The location was really good.
We had a few tours starting earlier than 8:30 so the Riad would not accommodate any kind of breakfast. On one trip we left only half an hour early. The sheets were scratchy in all of the rooms (we had 3 rooms to compare).

We spent 2 nights at Riad Fes Aicha. If you come by car, make sure to park at the parking area at the Edge of the City. The Riad is easy to find with Googlemaps, but be careful of the parking lot owner. He wants to bring you to the riad (says he does this all the time) and Afterwards ask for 100MAD (our host warned us beforehand but we fell for it). Since we were the only guests, the host (Hisham) showed us all rooms and we were allowed to select our favorite one. The room of our choice was roomy and clean and came with a big bathroom. Hisham greeted us with peppermint tee as well. The breakfast was awesome, tpyical morrocean. Since we only had one day, he provided us with a map of the Most Important Sightseeing stuff and explained everything very carefully and warned us for the scammers. The rooftop on the riad is awesome if you want to enjoy the sun and also to get a good Overview of the City. Since we left really early and missed the second breakfast, Hisham rovided us with a Lunch package for the Trip! That was unexpected and really tasty :) If you want to have a Riad directly in the Heart of the medina, this is a great choice with high value and a kind and helpful host.
