The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean light and airy, well furnished and with a balcony overlooking the Mosel. The food was wonderful, freshly cooked from scratch, which made them able to cope easily with my allergies. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough.

The meals were excellent. The breakfast ingredients were fresh and nicely presented. The dinners were exceptional. Fresh ingredients were used, prepared with skill, and nicely presented. The chef/owner was very friendly, stopping to chat with guests. Our stay was very pleasant.

The hotel is very near the airport, and they make it very easy to start your trip off in a friendly manner.

Very convenient for the airport. You can walk to the airport - 12mins, or take the mini-bus after returning a hire car. The rooms are modern, and the breakfast is good value.

It is a hotel with a really good price quality relationship, 10 minutes from Frankfurt Hahn Airport. Very friendly staff. I recommend it.

The manager was an excellent host and made us very welcome. The breakfast was good and the view from the breakfast room was superb. The room was comfortable and very up to date. It was difficult to find from the Hahn airport, although once found it will be easy to go back.

Relaxed staff willing to help in any situation. Easy to get to from the airport and quiet village location but not far from the main roads. Very clean with comfortable beds and bedding. Extra helpful when a flight was seriously delayed meaning a midnight landing. Monika is a lovely lady! As it is an aparthotel I felt that a couple of essentials were missing. For example, there was no kettle but there was a coffee maker but that needed disposable filters which were not available. However, when we asked at the bar we were given filters.

This hotel was 10 minutes walk from the airport, the room was excellent.

Quiet hotel at the country side. Poor lighting in the room. This is common for all Gernan hotels.

The wonderful countryside is very relaxing in the small town of Sohren yet you can still have a great meal at a handful of restaurants in this little town. The location is great and so close to Hahn airport. Kaefers also makes it wonderful for shopping and convenient to ship your purchases. Honestly this is a great overnight package for someone who doesn't want to travel too far from the airport and still do some shopping. There isn't anything I didn't like but it would be extra nice to have natural water instead of fizzy water in my room and a piece of chocolate too. Thanks for a great stay.
