Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, friendly staff, and breakfast offerings. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for many, with repeated mentions of odors, stained carpets, and unclean bathrooms. The closure of the pool and hot tub without prior notice was also a common complaint. While some found the rooms comfortable and spacious, issues with maintenance and amenities, such as old mattresses and malfunctioning appliances, were noted. Overall, the positives centered on breakfast, location, and service, but cleanliness and pool availability were major drawbacks.AI-Generated from customer reviews
