Excellent staff who went to extra mile - early check in, booked taxi etc.
Breakfast selection was limited for non-cooked breakfast eaters!
Relaxing, pleasant staff with good service, food in both restaurants was excellent and good value. All round ideal for a weekend break.
Parking could well be a problem at popular times.
Everything, from the time we arrived on the Friday until we left on the Monday morning was really lovely, the place the staff the food. Cannot fault anything. Hope to go back in the future.
When we stayed there the weather was very heavy rain. The Royal Beacon offers in addition to bar snacks etc they have two fabulous restaurants within the building offering fine dining or Italian. Absolutely wonderful.
I couldnt figure out how to shut of the glaring blue standby light on the flat screen tv in the bedroom
A very comfortable hotel in an excellent location. The staff were extremely nice and resolved a samll issue I had very quickly and entirely to my satisfaction.
We enjoyed the sea view and the room was comfortable and welcoming. THe brakfast was a great start to the day.
Unfortunately on arrival there was no record of our reservation but luckily there were rooms available at the hotel.
