Pros: Room was clean, staff were helpful. Good service. Location was excellent.
Pros: room, little extras, views of river
Wonderful hotel with lots of history around as well as modern touches!
Pros: The location is fantastic. Great views, great ambiance! Restaurants and pubs just down the street. Plenty to do!
Pros: Best service, location, friendly hotel I ever stayed at
Cons: It was all great nothing bad AT ALL
Pros: The service and the location at the redeveloped Docklands. A super area.
Cons: The service in the bar area was slow.
Pros: Location is close to all Beatles things and is very easy to find.important for a lost American in a rental car! The hotel itself was very clean, very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. The free wi-fi was slow but sort of okay.
Cons: The free wi-fi was slow. Didn't try the premium option.
Fantastic position, staff so friendly and helpful, nice gym, excellent breakfast.
Pros: Friendliness of staff, all local people, also central.
Overall a very nice stay. Very friendly staff, late arrival handled very professional, been recognized as member of their rewards program (Priority Club) and got a room on the priority top floor. Room quite small but comfortable and clean. No minibar, but free table water (choice of sparkling and non sparkling). Been charged for parking (5 GBP/h), but waived upon complain. Will choose again, especially for this deal rate.
Pros: Good location, nice building, nice facilities (pool, fitness)
Cons: Free internet only via WiFi, has very limited bandwith. Cabel accessand/or unlimited speed only with extra charge.
This is a very nice hotel centrally located in Liverpool right on the river. The onsite parking is reasonably priced and the lot is close to the building. My only complaint, and this seems rampant in Europe, is that the staff is not overly friendly. There was nothing overtly negative its just a vibe the staff gives off. Anyways the hotel itself is very good.
Pros: Room quality and common areas were very nice.
Cons: The staff at checkin was not the most friendly.

Pros: Location good TV programming. Including Sky sports
Cons: Bathrooms very dark. Bad lighting. Breakfast selection ok at best
Pros: Location was very close to Cavern Club.
Cons: Check in was confusing, person at the counter acted as if it was her first hour on the job. Went to lounge for a drink, was hoping to hear beatles music... after all, we were staying at the Hard Days Night Hotel. They were playing beatles music, but it was so soft we could barely hear it (and not because there were so many people talking, there were only 4 people in the lounge). I asked them to turn it up, which they did ever so slightly. Still only soft background music. We were not looking for loud, just something we could hear without straining. Had yet another bad experience with concierge (Kevin). We had purchased tickets to the Cavern Club Beatles tribute band show through the hotel. Asked Kevin when we should plan to arrive for the 8 PM show to be sure we got seats (explaining that I had read on line that seating was limited and you had to arrive early to get seats even if you had purchased tickets). Kevin dismissed my concern, saying we just had to be there at 8 and handed us the tickets. When we got to the room I read the tickets, they also said that seating was limited and that a ticket didn't guarantee a seat. Decided to ignore Kevin's guidance and it was a good thing we did. We arrived at 7, people were already lined up. By the time the doors opened (7:45) the place was full of people lined up to get in. We got a seat, but had we listened to Kevin we would have been standing for the entire show, which ended just after midnight.

Pros: Location is ideal near the city center and near the lime street station
Cons: Horribly uncomfortable beds, internet that didn't provide coverage in our room, unclean public areas. I expect more from the Holiday Inn and this barely deserved a single star.
Pros: Great location and price!
Cons: Parking was confusing but still reasonable.
Easily accessible from Lime Street Station
Pros: Great location and breakfast

Really enjoyed the ambiance and comfortable beds. Everything was clean and in it's proper place. Hardwood floors in our room was a nice plus. Quite close to attractions, but isolated enough for a restful night. Highly recommend.
Pros: There is nothing that disappoints at Indigo. The staff are on point. The restaurant has great food and a good wine list. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. This is a great little find in Liverpool. As it's my second time visiting since it opened, I will definitely be back!

Cons: Hard to get to; lobby is on the second floor and there are only two SLOW elevators serving the entire hotel

Cons: The bed is the worse ever. Hard like a rock with lumps.
Pros: Accommodation and staff very good indeed. Location excellent.
Cons: No restaurant. Only bar meals. On making a choice I was told my choice not available because the 'ovens were broken'. I chose chicken chasseur (available). When it arrived it resembled a boil in the bag meal and I left half of it. Not good enough!!!
