10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the staff were very attentive, energetic, enthusiastic and helpful. The Bistro is an upscale restaurant with unique food combinations. We were in a first floor lakeside room. Keurig coffee maker was nice in room. The Coffee Cafe had good food and excellent lattes. Perfect view of Lake Tahoe. Wonderful swimming pool and hot tub. Impressive building. We travel with a seeing eye dog and was well received by all. Each room has a gas fireplace and the bathroom was stunning in its design. Guests were provided with soft bath robes and slippers and of course a chocolate turn down. The Lodge has only been open for four months and everything is fresh, up to snuff and new. A wonderful time. Also appreciated that this is a gated facility and minutes away from South Shore casinos.
Cons: Not much to say here. Would like to have been able to lock our patio door from the outside.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Excellent location. You can walk to Heavenly Village, the casinos, and the beach. The included breakfast was very good, something for everyone. My wife got the recipe for the breakfast casserole. Also the evening happy hour was nice. We checked in during happy hour after a long drive and it was refreshing to have a snack with an adult beverage. The room/bath had been remodeled and looked nice. I would definitely stay here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: At first glance, the hotel seems like a regular two star hotel, but when I saw the beautifully decorated, updated rooms and met the wonderful owners, Bill and Debbie, it easily elevated the 7 Seas to four stars. The breakfast that was included with our stay was fabulous! Bill was such a gracious host and made the most delicious waffles I've ever had--I normally don't even eat waffles. Debbie has the skills to be an interior decorator by the way she furnished the rooms. The wood shelf in the bathroom was both functional and absolutely gorgeous! My only regret was that we missed the happy hour because we had to go to a wedding. We'll definitely go back when we have more time to enjoy the place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone there genuinely wants your stay to be comfortable and relaxing. Felt like we were staying with distant family members. Breakfast and pre-dinner reception every day we’re so nice! Location is fabulous.
Cons: Nothing

Cons: A nice bath mat would be appreciated on the stone floor. Hooks to hang up things in the bathroom. Another chair in the room would be nice.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: I loved the room. But I wish we had a king size bed.
Cons: My room overlooked the pool, as I'm sure most, or all do. But during the day the music in the pool area blasted really loud a few times over the course of the day. Scared me. But I'm sure that doesn't happen often, or I hope not at least. Also I wished we had a king size bed. The queen bed was too small and the comforter was too small for the bed.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean modern luxury
Cons: The $29 for parking too much and they charged us for 4 parking days instead of 3 and the guy didn't know how to fix it it was elaborate he called pkg they agreed we fldidnt have an extra car then he handed me back the paper and we had a stare off lame So I said no more dialogue I need to go fix it !! He did but he pouted didn't apologize it's probably hard to get good help up there

Pros: Nice clean, quiet room. Comfortable bed. Soft sheets. Thick towels. Sound like home? Well kept property in South Lake Tahoe's stateline hotel area. The bathroom in our unit looked recently remodeled and they did a fantastic job in doing the work. What wasn't mentioned in their room descriptions was the fireplace heating unit in the room. It added yet another nice little touch of home. Owner and staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely be booking Alpenrose Inn from now on when we go to Tahoe.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the staff, cleanliness, coziness, location, very helpful with sightseeing suggestions
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great management, excellent rooms. Located centrally, within walking distance of State Line & Heavenly Plaza, but away from the main traffic where it's pretty tranquil. Nice walks to the beach in multiple directions.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Vallet was included. Was a nice convenience with all the ski gear.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, full kitchen, multiple living spaces, gorgeous views, beautiful living spaces, great for large groups.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was wonderful! Best service I have ever had! From beginning to end!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I think the thing I liked most was the location. While the Gondola portion of Heavenly is not my most favorite, staying at the villas is just so convienent. Once you park you never really have to leave. Supermarket is across the street, cinemas are on site, so many good restaurants are also on site, there’s so much to do within walking distance. It’s really what sold me. Secondly, since there are so many nice places that offer the same close proximity of the gondola is the villa itself. We had plenty of room for our party of 7. We cooked most nights, then frequented the pool area. So relaxing. And very spacious. Not all accommodations can offer the room to stretch out with 7 persons in a room.
Cons: Maybe communications on what was going on activities wise. For instance I didn’t even know there was a ski check until the end of my stay, it could have made my stay so much easier by checking ski equipment rather than lugging it up to the room each day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love that it is so convenient to everything! I only had to use my car twice during my whole trip. Everything was walking distance!
Cons: I'm not sure what had happened but my car had valet parking. And they returned my car with wheel/ tire was flat

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant was excellent - both for lunch and dinner. Sommelier was very knowledgeable and approachable. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Got great restaurant recommendations from one of the valets. Room was very nicely appointed, comfortable and attractive. Radiant floor heat in the bathroom was a nice touch. Free on-site parking with valet service. Great location - not in the thick of things, so quiet, but easy access to South Lake and the rest of the Lake.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was amazing and staff were very accommodating. Our room was beautiful and the spa was glorious
Cons: The reading couch in the room was not super comfy but it was a pull out so no biggie
5.4 Okay
Cons: 1. There was no hot water in the morning when outside temperature is -8 C and they couldnt seem to care about it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is excellently trained. Very professional. Rooms are big and comfortable. Restaurant is nothing short of excellent. it is worth staying at the hotel just for the restaurant.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staffs are the best and helpful.
Cons: The restaurant closes early 9.30pm and no other food or drink service late hours.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Was such an amazing experience! Everyone was polite and got everything to us as soon as we requested it! Definitely will be going back
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, perfect for the lake. Jimmy's restaurant was very nice and the wait staff were great!
Cons: We booked a pet friendly room for our dog, we were told we could only stay on the ground floor next to the lake car park. It was very noisy and the nightly cost did not match my experience. I am a seasoned traveler and this was not good value for money.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The staff, decor and small, thoughtful touches were great.
Cons: I thought the restaurant, Jimmys, was overpriced for the quality of the food. Menu did nothing for us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My wife and I were greeted by the valet/concierge gentlemen right away and were offered a glass of cold champagne! Set the standard for the rest of the stay and they didn't disappoint! Love this place and see ourselves coming here for many years to come!
Cons: Didn't like that my sister in law's room was in a totally different building than ours, but understandable given the layout and they were completely booked that weekend. Also couldn't believe her room was much larger and nicer than our premium lake view king, given our room was $80 more per night. But the view made up for it. After all, it was only for one night.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: All was perfect
Cons: Except the restaurant

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The lady who checked us in and helped me on the phone when I called to inquire about this location, hotel employee is awesome! I would recommend this location to my friends based on her alone!

7.1 Good
Cons: I had reserved a room with double queen beds, but upon check-in was told that the hotel was "oversold" and could not only give me a room with one king bed. After much discussion, the gentleman claimed he looked again and found a double queen bed room and could offer it to me for an upgrade rate of $50/night. I unhappily accepted, but was able to remove the charge with a different gentleman upon checking out. I felt that I was being treated unfairly and inaccurately by the first person who checked my family in on 2/1719.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness Facilities Staff Restaurant Complentary champagne at check in.
Cons: We staid in room 346 , beside the fact that we had to walk a lot to get to the room , the way the bathroom was built was no way you can get any heat in there , the showers were a nightmare to take. He had to keep the heat at 78 in room to get not even 68 in the bathroom. I was disappointed with the room we got, because I know for sure the hotel was not busy 1.5 weeks before Christmas. Overall I would recommend the hotel but not the room 346
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect near a lot of small towns and restaurants.
Cons: Didn't like there was no complementary breakfast at least a continental breakfast but it's okay found a great bf place in town.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Facilities were nice, and staff was friendly.
Cons: Not impressed with Lone Eagle Grille. Hostess and waitstaff were not competent. Gave us a wine list on a locked iPad. Did not provide the correct dinner menu. Options were limited, with few fresh vegetable options. Cafe was uncomfortable with hovering waitstaff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The first few days of my stay I was solo and was there for business. My wife flew in for the weekend and we had a great stay at our home away from home. The Hyatt in Incline always does a great job and has the best staff of anywhere I have stayed. Keep doing a GREAT job.
Cons: One elevator was not working for a couple of days on Presidents weekend which made for very long lines and wait times. Need to reinstall the chandeliers at the Loan Eagle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is of relatively modest size. The lobby has been remodeled (not sure when) and is very very nice. Has a Tahoe lodge look, is dimly, but adequately lit, and is very welcoming. Our room did not have the best view, so we requested an upgrade. The manager on duty offered us one of their cabins by the lake as a free upgrade. Initially, we declined, but changed our mind. Not only did they give us the free upgrade, but they did the same for our friends! Thanks to Taylor, who was very gracious, professional and friendly.
Cons: The room we initially had was on the fourth floor and did not have a view of anything but the roof and ventilation equipment. That was remedied, however.
10.0 Excellent
Cons:
7.1 Good
Pros: Pool area
Cons: Wait staff not the friendliest at times
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Beautiful beach. Enjoyed the paddle board and kayak rentals.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, plus views, and snow!
9.4 Excellent
Cons: The pool was an outdoor heated pool but wasn't warm enough. The property is very spread out, which is nice but can be difficult at the end of the day with young children.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was excellent, very clean, stylish, comfortable. Loved the restaurant across the street, great food, great live music, great cocktails.
Cons: Room was a little too warm, couldn't adjust thermaostat.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location
Cons: Parking was not included in the price. It usually is.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great location and beautiful rooms. Really nice having shops and restaurants in walking distance.
Cons: Very pricy for a room. Although very nice I feel like for the rates there should include more amenities like free meals or parking or free or discounted gondola ride.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great Village atmosphere. Lots of music at restaurants nearby, decent bar scene, right at base of gondola. Gondola was shut down for one day. so it was a drag to take a bus to the california base; especially when you're paying for the primo location next to the gondola. Oh well. Great skiing, one or two blocks to casinos, comfortable 3BR unit with washer/dryer. All good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff all was amazing. They even took the overnight parking fee off my tab when they realized I was waiting 30+ minutes waiting for valet service. I wasnt even asking for anything as I knew they were all buzy as it was raining and it was checkout time. It was a great place, will be back again!
Cons: I cant complain. Everything was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great
Cons: The couch/sofa bed could be little softer to sit and sleep on
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the convenience of being right at the Gondola and Heavenly Village. Front desk, valet, and staff were super courteous and helpful. The rooms are great, clean, and very convenient when traveling with kids. We used the kitchen to prepare breakfast and simple meals. Would definitely return because overall it was comfortable.
Cons: Housekeeping came by at 8am, and we had not left yet (typical when babies and toddlers are involved), and they did not come back later. We were later told we have to call and request that. When we did at 5pm they said it's too late for the day even though we just bumped into two housekeepers outside our room in the hallway. We asked them but they said we had to call front desk. They just got out of doing the work. The mattress springs gave in and was pretty soft. Probably due for replacement. Didn't like the 10am checkout. Should be 11 or 12 like other places.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location and friendly staff plus enjoyed the gym there.
Cons: We were disappointed that the check- out was 10:00. We travel a lot and have never had such an early check-out. We called valet for our car and it wasn't ready for us and waited 30 minutes for it. I think that was due to all checking out at the same time that usually doesn't happen at other hotels we have stayed in. Also they did not have anyplace to eat breakfast in.

Pros: Location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place was perfect for a winter getaway. Fireplaces in every room, sauna, hot tub. I will definitely go back! Short uber or cab to heavenly and state line.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk texted me the day of my arrival to inform me that my room may not be ready in time, and even helped me with road conditions. Upon arrival, we still got a room on time, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfy and even had a fireplace in it! Pool and hot tub aside, they offered free coffee, tea and hot cocoa in the lobby. Definitely noticed a lot of couples, but also families with small children. It was away from the main downtown area (a 3 minute drive away) which meant it was nice and quiet but still easily accessible. Nothing beats waking up to that magnificent lake view though!

Pros: 30 minute walk into downtown was perfect, as my interest was to stay on the water with beautiful view of mountains.
Cons: I would've preferred upper level, not ground floor, for private balcony to keep curtains open. Minor issue.

Pros: Rustic lodge feel, beautiful view, nice day spa
Cons: Spa was out of order, walls are very thin.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Avoid unless you love excessive noise. You will be treated to hearing the room next doors spa, AC, toilet flushing, showers VERY loudly inside your room at all hours of the night and early morning. We sadly had two nights booked. We turned of our AC as we did not pack industrial rated earplugs to deafen the unbelievable drone of the AC in cooling mode. The staff are well aware of the noisey plumbing. I was told by the receptionist that they do not recommend their guests restrict the hours of spa usage. Mind you the spa is only one excessive problem this hotel has... AVOID
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was worried the shower and hot tub in the room would be outdated or dirty, but it was actually very luxurious, clean, and HOT. Two shower heads allowed us to both stay warm while showering, and then we got into the steamy hot tub. Just what the body needed after a day on the mountain. I also really loved the tv was on a swivel so we could watch from our bed, or the hot tub. The king bed was clean and pillows were full. I'll definitely stay here again.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The mirrors were great . Rooms are being updated . Looking forward to another getaway .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: No complaints here. Stayed in one of the standard rooms. Very spacious with a BIG jetted tub. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Location was great, and parking was easy.
6.0 Good
Pros: This is the 3rd trip that my husband and I have made to Fantasy Inn, it is a fun place for couples, our visit this time, was not as great as it has been. There was very noisy room above us, and they made noise most of the night, I did call front desk and it lessened but did not stop...we booked thru Kayak, and expected to get one of the theme rooms, but because of some strange problem between hotel and booking site, the hotel staff, can't assign a them room, and don't have the info to call the hotel guest to assign room # for theme room...so bottom line we showed up and paid for theme room and got "regular room" this was huge disappointment...overall I like the rooms, large tub, show, and mirrors....those features are fun...the down side, is that carpet needs to be replaced in the rooms, they have redone carpet in halls...the staff and front office area could do with more updating and more features to enhance the experience...
Cons: noise, paying for a theme room when booking and then note having it available ....carpet needs to be replaced very badly in the room, front desk area could be updated ...
