally located and 3 blocks walking distance from 4th Street. The free breakfast was ample and we felt very safe. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly too!
Cons: 1. There was a parking charge which wasn't noted when I booked. Chose this hotel because I like to park myself (and thought it was free) vs paying valet most other places. If I had known of the fee I would have just gone somewhere else and paid valet.
2. Bathroom - No fan in the bathroom made it a hot steamy mess. Also the tub drained so slowly it filled up during the shower. I'm surprised no one cleaning the shower noticed/reported the slow drain.
Pros: I made the mistake of showing up a day early for my reservation. The hotel staff found me a room anyway. The hotel was clean our room was clean and the staff was very friendly. They do offer breakfast but I didn't get up for that. I did go to a place called Toast on Market for breakfast and it was very good. The location is great. They offer a free shuttle to anyplace downtown but that is something else I did not take advantage of because everything is in walking distance. We only stayed one night but we bounced around downtown Louisville for the entire day and we were able to leave our car parked on the hotel lot for free. Eddie Merlot's Steak and Seafood was a fantastic place to have dinner as well. Great food and great service.
Pros: Close to 4th Street and downtown
Cons: Checkout time
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Lobby was pretty, breakfast was above average for continental type breakfast. Free shuttle to anywhere in downtown area until 11pm.
Cons: The carpet in the room smelled damp. While the hotel is 'centrally' located, being right in the downtown area, it's not exactly the nicest part of downtown but this is subjective. Also, two drunk guests walked into the elevator, one of them smoking a cigarette on the elevator. Maybe smoking in public areas is acceptable at this hotel but it's definitely not something I was accustomed to encountering. Overall, I wasn't super satisfied with the hotel.
Pros: Good, centralized location. Walkable city. Lots to see and do. The hotel staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was well appointed with plenty of outlets for charging electronics. Breakfast was well stocked and with a good assortment of food from which to choose. Pool was clean, exercise room had purvey of options from which to choose.
Cons: Even on the eighth and highest floor, the street noise (esp frequent sirens, fire trucks, etc) was loud. We were traveling with expensive medication that required refrigeration (not freezing) and were aghast to find the water bottle in the fridge frozen solid in the morning. Even after turning the controls all the way down, the temperature was still enough to freeze water overnight e next day. The tub drained very slowly and the toilet seats are the cheap kind that slip across the rim of the toilet, leaving one feeling off-centered when seated. The shampoo 'samples' are in such small bottles that it's nearly impossible to get much out (particularly given that there's not that much in there to begin with).
Pros: Staff at front desk, cleaning staff and staff in the breakfast area were all very friendly!
I travel VERY frequently for business and truly appreciate that the towels I hung up were left there for me to re-use (as suggested by the notice in the bathroom). I would say this only happens 1 out of 10 stays. Usually I get totally new, clean towels even when I hang up my used towels. It's important to me to save energy and other resources and when a hotel advertises its green policies it means a lot when they stick to them. Thanks so much to the housekeeping staff for being environmentally conscious! Hampton Inn continues to be my hotel chain of choice for pleasure and business travel.

Pros: I alway like to smell a hint of bleach when I walk into a room. Our room was clean the halls were clean. Always a good sign of a good stay.
Pros: Staff was friendly and eager to help. Example: While checking in asked several questions to the Desk Man, answered all to our satisfaction and more. Asked for the restroom and he told me. A staff member just walking by walked with me and showed me where the men's room was. Nice!
Cons: Wifi! Not as easy to connect as it should be and it seemed slow. Also noticed a tiered access and didn't care for that at all. Wifi should be easy for the guests to connect to and blistering fast!

Cons: The bed was so uncomfortable and the sheets were like sandpaper. The room was dark and lighting was poor and the place needed updating badly.
Pros: He hotel is in an amazing location but it's old and in need of updates. I would stay there again.
Cons: You could tell something's were very old and needed updating. My suite room was not very clean.
Cons: There was an error in my reservation where a third party had booked 2 reservations for me. I was unaware of this until I arrived at the front desk. I spent an hour with the front desk and several hours on the phone with management trying to resolve the issue and they were unwilling to help me in my situation.
I was shocked that they were so unwilling to even help a little with the issue. This lack of flexibility really put a bad taste in my mouth and I'll most likely not stay here the next time around.
Pros: Fish in the bar
Cons: Stains on the bed and the water pressure was really low in the shower
Pros: Location was great. Had a lot of facilities. Good restaurants.
Cons: Little dated. And very huge. Felt empty.
Cons: The basic rooms
Pros: Stayed the night for an event at yum center. It was very. Ice to have access to event from hotel skywalk
Cons: I like a softer mattress. But it didn't really effect my slumber lol.
Pros: The hotel was in a great location
Cons: Everytime I asked someone working there a question, they either didn't know or wouldn't help.
Pros: It was within walking distance to all the major attractions.
Cons: The AC units in the room were extremely loud, sounded like a percussion band coming through our room each time it turned on. Also, the walls aren't very think and can hear every word your neighbors speak.
Pros: Our suite was very nice. Bedding and bathroom were both very clean and fresh.View was great - we could see the city and the river from our vantage point. The room had a nice bar area with refrigerator, however we had to ask for extra glasses.
Cons: There was a stain on one of the chairs, a light bulb was out, and we only had one drinking glass in room. However, they replaced the light bulb promptly and brought us extra glasses when we asked.
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Greatly in need of many updates. Extremely outdated property.
Pros: The hotel was very nice and the staff even nicer. It's location and views are great. Downtown Louisville has an eclectic selection of restaurants and bars as well as different museums within easy walking distance if you choose to explore. If not, there are several bars and eating places there at the hotel. We parked the car when we got there and only had to get back in it once when we went to Churchill Downs. We will stay again if our travels take us back to Louisville.
Cons: The prices for some of the casual food places was too high. $2.65 for a large coffee at the walk up Thelma's and $16 per person at the Magnolia Cafe for an ordinary breakfast buffet is a bit much.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The parking garage was hard to get to.
Pros: The staff is great. The historic nature of the hotel is impressive. Location is central and steps from restaurants and entertainment. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: The room and bathroom were small. Furniture was basic hotel-grade as were the linens and towels. Shower curtain was flimsy and frayed. The room was pretty, but there was nothing luxury or high-end about it. It was a very standard grade hotel room for the price.
Cons: Need to have free Internet. It's 2015
Pros: elegant rooms and comfortable bedding great location
Cons: room was a bit small but adequate and room near elevator had lots of hall noise
Cons: That the internet was not included. The room was not cleaned till 1:30 in the afternoon. The front carpet outside the hotel was dirty. The rooms were very small.

Pros: The hotel was right off the interstate, convenient to Louisville and points in Southern Indiana. New Albany was a nice little town that was close enough to walk to the downtown area. The price was right and the room was nice with courteous staff.
Cons: The hotel was surrounded by one way streets coming and going to the interstate.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Check in and out was very easy and fast. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros: The hotel and our room were both clean and smelled good which is a must with my sensitivity to oders. Will stay again when we return to area
Cons: We joked about our view it was the roof and pipes but if you kept the curtains closed one would have never known. Refrigerator door was hard to open due to leveling issues so didn't use
Pros: Great location, breakfast, and value
Cons: Shower did not have anti-slip strips, and I almost fell
Pros: Staff are super friendly and A+ for effort. Front desk staff always with a smile and offer to help. Breakfast crew did their best under tough conditions (see what I didn't like). Almost all facility was clean, great shape (except see what I didn't like).
Cons: Superhuman effort, but staff struggled to keep up with very high breakfast demand on a holiday Saturday morning; they were just overrun. And re fitness equipment, not a slam on this hotel specially, because this is kind of typical nowadays, but some TLC is needed: one of only two treadmills functional, 40# dumbbells missing.
Pros: The staff went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one, with recommendations for food, and directions. The continental breakfast was awesome. If you didn't get enough to eat, it is your fault!
Pros: Great air conditioning.
Cons: Socks turned black on carpet, bathroom floors and walls looked extremely dirty. Could hear everyone in the hallway or outside the building.
